I was using postpaid number [protected] delhi circle and number permanently disconnected on 6th of february 2016. As per the company policy the consumer is entitled to receive the security amount via cheque within a period of 60 days from permanent disconnection of the number.
I wrote to costumer care regarding the issue for more than 20 times but they don't bother to reply.
See how clever, cunning, shameless, cheater they are.In short we can call them beggar. I'm using another idea number [protected] postpaid and delhi circle. Here, the security deposit is rs 850. When i notice that they do not process refund of disconnected number, i asked them to adjust the security deposit of rs850 in my current bill and also process the refund of disconnected number [protected].
And what they did,
They did not process any refund but they suspended the data services as well as barred the calling services of active number [protected]. Here, noticeable facts are,
1- they did not process refund of either number.
2- they even don't bother to communicate
3- they shamelessly suspended the number.
They think themselves very smart, according to them customers are foolish.
Now, i have submitted documents to airtel to port in to airtel.
One thing is very clear, idea cellular is cunning, shameless, beggar, worst customer support and most important worst connectivity services in basement and inside delhi metro and even worst while roaming.
