Idea Cellular — regarding data charges even after having free data plan

My Idea Mobile No. [protected] My Idea Add-on Mobile no. [protected] For my Add-on mobile no., I had activated a 1-GB data booster pack ( validity 30 days) for Rs 250/- on 30th June 1.30 pm On 6-Jul, since this 1gb plan was active, I changed the mobile iplan from 299 to 199 to reduce the data packs. However the data balance showed as 115 only after this change. So I called up [protected] & spoke to the concerned lady on the status of 1GB booster pack. She informed me that no such plan was active. So I changed the plan to 299 iplan again, since I wanted more data packs. This resulted in 760/- unbilled amount as of now. I spoke to your concerned person again this morning on [protected]. However he could give no details of calculation regarding unbilled amount. Kindly note that data usage was within usage limits and hence no extra charges were applicable or expected. This is for your information. I cannot keep paying IDEA excess amounts for no fault of mine. Pls note that I am now switching over to Vodafone today itself. PS: My bill data 4-Jun had similar problem, but i ignored it since it was the first time of error by Idea.

Still no reply from IDEA.
All I am asking is the calculation of pro-rata charges...760/- in 1 hr when plan changed. There was no extra data usage; free data plan was available.

Pls provide me calculation of pro-rata charges during the first week of Jul (for add-on mobile no. [protected]) & also pro-rata charges for bill dated 4-Jun (for [protected] & [protected]).

No... I have not received any resolution. I had asked for the calculation of pro-rata charges. No details were provided over the call.
Looks like Idea does not care about its customers.
A simple thing like pro-rata charges calculation details are not being shared. This itself shows that the charges are incorrect...customers are being charged excessively.

I think my decision to move to Vodafone is right.
Not received any resolution yet from IDEA.
Looks like IDEA has closed this complaint. There is no response at all.
