Don't port on idea Vodafone company, services are worst and no net work, they took150 each from us as prepaid charge, now they are saying it's postpaid.worst network, there staff comes and goes as duty but no responsibility to Clear this issues and looks helpless.

No Idea 4g signal bar and occationaly it transmitts internet signal
Idea 4g was working fine up untill 2 months ago
Now the signal is very weak cannot even see a bar lit up for a miniut it goes away
I had to rely on another service provider for internet
is your 4g network going to be any good soon ?

The speed is slow.. its like 200-300 kbps. And even if the dongle is connected it does load sites and shows that data is limited or no internet access. It works properly on some days but most of the time its useless. please solve whatever is the problem ASAP.

And i recharged this but i didn't get that offer.i called customer on this issue but they are saying u have only 1p per second only, but i had a proof of that message and today also i got a same message.please rectify this issue.
