Idea Cellular — Idea 4g pre-booking registration is a way to steal money from customers

Dear Sir/Madam,

I registered for Idea 4g, and got 1 GB Free for 10 days, but when I connect to 4G (By choosing Idea 4G as my mobile network) network it's switching between 2G and 3G. I loose money everytime Idea swiches it's network to 2G and 3G. I called to their customer service, and they said 4G is free, but if network uses 2G or 3G it's chargable. Is it customers fault? If I connect to 4G their network should not connect to 2G and 3G. As a customer how can I control the network? Customer service refused to provide a complaint number for that.

Please help me resolve this.

I am receiving the message every few minutes, and I have been charged 4 Paisa since I switched to Idea 4G. I contacted their customer server, but they say your mobile data is on so it's charged, but I receive this message when my mobile data is off, and exactly 4 Paisa for 10 K. The attached screen shot you can see I received the message while I am talking to their customer service. They are not telling why this is happening, simply says mobile data is on. The message says "freebie pack 48.41" POOR SERVICE FROM IDEA. Idea 4G is terrible, I have been struggling with two Idea sims.

any update about my complaint?
This is poor service, I shared the screen shot also, but no response from Idea. I don't know what to do with this loosing 4 Paisa every few minutes.
