[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Not happy with customer support and want to shut down my idea postpaid connection | |||
Hello sir/mam I recently changed my 3g combo 399 plan to 399 iplan on 28th of june 2016 which is in between my bill cycle. I was unaware of the fact that i have to pay standard charges of my previous plan if i changed my plan between my bill cycle which is 15 to 15 of every month. I changed my plan online through idea official website and there was no information provided to me about any standard charges and now customer care says that i have to pay standard charges. Its not right at all. Before this, when i bought this connection the idea company executive who met me for information told me that there will be no roaming charges on postpaid connection, idea to idea calling is absolutely free and now idea is charging me for all this. Also no information was provided to me at the time when i changed my plan online. Either idea company Executives provide no information or when they provide us information, that particular imformation seems to wrong. I have given request to switch my number from post paid to prepaid as on 25/06/2016 i have clear all the dues as per customer care guided and also deposited my documents to process the request but till date my number is not switch and they have discounted my post paid number because of this my business get hemper pls do the needful
