[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my new prepaid sim is not working | |
Hi i applied for converting my postpaid connection to prepaid which was completed on 4th september since then the new sim is not working and cell displays "no service" after putting in the new prepaid sim. Idea customer care do not respond properly. Such unethical practice i believe is done either to haress the customer or discourage them for going to prepaid services. Was this information helpful? | |
