Complaint regarding home loan FRAUD by IDFC First Bank employees

Hello

I am writing this email with great disappointment and disgust about the FRAUD and MIS-SELLING being done by IDFC First bank employees. I had filled out an online form at IDFC bank website for home loan services. The customer care of IDFC connected me with loan executive Mr. Mehruddin ([protected]) and manager Mr. Aman Seth ([protected]).

I was asked to submit a list of documents to support my application...

Dear sir /Madam
I have hdfc bank account in chennai cit nagari branch.my account number is [protected].my cus id is[protected].i gave idfc bank two wheeler loan ecs amount deducted 3038 rs every month 2nd.sept 2nd one ecs bounced due to jobless.I don't have money that time. September month 6 time deducted 530 *6 = 3180. Yesterday one time 530 charged. Totally 3710 rupees deducted from my hdfc account .sir I am a poor family and till now I don't have job.I am totally depressed about this issue. Please 🙏🙏 kindly help me for this issues. I have some money problem, but this time amount deducted unreasonable from my hdfc savings account. I really humble request to each everyone please kindly help me.hereafter I can't pay loan emi due to job issue.please refund my deducted money as soon as possible. And then I have attached my all evidence to your reference.

    Hello,

    Please note that the autodebit did not happen for the scheduled EMI and when I called customer care on the same day then he told please waut till 6-8th November it will get autodeducted and if not then follow the link sent to you.

    Today I am calling customer care since 10:00 am but nobody is responding and I see that my EMI amount has been increased by INR 1000 showing as late fees.
    IDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      On Thrusday (03 Nov 2022), I went to Teynampet IDFC First Loan office, that Loan settlement person is not available for more than two hours. After that person said Manager is not avaiable for process. Then why IDFC people asked me to wait for two hours. - This is first case.

      Later after two hours Mr. Felix called me over phone and asked me about the settlement process and started on same day.

      Today 05-Nov-2022, Collection agent Name not told ([protected]) went to my home for Bike Recovery.. Later he called my Reference Number for multiple times. (Why did he called my Reference when he went to my home)

      What is the necessity to call my reference that much times? You go and collect money from them. Why should I pay?

      I need clarification from Senior Management of IDFC FIRST BANK LOANS, until i wont do the payment. You Just call the reference and appologise for the same. or send me APOLOGY LETTER.

      Also he called me for more than 4 times.

      Already I have filed complaints above them for collection. Did they follow RBI rules or Bank Insist to override rules and regulatins.

          A recovery agent from your bank called me and threatened to beat me up by local people as I am unable to make payment of my credit card number ending with 7027.
          I am unable to make payment because my credit card is blocked by you before any bill got generated. I am unaware of the reason for the blocking.
          Please unblock my credit card so that I can make the payment.

          Also you people threatening my sick mother over the payment and want to visit my office address. Please note I will also take legal steps against your bank as you don’t value for your customer.

            Flipkart pay later dues paid before or on 5th of due month . Still cibil reports shows 20-23 days delays on on atleast 3 payments.

              I received a text saying that I am invited to apply for a credit card. I clicked on the link and provided the information. After few steps, they approved for WOW card and ask me to open a FD for one Lakh at 6.75% and I will be given a cad with 1 Lakh credit. I followed and transferred my money from the Union bank of India to IDFC. Money transfered successfully but no account opened and no communication. I sent several emails and try to reach customer center with no luck. I want my money be back in my account at Union bank immediately.

                I had taken a personal loan from IDFC bank on 26th august as they told me it was 10% but they changed it by saying its 17% reducing rate of interest so this was not acceptable so i paid it back by cancelling my LIC policy and paid back the loan amount but they are not ready to close my case as i have paid back the entire loan amount plus ten thousand extra as fine they had given a TAT of 30days but the issue is still goin on they have created multiple cases and they are not willing to close the case its been more than a month that was my savings which I closed to pay back the loan, kindly look into this and please ask them to close it .Now after paying back the loan they are mentally torturing me by call every now and then and they they will charge me EMI this month also need help and want this case closed

                Still No Update on this loan closure they have been dragging this case for more than 1 and a half month. No loan closure letter given as i have paid the entire loan amount plus 10thousand extra rupees as fine.

                  IDFC FIRST BHARATH BANK LTD., has been often forwarding SMS that they have my personal details registered with Centry KYC as because I have a started a loan account based on my interest to purchase an EMI product through the FLIP KART E-commerce portal since they are the working partner of the foresaid bank.

                  Actually, It is the fact that I haven't applied for and registered any request of loan with IDFC FIRST BHARATH BANK LTD....

                  Also paid full amount (Rs 100) through cash on 21/10/2022 @ 11:58 a.m on return journey. (asked to pay due to low balance on fast tag).

                    Sir,
                    I am using fast tag of IDFC FIRST BANK for my vehicle MH20FU2713 . My fast tag account user got expired, Now I want recharge the account but message appears as user got expired . My ID is 3958797.
                    I am also in touch with their help line no., but all is vain even sending mails are not the suitably replied.

But I'm not holding any account, credit card and any kind of loan or another account. So I do not understand why this bill is initiated by me; Requesting you to check & confirm back on an urgent basis.                         Dear sir,
                        I have been getting daily SPAM Mail from IDFC First bank to use their Credit cards or switch to their credit cards. the mails are being sent through Poonawall fincorp / [protected]@connectinboxx.com.
                        I have repeatedly complained to their customer care but they have done nothing more than ack my mails.
                        Now, through pages I wish to awaken these spamming agencies so that they stop harassing me. I was never their customer and never will be.
                        They are misusing my data as i had their shares for some time and have my email ID.
                        If they don't stop I shall take up the matter with SEBI/ RBi etc.

                            Idfc Bank is not closing loan after clearing payment for ac no : 39308541 with no due amount. Its been 1 month cleared payment dues and requested for NOC. They asked me to wait for 8 working days for noc. No response. Again i requested for close my loan there is no response from idfc up to now

                                I lost my Devid card during my journey
                                and i raised my complain
                                but my complain not resisted to sending my devid card on my kyc add.
                                bank denied to take my request to update my permanent adders
                                there is two address but not sending my devid card on my permanent add .
                                and in my city hdfc branch is to far almost 60km. im not able to visit due to my busy job .

                                  I have a flipkart pay later account (mobile:[protected], email: [protected]@gmail.com) powered by idfc. you have wrongly reported an outstanding amount of Rs 1243 to Experian and CIBIL . Due to this my Experian and CIBIL score was reduced. you should report the right amount to cibil and experian. Whereas my dues in flipkart pay later account is zero. Rectify as soon as possible. It had never happened before

What I found flipkart pay later due date is 5th of the next month but Idfc first bank statemet shows due date is 1st day of next month. I paind on 2nd nov but statement says 1 days due. Flipkart is not paying its lender on time ?
