Hi I am post paid kerala customer my mobile no is [protected] last 2 months bill they charged SMS MT as 450 on SEP bill and 250 on OCT bill, i send so many mails to [protected]@ideaadityabirla.com but they did not reply for my mails, so i did not PAID 2 months bill because of this reason, now my number is cut off by idea i am a regular user of idea now i lost my number due to this SMS MT reason, I complaint to IDEA office they say that this amount is shows as SMS MT amount I did not use any SMS MT functionality in my phone, now I lost my mobile no

I received a bill for the latest month, wherein i see the charges of 45.00 Rupee for SMS MT.
I am not aware & no understanding about this charges. As per my knowledge i hardly sent a SMS. Kindly let me know the meaning of it along with the transaction details for which its been charged.
Kindy recorrect the bill and resend it within next 2 days to pay the amount Or let me know any alternative.
I would expect you to resolve this isue asap.

I called up customer care so many times with no joy.
Customer service was not at all co-operative.
Hence as i have never sent such messages for which i am getting charged.
Please look after this issue.
If this issue resolves then only i will continue with this service. other wise i have to switch to another operator.
