Dear Sir,

I am the holder of Mobile phone, with Prepaid iDEA No. [protected], since few years.

On 15th August 2015, in the afternoon, I went to your dealer for getting my phone charged for an amount of Rs. 1000.

By mistake, your dealer has charged the amount, to a wrong mobile number [protected] and the Transaction ID is KK[protected]. The details are tabulated below.

Immediately after realization of the error, your dealer called your iDEA team. He was told that the amount, being Rs 1000, cannot be reversed. THIS IS WRONG AND INCORRECT. Later, he also called your team on 50800 from his mobile and they informed him to contact your authorised outlet for REVERSAL.

But 15th Aug, being a holiday, your outlets are closed. 16th Aug is a SUNDAY. Thus, for no fault of mine, I am put in to this unforeseen difficulty.

Your dealer also contacted has spoken to Mr. Amit on [protected] and explained it.

I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE ACTION FOR THE REVERSAL OF RS. 1000, BACK TO MY MOBILE NO. [protected], AT THE EARLIEST.

I am plan to know abt the service of idea cellular so purchased one post paid connection no.[protected] selected which have i submitted all documents on 14th august. today 21 august. What was the problem that the connection is still pending for activation.

    Aditya birla idea cellular company has no customer value. Because after
    complaining you there is no reply or call came from their side since
    48hrs completed. and the customer care personnel replied same record
    that please wait and watch. Even if i am requested him to please cancel
    my connection which is pending then they are replied that contact the
    agency from whom you applied for connection. But the agency who gave me
    that no having mob no.[protected] is getting no replied since yesterday. I
    thought they are not interested to talk with me. So there
    is only one way to convey i request through you that please disconnect

        Hi, I have done recharge for 3G data but am getting speed of less than 2g. In fact sometimes i even don't get net connectivity at all. My location is DTDC Express limited, Goregaon East near Oberoi mall Mumbai. Please look into my concern or else i will do MNP. I am with IDEA for almost more than 4 years.           I received the message as- Your Juice Up has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 21.0 /- for 1Week. Renewal charge is Rs [protected]@15Days as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223 While i did not even know anything about it and msg for deactivating is not going through. This is shocking for I have been a content user of your service. Please do the needful and kindly avoid the confusion at the earliest. Please deactivate immediately

            I recharged my idea Maharashtra zone prepaid number for rs 29 twice in which i should have got 120 mb 2g data for 4 days which was showing on there 121 info...instead sum other std rate cutter pack got activated I tried contacting there customer service dept for which I had to pay as I am in roaming circle...I tried several number but sum guy would say it was a post paid dept and I needed to call prepaid dept and sum told me to call to Maharashtra circle.One call led to another without the issue being resolved...I did my recharge through freecharge and I don't know who I should blame idea or free charge but certainly the only one at loss here is me... Am very much disappointed... Very bad customer experience

              I have been an airtel customer a long time. Today (20/8/2015) on 11.53 am I had a call from Idea Kerala customer care no. "[protected]" by a female employee to talk about Idea Post paid service. I told her i was busy travelling and call me later at 2pm the same day. She failed to call me on the time i told her to call. Later she called me on 4.19 pm and that time my little neice took the call. She is nearly 3 years of age. I was resting in my room when this incident happened. After sometime the child woke me up and gave me the call from the "[protected]" by the same employee. When i took the call the employee was more interested in complaining about my sister's child taking the call and rather about the post paid service which was her duty to do. I said "SORRY" for the child if she had done any thing wrong. After that, she proceeded to talking in the most rude and vulgar manner when i said iam not interested in the service of Idea for the time being. I was terribly shocked by her act. I think you should be seriously aware of the language that one of your Kerala Branch customer care employee is using towards the customers. I don't know how many people she has offended. I doubt that she is typical of your employees; however, I think that someone should talk to her soon before your business suffers. I am very much disappointed with the poor service.I don't even know by what means she got my mobile no.

