Idea Cellular — Illegal deduction of money from main account | |||||
What is this nonsense 'mydala deal pack'. I dont know, they deducted my money frequently from last three days and makes my life uncomfortable. till now they deducted 90+60+3+45+45 rupees for same pack number of times. I am using 'idea'internet but their customer care services says they are also helpless to me and cant do anything . What type of this company is, they are making fool to us. My mbile no. This is in regards to the service Mydala Deals that is been charged an amount of Rs 150/- to me every month, even after the service request for deactivation was done by the idea customer care office at kalyani nagar Pune in the month of January and February, I have received the messages of deactivation but still I have been charged for the service. After visiting your idea gallery at kalyani nagar Pune they said that they could not do anything in this matter as the services of Mydala Deals have been renewed again. Now I am surprised that without any prior intimation as to how have I been charged. My No: [protected].

What the hell is My Dala pack. I Have been charged ₹29 unnecessary. I was not satisfied by customer care support.
Their replied that you have were charged for downloading a paid content.I don't know what is Mydala pack for, and I will be downloading it?

What the hell.is this. U r deducting 29 Rs. From my account balance by activating some nonsense mydala deal and customer care executive are saying that u clicked this link while browsing web. Bc I'm not illiterate that i don't know what to click or not. I want my balance refund. Why is a nonsense adult link flashea on.my phone's screen again and again. Just not satisfied with customer care support.
They are chor people, scared by Jio.
