[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Idea postpaid bill payment transaction failed but money was deducted

Hi,

I did my idea post paid bill payment through bill desk using my icici debit card. The payment at idea failed due to timeout after the amount has been deducted from the account.

Below is my mobile number on which i did the payment and the transaction details:
Mobile no:[protected]
Transaction done for 1, 026.64 at 19/05/2016 09:43:13 am.

Moreover i called the customer care immediately, but the representative couldn't even understand the problem and told me to wait for few hours.

Please do the needful.

Idea Cellular — Request for port from idea to other network

Hi, I requested to port my network from idea to other network for about 3 times from april 20th 2015, i got upc codes as IA 485591 and 2 more, but till now they didnt even responded, enquired about this with idea customer care, but no use.

Last si years 6 times submited the documents, last 6 months back also submitted but now they are cutted my calls, i was complin the idea customer care but they are taking tomach and harsh, idea is giveing worst service.
