[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Idea data offers | |||||
Idea offering *121# for special data offers, i got the msg the for rc246 2gb 4g data. After i recharge i found that they have credited 1gb in 4g and 1gb in 2g, when i enquire with customer care they saying that plan is 1gb in 4g and 1gb in 2g.. They just make us fool by giving false msg, again today i checked with *121# the offer showing the same as 2gb 4g data. There is no professionalism with their serice,, its worst to check the customer like this... And 2g what they provided for 1gb is never browse and still i have 900 mb when my data is kept on for 24hrs.. So its useless... Was this information helpful? | |||||
