On 23/2/16 I got a promotional call from[protected], initiated to promote Idea customer. I am presently an Airtel post paid cosumer, keeping in view your dedicated service at Mumbai and dissatisfactied over Airtel here, I opted to port my number.
Immediately, I abide by all the requests i.e sending of AADHAR scanned copy, password for my Airtel statement, immediate settlement of last bill amount inexcess of rs 100 to cover any unbilled amount.
For, further formalities i.e verification of address, issuing of new SIM and activation promised to carry out withhin 4 days.
Despite reminding them everyday since then in the above mentioned no. for initiating the process, finally today at about 1600 hrs, customer executive started asking me about the password of already setteled account of Airtel upon pretext o[censored]n availability of Mr Ananad ! In this very point of time, after already spending good 06 days of waiting in frustretion I am enquiring from you HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT to get an Idea connection at your inefficient Kolkata circle. Do you mind to brush / shake them upto the standard of Aditiya Birla group ?
