Hello, I had recently topped up my balance to the number [protected] few weeks ago and then got charged to these vas services one after another. "your rainbow": 150rs \| 18/11/2017 "gamepind": 35 rs \| 20/11/2017 "your combo plus": 150rs \| 22/11/2017 Now i have 44 rs balance left. I barely used around 20rs on calls. As checked, the request was raised for the deduction towards the value added services and the same has been closed and communicated to you that the charges are correct for your number. Also, checked the concern raised for other service activation & deduction is post 24 hours. Hence, we express our inability to provide you the refund for the same. We would like to inform you, that you've been charged while using WAP service. However, you can dial 12146# or send and an SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS. on 11th nov. I have recharged unlimited calls rs. 179 /- your offer..After 1 week from my account balance debited..Why ?? fraud company r u mentioning that your company will giving only 1000 miniutes
free.
Cheaters company..I am shifting in another company.

Just got a message now,

"dear Customer, Your concern for VAS activation could not be resolved."

Yeah right, Idea company is directly looting customers as merger with vodaphone is about to happen. This make in India with desi companies.
