Dear sir,

Need moratorium for august 2020 month. Please help.

I have loan account (Loan a/c number[protected] and registered mobile - [protected]) relation with idfcfirst bank for almost 2years, i have been paying emi on time and never missed single emi.

In this covid-19 pandemic situation have some financial constraint due to wanted to opt for moratorium for july & aug 2020.

Multiple times sent email from registered email in june but did not have received any communication and they schedule and processed for july month emi continuously 3 days and my bank has charged me for emi bounced.

When i called to customer care they told me that you will have to pay emi or will impact you cibil score as it marked as bounced emi then later i managed from friend and piad july emi.

Idfcfirst bank have kept 21-25th date of month for moratorium request through 1. Website (https://webreporting.capitalfirst.com/Master_FinnOne/CustomerVerification.aspx) 2. Sms from registered to ([protected]) 3. Email from registered to ([protected]@idfcfirstbank.com) and 4. Cutomer care ([protected]).

I have tried all 4 option were getting that my registered email, loan account on website and mobile number (Sms & cutomer care) is being recognized by their system.

I call customer care as option choosing new customer, i am calling from 21st to 24th july daily for opting moratorium have customer care tell me that they have taken the request and you will receive number on registered number which i never received.

I called on customer care number as a new customer on 24th july morning around 11: 30am, when i asked for previous moratorium request then representative said we do not have any request for moratorium opt.

Mean they are doing fraud and black mail to customer for paying emi in this situation. Please help me to opt aug 2020 month moratorium.

Even after continuously following up with idfcfirst bank customer care and email they are not giving any conformation.

    I had purchased a fridge about 9 months back, they had promised a cash back, when contacted bank they never proper response, visited the branch was sent here and there, then called customer care they said they would call back in 48 hours, but it is more than 2 months, complained on Twitter, response was we will get in touch but no response later on, basically tried all the means, but seems like idfc wants to cheat and create disputes.

        Idfc first bank loan no[protected], - rs 10000 flipkart voucher
        Flipkart voucher error problem is - gift card is either card number or card pin is incorrect but already utilized filpkart voucher received in idfc first bank instacred application.

          Dear sir, my 1 loan is running idfc bank, i applied so many times for a moratorium but they are not activated, they are debit money from my account after taking a moratorium. And they do not understand customer situations. If the customer arrange money for some work from somewhere, then he deducts the same from the account whether the emi date is there or not, also they deducted 2-time emi from the same month (July).

            I found that a loan in my name is showing loan number 5249545. Any type of loan was not been taken. So please investigate in the matter. Any help from my side will be provided.
            Please address the issue or will look for help from Ombudsman

              I recently tried to order realme 6 in flipkart but at the emi page after clicking confirm order it is saying " there was a technical error at your banks end" But i am getting the OTP of loan process.. Please help me what should i do. i am trying since days to buy it .. i would like to know the gmail id of idfc bank. or please help me here.. i am not AT ALL HAPPY with this ... also the gmail id of idfcbank is not working.. and customer complaints also not working.. WTF is this?

                8 महीने पहिले मैने इस बैंक से कुछ इलेट्रॉनिक वस्तुएं फाइनान्स की थी... व emi भी रेगुलेर पे करता था ecs द्वारा लेकिन कुछ समय पहले लॉक डाउन होने के कारण मेरा 5 वे महीने का इंस्टालमेंट पेंडिंग रह गया है ...और वो मैन मोरेटेरिम के प्रोसेस किया था... प्रोसेस करने के बावजोड हर महीने बराबर पेमेंट कर रहा हूँ... पर लेकिन जबसे लॉक डाउन खुला है तबसे ये बैंक वाले मुझे कॉल कर इतना परेशान और जबदस्ती कर रहे है कि जो 5 वे महीने का पेमेंट पेंडिंग है वो भी करा दीजिये करके मैंने उनको बहोत बार बताया कि पैसे नही है आये तो करवाता हूँ लेकिन ये कॉल कर जबरदस्ती कर रहे है गाली भी देते है...ढंग से बात भी नही करते

                      After continous follow up regularly with your executive at chinchwad branch
                      still balance overdue amount is not transffered into my account .this is very poor response .inspite of repeated follow up and assurances still it is not done.there is delay of 2 months ..i see that there is no reputation for IDFC BANK at all.

                        calls more than 20 times a day even if holidays

                        Idfc bank calls more than 20 times a day even on saturdays, sundays and on other holidays too.

                        I am getting irritated by these calls.

                        I "do not want any kind of contact from idfc bank and loan also"

                        Please help to get rid off these calls....

                        My loan no.25895890. From april to june i given moratorium under rbi guidelines. But idfc peoples called me and asked to pay emi through online if possible. So i made a online payment on may 9 and 10. After that they charged me as late payment of 700 rupees for april and may, how shall i pay when this is your mistake or should i sent a complaint to rbi with your message and loan details. I already sent more than 5 complaint mails to you still you saying i made late payment. Very worst service i regret for taking loan in your company.in future i won't take any loan or recommend to anyone. And don't say me to contact with ur customer executive i have done this they said we can't help sir you have to pay and saying me to come branch office in this pandemic without my mistake how can u charge pls solve my problem fast

                          My registered mobile no is [protected] and i am receiving too many incoming calls and msgs from the bank. Sometimes it’s like 12-13 times a daytgat i have to block so many numbers at my end. So, could you plz look into the matter and ensure that i won’t be getting these many calls in future.

                              Hi team,

                              I have being charged for over due of rs 708 in my loan amount, emi date was 02july 2020. But you debited emi on 03 july 2020.

                              Then why am charged for over due. I called customer care multiple time but no response from there end. They don't qualify to handle customer queries. Very bad customer experience from your end.

                              I want my charges to be refunded on immediate basis. We are not fools to charges like this. First know your customer don't charge customer with irrelevant charges.

                              If you want money ask directly will help you for that don't directly charge on loan account.

                              Let me know how long it will take to reverse my charges. Will never take any loan from idfc bank.. Very bad experience with worst customer service ever.

                              Also raised multiple complaints[protected],[protected] but no resolution from your side. Be professional enough to reply to customer queries.

                                  On 28th of june i was travelling and when i was passing a toll, i was not able to pass. And someone from the toll pass told me that my fastag is damaged. And i had to pay it by cash with the fine in spite of the balance in the fastag.

                                  I want to know the issue and how can i solve it.

                                  I have been trying to call customer care but it is not reachable.

                                  I don't know how should i solve this problem.

You may have recently signed up for Flipkart Pay Later facility on the Flipkart’s Mobile App or website. Confirmation of that is provided in the last step of the sign-up journey, where Flipkart’s association with IDFC FIRST Bank is listed in the form of ‘Powered by IDFC FIRST Bank’. You can de-activate the Flipkart ‘Buy Now Pay Later’ account and the shopping line associated with it by visiting the Flipkart website or the app. To proceed with this, you are requested to kindly settle your balance by clicking on ‘Pay Now’ on the Flipkart Pay Later dashboard, and use any of the payment options available. The Pay Later account needs to have a zero outstanding balance, both billed and unbilled. Once this is done, the account can be deactivated by contacting Flipkart Help Centre : https://www.flipkart.com/helpcentre . Following this, the loan will be cancelled by the Bank.
