I never expect this type of attitude, or delay in resolving the issue from team idea. Neither i receive a call from you guys nor any reply on mail.
You people just cheating with the client and end of the moment consumers suffer all.

So request you pls resolve the the issue asap

Later on i got to know that sms not included in my plan then i suffered.

I recieved double bill then my plan and i paid those bill but last bill which is approximately 1200 some thing which i was not ready to pay due to irrelevancy then i recieved many call for payment and spoke person told me that we are adjustiing your bill and pay only inr-762 and your bill will be adjusted and concern person also promise me that he will also convert my plan near by 100/month something then i think ok and i paid the bill after that my sim was lost and didnt use any service from idea. Some time before i have reissue the new sim.

But now again i am getting the bill approx inr-800 some thing and due to this reason my no service is stooped and this is the only which is listed every where in my account and all due to this i am facing the problem.

I'm receiving flash messages and voicemail from idea (58595). These messages come everyday, 3 times a day. Have called idea call centre many times but no resolution. Even sent them a mail, but the response each time is the same.. To deactivate voicemail. I do not have an active voicemail and this resolution provided is not helping. The spam messages continue to come. Even after replying on mail no new resolution is given. Idea call centre employees are either unaware of how to stop messages coming from idea itself or are uninterested. The service is very bad, no one cares to resolve an issue..in this case the issue arriving from the company itself. Please help resolve. As these spam messages are highly annoying.. 3 times a day every day is too much!

To whomsoever it may concern.

This is my final intimation and warning asking you to stop sending me any emails, notice, communication of any nature demanding any dues from me for alleged use of mobile number under account no.[protected].
In my email dated 30-sep-2017 and various communication to your customer service team, i have made it very clear that i have stopped using, any service from idea cellular after my final payment made on 15/07/2017. I don’t even use the mobile number anymore, as mentioned in the demand notice.
I reiterate that the number has not been in use since my final payment i have not used any service nor i wish to hence you are called upon to immediately withdraw all the notices sent to me and also update your records by deleting my email address or any other details pertaining to me. Kindly note that your emails has been causing tremendous mental agony harassment and pain.
Kindly consider this as my final intimation /communication / warning to idea cellular. If you fail to withdraw your demand notices / communications and if you do not with immediate effect stop sending any such communication to me, i will be constrained to take any appropriate legal / penal actions seeking damages against idea cellular and any other third party company involved in sending any such frivolous communication to me.

As a matter of proprietary i am marking copy of this email to my advocate.

I have tried sending this email to customer care and email mentioned in the so called legal notice. However i am getting failure delivery notification.

Idea cellular Repeatedly amount deducted from my mob. [protected] against internet use mostly 40 paise without use of internet service almost daily it deducted Rs. 75/- from 4/12/12 to 17/12/12, previously idea also deducted balance in similar manner and on complaint on customer care 12345 also after connecting call hold without any reply or voice and deducting 50paise for same call

Hi,
I have registered for idea cellular post-paid no-[protected] with a 349 plan. Due to certain issues, i had stop using the number and forgot to pay the bill, for which i had received a legal notice and been asked to repay the dues, which i did on 28/09/2017. Bill details as follows:
Amt - 1166 rupees
Trans id - jcmp[protected]
Since i was receiving call from idea office, lic chowk, ngp; i had communicated them that, i have paid the bill, kindly deactivate the number on permanent basis.
Person with whom i was contacting - [protected]

Since sept 2017, this number is temporarily deactivated and all the services were barred.
Still not sure why m i receiving call from idea for bill payment.
When the number is not in use for so many months, how can idea generate the bill.

Kindly deactivate the number from your end, as i m not willing to pay. When i have not used any services for last 03 months, why should i pay.

Since last 6-7 days i have been recieving a message with "new voicemail - voicemail number unknown". I have tried contancting idea customer care and evertime i have recieved differe things to try.

Once i was told that it is my handset problem and you should go get it checked. Actually when something is wrong idea customer care blames on the phone (I couldnt send messages once upon a time and i was told it was my handset problem, and i told them how come other sim card work on it), so this time i tried it on different handset and i keep getting same message.

Then i was told to write unsub to 55667, still problem is going on.

Dnd services is active on my mobile no. [protected] since last three year. But i am getting promotional msg from the id "hp-equity" since last two weeks.
I have complaint 3 times but there is no any response. I am getting 10-12 msgs every day
I got this kind of msgs:

I had called your maharastra circle customer care and the service provided is very irresponsible and reckless even they have ended my call without giving any info asked me to call morning then why do u # guys keep 24*7 service worst service experinced and even from 3 days everyday night ur service goes down for around 12 to till morning very bad service

I miss my idea sim card & i went to idea gallery for replace new sim card they charge me rs 120. Charge is too high against other companies. But after that i receive msg from idea that you not pay any charges 4 sim exchange. So 75 rs deducted from your main balance. What can idea sir ji. My big mistake to trust in idea & do port my number. Can customer pay 2 time for one sim?

On 2nd december, 2017 at 2:29pm i got a call from mobile no.-[protected] which was unknown for me. He said that he was calling from mastercard division mumbai and he shared with me some vital secret information about my boi atm card details and he asked me to give aadhar card details urgently otherwise your card will be deactivated.

