Idea Cellular — unfair deduction of money

It happened with me as well. Please let me know how to stop this deduction and this fraud means should be compensated by repay back the money.

I have same problems

It happened with me thrice... please let me know can I deactivate this notice get my money back

I received the messege ' Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8.
You have been charged Rs. 22
Your balance is Rs. 78.14'

I did not download it from anywhere. Please refund me..

I received a message from VZ- ideaCMS on Tuesday, 18 August, 2020.

"Dear customer, thank you for downloading CARBUN_GAME from CARBUN8.You have been charged Rs. 15." I didn't click on any link, my phone isn't showing and downloads, and I got charged with Rs.15.

This happened on the third day after India celebrated its 74th Independence day. The hard earned freedom by our martyrs was not the freedom to charge the common people with unfair deductions.
In this time of pandemic, when the topmost industrialists and companies must come forward to help the commons, this act o[censored]nfair deductions is really apprehensive.

I request you take necessary action and refund my money. I am ready to pay for the services I avail but I am reluctant to get cheated on my hard earned money.

I hope necessary action will be taken soon as the goodwill of consumers is also important in the growth and sustainability of a company .

I too have the same problem. Please take necessary actions.

I got a message today that Rs 22 has been deducted from my account balance for downloading fun portal. I haven't downloaded anything like fun portal . Please look into this matter fast and please refund the money back.

Your balance is Rs. 3'. Iam not even using Idea sim. The money deducted from my Vodafone account.

I did not download it from anywhere. Please refund me..

today i received msg as below:

Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading FUN PORTAL from CARBUN8.
You have been charged Rs. 22
Your balance is Rs. 6.96

Immediately i called idea customer service and they informed it's a third party application and it's not from idea or it's partners. they promised me the money will be revert in next 24 hours.

they also informed me that they can/will add my number in a 'blacklist' so that third parties cannot take money from me.

and within 2 hours, i received my money back.

so those of you have the same kind of problems, please do contact idea customer service.

I got a message from vodafone-idea that, thank you for downloading FUNPORTAL from CARBON8 and also chargedRs. 22.Ididnot download any fun portal. It happens many times without any information. Pls refund my rs. 22.

I received a message from idea thanks for activating games portal. Now you can play unlimited games, click http://carbun8.in/mobgames/ and enjoy the service. I didn't click on any link and i got charged with 21rs. This is not the first time they have charged unfairly. Please take necessary action and refund my money.
I have deactivated it but my money is still gone. I request to repay the money you took my fraud means.

Same SMS of deduction of Rs.22 received for FUNLOAD on CARBUN8.
It's cheating by the Vodafone-idea Vi service provider.

Hi my self hari few days before i got a call from the idea customer care center as usual, and once i rejected the call the within five minutes i go a unknown message saying this

You have been charged Rs. 22
Your balance is Rs. 49.12)
Until today i was checkingy mobile and everything to find this unknown download but yea finally i got here and i can see lot of complaints of different people with this se issue .
This is very big cheating activity happend feom your side i think, please take appropriate actions against this and hope that you will be give me back the deduction from my mobile account.
This is kind of a security issue happend from your people side

I also received the same msg and I haven't downloaded or clicked on any link. Please take necessary actions regarding this since this issue has been there since March 2020 and now is September 2020 still the issue persist.

Even i recieved a similar message stating that i have lost my 15 rupees for downloading fun portal.I havent downloaded or clicked any link .Please take necessary action.I hope money would be refunded back ..

You have been charged rs 15 for downloading fun carbon8. But I didn't download or purchased any. If idea have spectrum lease pending don't take it from your customers. If you do this you will loose the existing customers also.I need my money back.