                Hello.. I am shubham bora using idea cellular mobile no. [protected]. Today on 20 Aug. 2015 at 10.47 pm I got following 2 messages:- "Thank You. We have received your request for service Fun Bazar and it is being processed." AND "Your Fun Bazar has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 60.00 /- for 20Days. Renewal charge is Rs 90.[protected]@1Month as applicable. To deactivate sms STOP to 155223.http://180.179.236.26/i/app/fb" They actived the service which did not know before and when I called costumer care they refused to refund the money. The costumer care executive was VINOD AWASRMAL.. Hope my query will be solved soon...

                    Dear Sir, I’m Manjunath Staying in Viman nagar, Pune. My IDEA account number is[protected]. We would like to bring your notice that, after going through the Data plans of IDEA cellular, We had decided to get IDEA broadband data services. In this regard, We approached Idea company executive, Mr.Muqit Khan([protected]). He came to our flat on 7th August 2015. He explained the various plans and showed us the list of the buildings where the new connection is possible, in which our society name was also listed. We finalized the 6 month Broadband connection plan. Then and there itself we made the payment of Rs 5472 /-, by cash, and we were given an assurance that within two days, we will be getting the connection. And on 8th August we received the SMS saying that our account has been activated. On 9th Aug 2015, person came for installation, but he could not complete the process saying that, the receiving of the signal in that building is very poor, so connection is not possible. Same thing was brought to the knowledge of Mr.Muqit Khan and his immediate senior Mr. Ashish Joshi([protected]), who in turn asked us to wait for 2-3 days to re-check the signal receiving quality in that building and will decide on giving the connection, once they get the report. But since 12th Aug 2015, we were daily following up with them for the status, but in return we are getting mere reply like “It’ll be done today, as they got the report in favor of giving the new connection”. Also Mr.Muqit Khan had told us that the Engineer who came on 09th August, had checked the wrong port and there was another box. So the connection would be possible. It’s been 13 days, since we made the payment and nothing has been done. If yor are finding some technical issues, which cannot be resolved, in giving the connection, you should bring that to our notice, so that we can decide upon the cancellation. Even Today also when we contacted Mr.Muqit Khan, he told Engineer will be coming for the installation, as the technical issues were resolved. But his senior Mr. Ashish Joshi is not sure about it and suggesting us to wait till Friday 21st August 2015, if not, apply for the cancellation, where we’ll be getting the refund in cheque, within 45 days. If you are unable to provide the connection, we want the refund within a day and in cash only, as we made payment then and there itself, that too in cash. My complaint is not only about the cancellation. But it’s about the approach in dealing with the new customers. To be honest, when we decided to get IDEA connection with the 6 month plan offer, we had discussed among our friends who showed keen interest in getting the same IDEA cellular data services. They were your prospective customers. But knowing the situation and the approach we are facing in getting the new connection, they will be having second thoughts now. So my request to you that, close the issue ASAP either by giving the connection or refunding the amount.

                      Dear Sir, I am having a post paid connection of idea celluler ltd. From begining they charge me more than my billl. I have complained many time in customer care and they said they arrange call back to me. But I didn't get any call from them. Also I am not able to make ISD Calls when I tried to call they said you dont have this facilty. When I asked to customer care, they said you have to give us 1000 rs as a security to activate this security. Now, I am very fed of IDEA postpaid connection. I want to change my postpaid no to prepaid. Otherwise I will not pay any bill from this month. Hope i will receive a favorable response from ur side.                               As per above mentioned subject i am the Idea customer possessing two number [protected] & [protected]. Sir, Dt[protected] I have personally visited Idea Gallery, Ramesh more chowk, Andheri East and requested to close my Data Plan services of Mobile numbers. on the contrary I have recived answer that Data Plan services is deactivated on same Date with immediate effect. dt[protected] i have recived bill message mentining all charges including Data Services Plan. I immediately had word with idea customer care regarding unnecessary adiition charges of Date plan services which deactivated.. Reply Id- [protected] - this activation is done on date[protected] by our Backup Team. Dt[protected] i have recived message on my [protected] mobile number, one other number [protected] is reday for activation. This all activity are disturbing . My both mobile numbers Data plan activation is done by Back team of Idea service without my knowledge and Concern. after receiving confirmation of deactivation I am no responsible and liable to pay only data plan charges which i m not use-.

