Idea — Postpaid bill is generated without activation of the simcard

Dear Madam/ Sir, I have purchased an idea simcard no( [protected] ) in May-2015, after that i waited for around 4-5 weeks still the sim was not activated by idea. Since it was not active so I disposed the simcard . Now in Sept-2015 they asking for the bill of the month JUNE-2015. Not a single call was made by that sim.

I also would like to know without activation of the sim by tele-verification how come you have charged the rental or whatever the charges ?
As per my understanding if the tele-verification not done within 30 days from the date of activation or the number will get automatically disconnected.

I will have to setup a press conference and compliant in TRI / all social media for all this looting from Idea.
