Hi team,
I have being charged for over due of rs 708 in my loan amount, emi date was 02july 2020. But you debited emi on 03 july 2020.
Then why am charged for over due. I called customer care multiple time but no response from there end. They don't qualify to handle customer queries. Very bad customer experience from your end.
I want my charges to be refunded on immediate basis. We are not fools to charges like this. First know your customer don't charge customer with irrelevant charges.
If you want money ask directly will help you for that don't directly charge on loan account.
Let me know how long it will take to reverse my charges. Will never take any loan from idfc bank.. Very bad experience with worst customer service ever.
Also raised multiple complaints[protected],[protected] but no resolution from your side. Be professional enough to reply to customer queries.