                                  Hello, Mobile no. [protected]. Nishant Davda I am being harrased by idea very much. It is my first month with idea and i have received false bill by idea in the very first month. Also i am receiving different information from different cust. Service agents. Noone is giving me correct info. Please help me out they are falsely charging me for 3g use. They are saying that i have used 3g in morning when i was sleeping and they are talking rudely. Its nt about me but its about many idea users who would be harrased. Hoping to get a proper resolution from consumer forum as i am asking to get the charges reversed for services whic i have not used. Thank you, Nishant davda

                                    I had migrated / ported my Karnataka Circle number [protected] from Vodafone to Idea in July 2015. My alternate number is [protected]. Brief of the incident is: I visited Alaan Services, an Idea Store in Coles Road, Bangalore and submitted my all documents required for porting. I selected my desired plan of Rs. 180/- rental and Rs. 850/- for 3G internet that would be 5GB Unlimited plan. The number was activated on Idea on 22 July 2015. All went well, my GPRS worked well and after using the internet I receive a notification about the usage and the cost after 2 days. I immediately called the customer care and I was told that Alaan Services has not indicated of the GPRS plan and by then I had to ask the person to activate Rs. 850/- Unlimited 3G Plan and he mentioned it will be 6GB Unlimited. On 25 July 2015, my bill gets generated with Rs. 499/- charged as internet usage. I called the Call Centre for the reversal of this amount and I was told to get the request raised through the store where I got the connection from as it was their mistake. I visited Alaan Services and they apologised for the inconvenience and requested me to pay up the whole bill and upon the next bill generation, I should visit them again and they will speak to the authorities and get the waiver done. Again, the same time I reconfirmed from the store if my Rs. 850/- plan is unlimited, I was told yes, it is 6GB Unlimited Plan. My usage exceeds over 6GB and I started getting notifications of the same, and out of curiosity I called the Call Centre on 13 August 2015 and asked if I am on Rs. 850/- Unlimited GPRS Plan? I get a confirmation yes, you are just that your speed will now reduce to 156 kbps instead of 3G. Communicated ID# C1-[protected]. Today, 19 August 2015, I received a notification that I am nearing my Credit Limit of Rs. 5000/- where the unbilled usage is approximately Rs. 4700/-. I called the the Call Centre at 1451 hrs, a girl answers the call and to my surprise she says that I am on a 6GB Limited Plan where I am getting charged after it has exceeded 6GB. When I wanted to speak to a supervisor I was told they are all busy and in 1 hour time I will get a call back which of course did not happen. I called back again at 1625 hrs and I finally reached a supervisor by name Ms. Phenmoli and she hasn't been of any help and asks me to make 50% of the payment else the services will be barred once the credit limit exceeds. The Communication ID is C1-[protected] Resolutions I need is the following: 1. I am reinstated to Rs. 850/- 5GB or 6GB (whichever applies) Unlimited Plan on immediate basis 2. My services are not barred 3. Reversal of first bill charges of Rs. 499/- 4. Reversal o[censored]nacceptable charges by putting me onto a Limited Plan. I have no denial of paying Rs. 850/- as per what I committed and needed for my usage as per an Unlimited 3G GPRS Plan. Regards, Mujahid Kareem [protected]

                                    I am seeing there is a reasonable response from Idea Executives so far. Ms. Moiz from Idea has called me to take details and a closer look on the case on 20/Aug/15 at 1501 hrs and on 21/Aug/15 at 1537 hrs although there is a restricted number that she's calling me from that doesn't display the call record. There hasn't been any resolution yet, however, according to her, she will go through the call record clip of my 23/Jul/15 when I spoke to the call centre to activate Rs. 850/- Unlimited 3G plan where I was put onto a 6GB Limited Plan. I have asked her to run through the call record clip of my 13/Aug/15 as well when I called to reconfirm if I am on an Unlimited 3G Plan and the one who attended my call stressed that I am on a 6GB Unlimited plan and since I've exceeded 6GB data, the speed will now drop down.

