I never aplied for IDFC credit card. I got several calls saying my application was approved. I asked IDFC to show me evidence of said application and no one was able to produce it for me. After several calls, one "supervisor" said she would investigate and call me back, She never did. i Still keep getting calls about my "application being on hold as it is pending verification". I need a resolution as no one seems to be talking clearly to me.

IDFC agents are great and hanging up the call, mid conversation.

Your representatives are using illegal and abusive language for recovery of EMI. This is causing harrasement and un necessary nuisance. Whereby we as a esteemed client of yours are making payments by ourselves everymonth though it's getting delayed by few days for last few months because of financial disruption. This time too we are committed to pay it before the month end and even told your representative that it would be paid by 25th. April.
The no. From which we are recieving call is[protected] and the guy is making what's app call and threatening us on this. He has told to harrase via social media.
We are registering a complaint on it to the police also with a the copy of this mail.
I being the complainant seek your immediate action on this.
Further any replications against such activity will be the sole responsibility of bank.

I am holding 20 Infra Bonds of IDFC First bank Tranche 1 series 2 Year 2011 (Erstwhile India infra structure finance co ltd) with folio no IFA 0216504 and with other details shown under ref above.

In this regard it is to submit that the date of maturity of the said bonds is 28 /03/2021 but till today I have not received the maturity amount/redemption amount.

The bonds are of tranche 1 series 2, i.e of cumulative type. Accordingly, I am supposed to get the lump sum cumulative amount at the time of maturity i e on 28/03 /2021.It is requested to send the maturity amount along with interest for the period after date of maturity at the earliest.

I am getting too many calls and messages from IDFC bank for loan and for credit card purpose and when I use their DND service then they didn't send me OTP for the de registration please block my number from this company.

I am very harassed from this company

My loan account number is 95167580. And due date of payment is 3rd of every month. Due to my salary date (10th of every month) so i have not paid emi and 2 times ecs charges is deducted.

So i request to return one of my ecs amount, and ill attach my payments screenshots along with this form.

My ecs amount of my twp wheeler loan is 4989.

N my cibil report its shoing me Rs.780 as overdue amount from idfc first bank but it was flipkart paylater amount that i have already paid in 2021 still its showing in my cibil. Flipkart granted me paylater of 35000 and which is i have not aksed them and i have not used it also still its shoing as loan amount in my cibil report. This is really disgsting that you are reckless about this type of your duties. Solve the issue. Its impacting bad on my credit report

In my cibil report its shoing me 4764 as overdue amount from idfc first bank but it was flipkart paylater amount that i have already paid in 2021 still its showing in my cibil. Flipkart granted me paylater of 35000 and which is i have not aksed them and i have not used it also still its shoing as loan amount in my cibil report. I have been an active user of Flipkart pay later for more than 3 years. I have not defaulted on any payments till now. Unfortunately, my credit score has been impacted showing a missed payment. When I checked the credit report, I came to know that an IDFC loan account is negatively impacting my credit score. When I checked the IDFC First bank loan account, It showed an overdue amount of 955 rupees. Also, I noticed that the due date of the loan is on the 1st of the month. But in the case of Flipkart pay later, the due date is on the 5th of every month. This is ridiculous. Even though I paid the EMI on pay later at the right time, I paid the overdue amount only because it is impacting my credit score. Even after that, the credit score is not improved and the history of missed payments is still seen on the credit report. This has led to the rejection of some bank loans. While checking up my cibil report, I saw that there is an existing business loan general from idfc first bank on my PAN issued on 25 Mar 21 vide acc no 41944722. I have neither got any kind of loan approved from idfc bank nor have I ever approached the banking institution for the same. The payment start & end date are reflected as Aug 2021 & it is still active, which makes no sense. I need clarification as to why some loan is being shown reflecting in my cibil report whereas I have never taken any such loan nor even approached the said bank with any enquiry about the same. The same may be rectified immediately.

It is showing personal loan of Rs 3000, i have not taken any loan and still it is showing in my cibil report already remaining balance is Nil, Please remove from my cibil report

My name is sourin . I chechked my cibil score today and found i have 1 sanction loan 25000 and overdew 33700 spmething. After that i see one late payment happed, .As i didnt do any late payment or use any such loan. After that i check amazon pay later they showing due to late repayment your amazon pay later account blocked please repay dues. After clicking on repay dues they showing zero 0 amount due . So why my cibil upadte wrong. And why my cibil showing overdue this is such a harrasement. If i did not see that i cant know this type of problem allready happend.

In the year 2017 I took loan from IDBI bank for medical emergency. I lost my job in 2019 due to Covi-19. Then after I was not able to pay my EMI. I requested bank to give me some time because my financial condition is not better. Last year only I got Job.
I am the only person in my home to earn. We are four in my family all of them are dependent on me.
Now days bank agent Mr. Sumit Madane and Kundan Jadhav are calling me and using inappropriate language. They are unnecessarily visiting my office and spoiling my image, due to this company had issued me a memo.
They threatened me when I requested not to come to my office.

My name is Ajith KP, s veteran, retired from Indian Air Force. On the month of Oct 2022 I applied for a student education loan for my daughter (single girl child) through Jan Samarth portal at SBI, at Attingal branch (7017), loan was sanctioned but at the time of loan dispersal recently on the month of January 2023, RASMECC alerted and notified SBI Attingal branch of some clarifications in my CIBIL reports. As per the instruction form SBI bank I opened a CIBIL account and in the credit report summary it is showing a personnel loan was disbursed by IDFC bank on 30/04/2021. Followed the advice of SBI loan manager and raised a dispute in CIBIL and received dispute status page showing as resolved and appraised me to check with IDFC bank for correction.
In the best of knowledge I have or had no account opened with IDFC bank . So how can I avail a personnel loan from IDFC bank. I doubt some error occurred with IDFC bank.
I humbly request you to bring out a proper solution and appropriate amendments in CIBIL reports for acquiring the sanctioned student loan and for hurdles free future bank transactions. Pertained documents related ( CIBIL credit report, Dispute raised, Dispute status page etc) are attached with.
Looking forward a positive approach and solution at the earliest.

I hold the boldness to say that I had never opened an account with IDFC bank and I wonder how can I get a personnel loan from this bank. While going through the procedures to acquire a student loan for my daughter I came to know from my CIBIL credit summary report showing that I had availed a personnel loan from IDFC bank and closed it. I would like to have an investigation done on this issue as it may hamper my future monetary transactions.
Begging you to expedite the procedure so I could avail the loan in time for education purpose of my only girl child. Looking forward to a positive action.
