[Resolved]  Idea Prepaid — DEDUCTION OF CHARGES FOR MOBILE INTERNET WITHOUT PROVIDING SERVICES

1.I HAD PAID RS 5/ FOR MOBILE INTERNET FOR UPTO 20 MB ON 11 NOV 13. 2. Despite deducting the same I could not access the internet. 3. Then i rang them uo seveal times to lodge my complaint but could not get through. 4. With great difficulty i manged to speak to their customer care around 1300 hrs on 11 Nov 13 who stated that the fault was in the Settings option of my Nokia Lumia 800 mobile handset. 5. I followed his instructions as directed which was to change the edit APN option to' internet ' only on Idea internet.. Despite doing as directed internet could not be accessed. 6. Further I rang them up for at least 25 times from 1800 hrs to 2200 hrs on 11 Nov 13 for which I got the Standard prerecorded message that "al the linesare busy" 7. My aim of complaining is not for a small amount of Rs 5/ but that Idea is taking customers for aride and aremaking MONEY FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND PROVIDING INCREDIBLY POOR SERVICE. 8. i WOULD HAVE IMMEDIATELY MIGRATED TO ABETTER SERVICE OROVIDER HAD INOT BEEN A CAPTIVE CUSTOMER OF tHEIRS DUE TO THE LARGE AMOUNT OF BALANCE. 9 mY MOBILE nO IS [protected]. 10 i HAD SPOKEN TO CUSTOMER CARE nO [protected] AT 1215 HRS, 1229HRS AND 1233 HRS AND FOLLOWED THEIR DURECTIONS. 11. pRIOR to this date iwas having successful recharge every day since Sep 2013. 12 I also want to lodge a strong complaint of their customer care taking the customers for aride by stating that all their lines are busy from 1800 hrs to 22000 hrs Thanking you Col K Bhatia [protected]@yahoo.com
