I had taken a personal loan from IDFC bank on 26th august as they told me it was 10% but they changed it by saying its 17% reducing rate of interest so this was not acceptable so i paid it back by cancelling my LIC policy and paid back the loan amount but they are not ready to close my case as i have paid back the entire loan amount plus ten thousand extra as fine they had given a TAT of 30days but the issue is still goin on they have created multiple cases and they are not willing to close the case its been more than a month that was my savings which I closed to pay back the loan, kindly look into this and please ask them to close it .Now after paying back the loan they are mentally torturing me by call every now and then and they they will charge me EMI this month also need help and want this case closed

Still No Update on this loan closure they have been dragging this case for more than 1 and a half month. No loan closure letter given as i have paid the entire loan amount plus 10thousand extra rupees as fine.

    Central KYC Registry - regarding

    IDFC FIRST BHARATH BANK LTD., has been often forwarding SMS that they have my personal details registered with Centry KYC as because I have a started a loan account based on my interest to purchase an EMI product through the FLIP KART E-commerce portal since they are the working partner of the foresaid bank.

    Actually, It is the fact that I haven't applied for and registered any request of loan with IDFC FIRST BHARATH BANK LTD....

    Complaint regarding deduction of money through fast tag even after paying full amount through cash.

    Location: Upparpatti Tollgate Theni Kumily Highway
    Paid through fast tag (Rs 50) on 21/10/2022 @ 11:20 a.m. (Amount debited on 23/10/2022 @2:44 p.m.)
    Also paid full amount (Rs 100) through cash on 21/10/2022 @ 11:58 a.m on return journey. (asked to pay due to low balance on fast tag).
    Extra amount of Rs 50 has been deducted from Fast tag.

      Sir,
      I am using fast tag of IDFC FIRST BANK for my vehicle MH20FU2713 . My fast tag account user got expired, Now I want recharge the account but message appears as user got expired . My ID is 3958797.
      I am also in touch with their help line no., but all is vain even sending mails are not the suitably replied.

So I do not understand why this bill is initiated by me; Requesting you to check & confirm back on an urgent basis.           Dear sir,
          I have been getting daily SPAM Mail from IDFC First bank to use their Credit cards or switch to their credit cards. the mails are being sent through Poonawall fincorp / [protected]@connectinboxx.com.
          I have repeatedly complained to their customer care but they have done nothing more than ack my mails.
          Now, through pages I wish to awaken these spamming agencies so that they stop harassing me. I was never their customer and never will be.
          They are misusing my data as i had their shares for some time and have my email ID.
          If they don't stop I shall take up the matter with SEBI/ RBi etc.

              Idfc Bank is not closing loan after clearing payment for ac no : 39308541 with no due amount. Its been 1 month cleared payment dues and requested for NOC. They asked me to wait for 8 working days for noc. No response. Again i requested for close my loan there is no response from idfc up to now

                  and i raised my complain
                  but my complain not resisted to sending my devid card on my kyc add.
                  bank denied to take my request to update my permanent adders
                  there is two address but not sending my devid card on my permanent add .

                    I have a flipkart pay later account (mobile:[protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com) powered by idfc. you have wrongly reported an outstanding amount of Rs 1243 to Experian and CIBIL . Due to this my Experian and CIBIL score was reduced. you should report the right amount to cibil and experian. Whereas my dues in flipkart pay later account is zero. Rectify as soon as possible. It had never happened before

                    @pratap whats the status now? Same happend to me. What I found flipkart pay later due date is 5th of the next month but Idfc first bank statemet shows due date is 1st day of next month. I paind on 2nd nov but statement says 1 days due. Flipkart is not paying its lender on time ?

                          Hi, I bought a car from car24 MH43AT2540 in the month of July . Name Darshana Dsouza .The bank insisted that the bank will do the RC transfer as it comes under their policy .I had to pay for the transfer fees .While submitting the document i had informed the bank representative that the name and surname on adhar card is what the RC should feature and not on pan card .I have instructed the same multiple times verbal, written as well i have the whole conservation recorded + i gave all the supporting documents .The representative assured me that He will get it done and i should not worry about it .Now i received the RC with wrong surname same error was done by the bank represantative .When i called him He had no words now i am stuck with this and there is no help from IDFC as they claim that its not their issue ..I am seriously dissapointed with this approach .Please get this resolved .

