Neither i receive a call from you guys nor any reply on mail. You people just cheating with the client and end of the moment consumers suffer all. I recieved double bill then my plan and i paid those bill but last bill which is approximately 1200 some thing which i was not ready to pay due to irrelevancy then i recieved many call for payment and spoke person told me that we are adjustiing your bill and pay only inr-762 and your bill will be adjusted and concern person also promise me that he will also convert my plan near by 100/month something then i think ok and i paid the bill after that my sim was lost and didnt use any service from idea. Some time before i have reissue the new sim. But now again i am getting the bill approx inr-800 some thing and due to this reason my no service is stooped and this is the only which is listed every where in my account and all due to this i am facing the problem. SMS format EBILL<space>MON Eg: EBILL<space> JAN. If your Email Id is not registered with us first register your Email Id Follow these steps send EMAILID<space> Email. address to 12345. For ex EMAILID<space>xyz@gmail.com.
