I had an offer from idea to have 4gb 3g data for 28 days in rs 454 . i got only 1792 mb nd when i called customer care they responded no offer. Although i have snapshots regarding dat offer they refused. They are making people fool. Go to hell idea . m going to TRAI regarding dat.

My idea post paid no [protected] and you generate the month of feb the bill and i have paid 2500 rupees and unsuccessful but our account the debit and money till date did not refundable,
Then again i have paid the 2500 rupees and this amount successful but till date your side did not provide us the confirmation
Sir i request to you pls give me confirmation . And again the company generate the bill of 2700 and call my relatives and abuse them.i this the team of your company have no manners and way of talking the way of taking of your executives are very very bad. i told her to sent me the details of my bill of rs.2700 but she didn't listen and abuse me and my relatives.Please as a idea customer i face this problem and i cant tolerate i[censored]r executive call me and my family members again regarding this bill. i would like to close my number because i dont want to go with idea because of your manner less staff and poor customer service. I want to close down my number and sought out asap.and again in Future dont want any customer relation ship with idea.I would like to request the complaint cell please send my complaint to idea company and sought it ASAP.