He informed that for verification purpose you will get one otp and the same otp should be informed immediately to keep my card active. Due to this i shared otp received on my registered mobile no-* and my account has been debited two times of rs 4999/- e. Details are given below,

A) otp-id :7162

Pos-ideamoney of rs 4999/-

B) otp id-4681

Pos - ideamoney of rs 4999/-

I request you to kindly stop the above payment immediately whosoever he/she is and share with us his registered mobile no and address details. Also we request you to get our money back which was debited through our bank account asap from you end.

I sent the mail on 2nd december but no proper service from idea money support office, only they are sending the auto mail that they will reply within 48 hours but after 10 days also we have not received any reply from support office. When i contacted their toll free no they asked to give us a complaint no without that they are not attending the complaint
Even though they are not giving the complaint no also. We feel that this is just like cheating business started by your company.

The idea company is deducting the balance from my and my dad account continuously times from my numbers. When i call to customer care that to give me the confirmation email that this offer is applied from my side they also not give the confirmation and they told that this offer is activated from web but we don't do this. Our contact numbers are [protected] & [protected]. Also in my mobile number [protected] for the first time activation they haven't sent any message or confirmation that this offer is activated. The offer is renew today[protected] in my number and they deduct 35 rupees from my balance. This is the 2nd time cheating in my Number.

My balance deducted when i was watching a video and idea customer executive Narender said that it was dialed by you. I couldn't undestand how can I dial a number when I was watching a video. And my balance was not refunded. This way these companies making their income.

I have been a regular customer of idea since 2013, depositing all my bills in time, as i was provided satisfactory services by idea, but all changed from september 2017, i was charged extra for data usage, provided i asked many times your customer executives to change by bill plan to 1 gb per day. They also assured me that my bill plan has been changed so i can used the data as per that. All sr generated are attached herewith.

Explaining full scenario, i asked to change my bill plan on 27th september, believing that your customer executive have i used net accordingly but in between october i got the message that my data limit has been over. I again called their customer service for the discrepency. I was again assured that now from next month it will be changed but again mid of november i got the same message. I called their csr and told them about my problem, again assured that my problem will be solved as problem was from their side. But on 27th nov my outgoing calls were disbarred bcoz of no payment for last two months.
I called their customer service, 3 to 4 times a day from 27th november, many sr were generated as attached herewith but the problem persists.
On 5th finally when their customer executive told me that no sr has been generated against this number, i was appalled and decided to visit idea office here, they advised me to write a mail to idea office and assured me that i should pay my bill for october, that i did as a loyal customer and my november bill, as it was idea customer service mistake will be waived off.

Nothing has been done ever since and they are still showing the due bill, not even having the courtesy to inform me or do anything.

My number was running in idea and it was permanently disconnected by idea bcoz of my previous company i want activate my number but custemore is not giving me a good direction i have paid all the bills and i have that receipt i want to activate my number my number was [protected] my temporary number is [protected] this is my humble request to activate my number it was business number and i don't want to lose that

On 08-dec-0217 someone did a fraud transaction from my account using ideamoney. Please help me.
I got a call from stranger (Named nmita singh) and she told that they are calling from hdfc credit card department / payindia phone number – [protected].
They told that because of i have not redeem my reward points of credit card, they can send money rs 4700 to my any other debit card. Smartly they have taken my card details and did transaction.
I am giving transaction detail below –

I tried to call 59059 for tele verification but i am getting response like incorrect number. I ported from tata docomo to idea. I am not getting any calls and dialera getting as incorrect number response.

I need to resolve this problem immediately. Because this is my primary number. Please share alternative number for 59059 or resolve the issue.

Hi am using idea sim (Mobile number protected) since 2014 but today i got message saying (Your connection would be barred within 48 hrs as per trai guidelines due to promotional activities done from your numbers without telemarketer registration) even though i haven't did any marketing calls, then how can you simply block my number? I have been facing lot of issues from idea.
To migrate from postpaid to prepaid they took 2 months they never stopped my postpaid connection. Now from last 1.5 month they have not yet registered or linked my new sim card given by them to the number & their idea office closest to me says its not our work as sim card is from prahladnagar branch you will have to go there. Inspite the fact that they dint have idea prepaid sim card they sent me there. I have complained several times gone 10 times to idea store the head of the store says we can't do anything call customer care...
In spite all clearance they are harnessing nobody is ready to take the responsibility & work for what they are paid to be there.

Since 2007 i m a old customer of idea bt right now i m complain abt indoor covrage and 4g connectivity issue. My complaint no:[protected] abt covrage issue closed by company without any sollution they always said that:-we understand the inconvenience caused to you.

In reference to your below email, we wish to inform you that we have investigated your reported concern. Coverage complaint[protected] is actioned.

Further we wish to inform you that our technical team has conducted survey at site level.

Kindly note that we have also made few changes to improve coverage from nearby site.

My idea cellular mobile no is [protected]. Today total 6rupees debited from my account without any reason. Everytime when i recharged my idea cellular mobile number these cheaters debited my balance. Last time when i recharged with hundred rupees all the balance debited from my idea account without any notification. Refund this amount immediatly to idea cellular account.
