[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — number activation +[protected]

Hello,

I am using this number (+[protected] for more than four years.
Currently i am not in india but still i was using this number.

I am regularly recharging this number (You can track down the recharges.)

My recent recharge was on june 30 2017, and i have used this number once in april for which
Rs 150 was charge to me for incoming call.

Unfortunately it is inactive now and the reason which store representative are telling me is that
Because of not usage it is blocked though i have not received any message or email for deactivation alert.

While discussion with customer care & store they told me that if you don't use number for 6 months then it is blocked
But i have used it in between. So how can you block this number?

Now for reissuing the same number on same person's name they are asking for rs 1900.

Can you explain me why this is so? I am not expecting this kind of response from an idea brand.

Kindly re activate the number and resolve it asap.