                                    Ms. Moiz, during her last interaction on 21/Aug/15 mentioned that until my bill doesn't get generated, which is 25/Aug/15 she will pull out the call record clips and will reverse the charges and will positively call me on 25/Aug/15 and pass the final resolution.

                                    It is evident that had Alaan Services (where I got the application process done to migrate from Vodafone to Idea) done their job in the right way, I wouldn't have gone through this inconvenience and wasting time behind this process. I have been going through inconvenience because I've stopped using data services until this is resolved fully. I got to watch if there will be compensation other than the required resolution as a gesture of apology by Idea Cellular.

                                      Dear Idea, I am Manohar Singh Bisht, I have complained so many times to idea customer care for the following reasons: 1- In starting of May'15 one idea executive ([protected]) called me and said do you want to port your number in to idea network, I said yes then next day some guy from Idea came to my house and took my PAN & voter ID proof and gave me one new SIM card. 2-the pack I was agreed for was of Rs. 199. 3- on 25th May'15 I got sms from idea that my services will be start from today. 4-on 25th May'15 mid night my aircel no. [protected] stopped working, when I inserted that new sim given by the executive, I found that the network is not appearing, so I waited for 2 days. After 2 days I wrote mail to idea customer service. 5-someone called me that I have to go to idea outlet to take new sim card, I told them I don't get time during weekdays so please provide me sim at my home. But no body provided sim card. 6- Iam mentally harassed by the idea executives coz, nobody provided me resolution. 7-I received bill from idea of around Rs. 199 in june, god I haven't used my number then why this bill. 8- finally I cancelled all my important works and on 25th july 2015 I went to idea outlet to take nee sim card. 9- when I received new sim card the executive said sir your plan is of Rs 1299, I was shocked to hear that. God how it happened. 10- I made first call from idea [protected] on 25th July 2015 to 198, to explain them about this, I got another shocking news that I have called to idea in June first to increase my plan from 199 to 1599 and after that I have called to reduce it to 1299, o god what kind of fraud is this. 11-I said to 198 that please provide me my voice log if I said so. 12- But no one provided me voice log and they are keep on saying that yes you said to us, its a fraud. please look in to this Iam frustrated and mentally harassed. 13- it's a big fraud which is spoiling idea's name. 14- I have used the sim card from 25th July 2015, from 25th May 2015 to 24th July 2015 I have not used [protected], because I don't have correct sim card. This is a clear case of fraud done by the idea employees, they have miss used my ID and number. Please look into this.

                                        Hi my mobile no [protected] i am using you service since Dec 2014 with rental as follow Monthly rental 99 GPRS pack 155 my bill details Dec 2014 Rs 469 Jan 2015 Rs 360 Feb 2015 Rs 246 Mar 2015 Rs 367 Apr 2015 Rs 383 May 2015 Rs 1513 during my 6 months usage my bill never crossed 500, suddenly you have charged 1500. few of your representative called me regarding the same i have asked for the details they replied me that this are usage charge and need to pay the same I would bring to your notice that usage of this mobile is limited as the phone is not allowed in school, we need to surrender the phone at admin and phone will be handed over after the school hours. with normal usage how can bill generated for 1500 I have raised complaint pls find the complaint no for the same E1-[protected] They told that i have changed the GPRS plan in mid of the month due to which the bill has been raised when i asked them why was this not informed me when i asked for plan change she told sorry for the inconvenience billed has been generated you need to pay the bill pls look into the same and help
