This is to inform you that I have been trying to track the status of my CLAP ID since January, 2022. I have taken a home loan from IDFC First Bank. This is my first home and for which I have applied for PMAY. Co applicant is my mother who is a widow, and our family income is less than 4 lakhs. Hence, meeting all the criteria for the subsidy. My application is stuck on the 3rd stage since March, 2022 and then after there is no update on the same. I have also tried contacting NHB and also on the contact numbers given on the pmay.gov.in website but neither of them is getting connected. Whenever I am trying to get the status, the OTP is being sent on my phone number but the page to enter the OTP is not visible. I fall under the LIG category. So, as mentioned in the criteria's, I am eligible for the subsidy as I have applied for PMAY in the month of January 2022.Requesting you to kindly check for the status and try to resolve the problem as soon as possible from your end. Would appreciate it if any person's contact number or email ID would be provided by you for me to follow up on this matter.

My credit report says i have not paid amount in 17 months in a loan of 7000 taken by me fron idfc first bank and the amount is 1576 Rs. Either this is an error or this is not a loan taken by me. I have tried flipkart as well as idfc bank customer helpline

I am not interested in your cards, if I were i would call you, everyday making 10 calls is not going to change my decision, stop calling at odd hours, i might be in a meeting, attending someone's funeral for God sake, my phone number is not given for all these stupid marketing agenda!

Sir I didn't get my welcome kit

My mom is sick and under treatment. This bank has linked my moms phone number to someone elses phone number without verifying the kyc. My mom is constantly getting abusive calls from the loan collection agents and text reminders insisting her to pay someones loan.This has been happening for over a year causing mental stress and pressure ony sick parents.After reaching customer care multiple times the bank assured in email that my moms phone number has been removed from their kyc records. However my mom is still getting abusive calls and loan repayment reminders disrupting her normal life.

Ka06c0755 fastag wallet again and again auto debiting RS 620, I have complained IDFC they are not concerning my complaint and they are transferring their risk to NHAI .
Even I complaint to NHAI they are also not concerned.

One of the worst customer service i ordered fastag on nov 24 2022 from IDFC First website till 6 dec 2022 they didn't deliver the tag. Everyday their customer care give lame excuses we will highlight your email etc all the silly things to send us mail.. i have done everything but they are fooling customers.. I requested them to close this tag and send separate mail for closure of tag but they are not replying to mails.. Please Close this Tag and i will purchase from any other bank..

While pulling up my CIBIL report, I saw that there is an existing personal loan from IDFC first bank in my name issued on 07/07/2022. I have neither got any kind of loan approved from IDFC bank nor have I ever approached the banking institution for the same. The payment start & end date are reflected as 07/07/2022 & 07/09/2022 respectively which makes no sense.

I need clarification as to why some loan is being shown reflecting...

I keep getting spam mails from them. they are very smart and are able to bypass the filters by changing the headers/ sender ID as IDFC, IDFC-First, IDFCBank, IDFC_Bank etc. They spam regularly through their marketing leader PoonawallaFincorp alias [protected]@connectinboxx.com.

despite repeated complaints I am being subjected to daily spamming by IDFC/ IDFC FIRST bank to avail their Credit Cards.
I am clear that this company is nothing but a cheap company which thrives on cheap actions.

As brought out earlier, I continue to get at least three spam mails from daily from IDFC BANK. This cheap and worthless company is in habit of spamming and despite numerous complaints has not stopped spamming despite receiving my complaint through email and through you.
I don't understand what they are trying to prove except that they are renowned SPAMMERS. As I get several mails from them regarding Credit cards, loans etc. It looks like there is an intense war going on regarding selling more and more Credit cads. I have sent many mails to their Head Customer service with copies to banking [protected]@RBI chandigrah.
VERY soon they will all come under data protection cat and then will be liable for prosecution. Cheap companies don't care for PRIVACY, Customer Grievances and are only self centered. and above all GREEDY.

Flipkart Pay later with IDFC Bank opened with Rs. 70000. i had closed the flipkart pay later account 1 month ago customer care said that the bank end will update it as closed but still it shows in my cibil report as a personal loan of Rs. 70000 with Account number 27694279. I would like to have a resolution to close and update to cibil on this as soon as possible.

I haven't applied for an easy buy EMI card from idfc still I received one. I didn't used or activated it. Still you are charging me 99 for this year. I don't want your card. Then why the hell I want to pay the amount

Sunday I have received a mail from Idfc first bank, in first mail I have receive a Otp, after some time I receive 2nd mail from from bank again which is all details of loan sanction latter however I do not apply any loan in this bank .

I don’t know bank how do this and when this mail share there bank mail id [protected]@idfcfirstbank.com then generate case id [protected].
But no response till now

This is wrt our IDFC First Fastag and the strange situation we are in since October 22.
(1) Due to bad service, we asked IDFC First Bank to close our Fastag account.
(2) After a lot of trouble, they finally said that they have closed the account on Nov 5th .
(3) However, the NHAI helpline (1033) and NHAI portal shows that it is not closed or deactivated till today, 20 Nov.
(4) We are blacklisted when we try to...

I have used Flipkart Pay Later which automatically became a personal loan from IDFC FIRST BANK. I have paid everything and my Flipkart Pay Later was even closed but the IDFC bank still showed one accounts as overdue amounts which is not acceptable.