                            I would like to inform that I wanted to contact IDFC on twitter handle page to close my existing loan.But I have not got any reply from there till today I have been trying since last 5th October.
                            I message them so many times, they don't even call me with such a big reminder.I have noticed that many people are abusing and replying to IDFC even though it is seen by so many people that I can see the view and they are definitely among them and they are not responding at all.

                            This is why I wrote on Twitter because I couldn't get in touch on the phone in any way. There may be many reasons for this.When can I finally connect to the phone? I am informed with IDFC Bank that if you want to do this I am emailing you I have sent a letter to close this loan account of mine.

                            I pay the correct amount online and even the campaign ID that I send with them can be checked as needed.I have given all the proper proofs there when and how I made the payment.I would like to accept this payment and generate an NOC letter properly along with closing all the dues I have and closing my account safely and informing me immediately.

                            I would like to take a step that you opened these verified accounts on social media and then we messaged like crazy so you can check it and reply me if necessary like I usually do.You can check your email if necessary.You can check the main direct message on Twitter.Either way you have not responded in any way I don't know why you have to open everything up on social media around here if you can't even give a minimum reply to the public.
                            I highly condemn IDFC bank when we don't have loan then you beg with hand and sweet talk and when we come to repay loan or get into various problems, Now you are not helping people in any way.

                            You must give me the NOC and you will reply to it. Even there I want a reply and reply to me and tell me why you could not give the replies and even here let me know that your problem is there.

                            Give the reply here also and let the team know why you are doing this, why you did not reply, I want more explanation.
                            Why do we have to come to consumer helpline ? Are you sleeping with mustard oil in your nose?
                            I have never seen such a third class bank in my life.I will try not to associate with any IDFC bank I know.
                            Please revert asap.

                              Preapproved topup loan..
                              Loan was applied on 20/09/2022.
                              I was followed for the same more than 50 times. Still this case not disbursed.
                              As per process...feedback should be share to concern team in 2 to 3 days..
                              But in this case 15 days... gone, not provide the status to me.

                              this is so pathetic and painful for me.
                              I am so so much harrassment regarding the services.

                                My name is vigneshwaran. I have bought tv on 4th July and I have paid my emi by ecs of every month except on this month due to medical emergency I missed the emi date on 2nd October. So I paid on 3rd October thru Idfc app and my Lan Number is 80026518 and the transaction I'd for the payment thru axis Netbanking amount of 2275 and the Cheque No.:C[protected]A80026518D[protected]QP Receipt No.---- YUTI[protected]. Even I am ready to pay bounce charges. Then later after payment only I got the message that 2nd attempt will have happen again on 4th mid morning. Coincidencely I have kept excess amount in my bank account. And today 4th morning I checked my account balance again they have deducted emi amount of 2275. Even though I paid on 3rd and the payment reflected with in 2 hours in your idfc bank. Still why again you have deducted. I need my money refunded in my account. I need quick resolution for this. Hope it will be done

                                  IDFC Fast tag customer care[protected] is only available from 9:30 AM to 6 PM IST. I had to travel from Bangalore to Goa on 30th Sep at 10 PM. I tried to login to my IDFC account at 8 PM on 30th Sep to recharge fasttag, but it gave me an error message that "Sign-in failed:user account has expired". There was not option to reinstate my account so I called[protected] but not body picked the phone, then called IDFC regular cust care number [protected] and they told me that the fasttag cust care is available only between 9:30 AM to 6:00 IST. I have 3 options now
                                  (1) Cancel my trip
                                  (2) Pay double amount at toll gates as i am not able to recharge my account as IDFC is not available to support me
                                  (3) Get a new fasttag from another bank from a nearby toll gate.

                                  Requesting you to not opt for IDFC fasttag. the service will be horrible.
