Idea Cellular — Settlement of bills for my postpaid connections

I am having 5-6 idea nos within my family, and all of them postpaid connections.Out of these two phone nos.{[protected] in the name of Rajiv Wahi and[protected] in the name of Yogendra Wahi] were being sparingly used and I wanted to switch them over to prepaid since we were unnecessary paying the rent for very less usage. Inspite of my several visits to your local outlets I could not get the nos. shifted to prepaid connection.I also requested your executives to suspend services on these two nos.so that I do not incur further rents, but my requests were not heard and now I am asked to pay rentals for subsequent months also which have piled up and I am not in a position to pay them, my first complaint was made on the 29th of May 2015 and till date several attempts to settle this issue has fallen on deaf ears.Kindly provide me with a fair solution failing which I will feel disappointed with your services and will feel constrained to surrender my other IDEA nos.also and choose a better service provider. It is upto you ------TO COME OUT WITH AN IDEA sirji
