[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Recharge Status

Hi, On 8th January I made a 3G recharge online of 949 on no [protected]. I have neither received any message nor the data. The transaction ID of aforesaid transaction is BICI[protected]. I have also sent my Idea payment Receipt showing above transaction along with my bank statement showing this transaction. It has been more than 5 days since I am writing to you at [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but there has been no response except once when you asked for my additional details. Your customer service has been highly pathetic as you are not showing any concern to address the customer' s issue. I want my issue to be resolved as soon as possible and I also want you to update me over the progress on this matter. You can contact me on [protected] if needed.
