[Resolved]  IDFC Bank — receiving calls more than 10 times a day

I have my phone number to [protected]!! And updated in capital first website also but still im receiving calls to the old number which i had given 74*78.. I further dont want to receive any calls from bank regarding the loan payment to 74*78
Please stop calling n call to the updated number[protected]..
Customer call centre people are worst they wont even know what is it.. And i recive calls more than 10 times a day.. N they demand things to share number

Hi Team,

I am really very much annoyed by the calls from the IDFC regarding offering loans i am getting nearly 5 to 6 calls daily. I am really not interested in getting calls from your side please remove my contact number from your data and stop sending SMS and making call to my number - [protected].

I am really very fedup with IDFC bank, I am getting the calls from the IDFC regarding to repay the loan (for which is paid already week before), i am almost 4 years customer for you, i am getting nearly 10 calls daily. I am really not interested in getting calls from your side same time i am busy with my online works using hotspot, but inbetween you collection team block my data becuase of they are calling and they dont know to talk also, one and on they dont have proper update, they talk some nonsence also sometime, they dont know to handle the customer on softconner, i am not telling to handle politely for defaluter customer, But like us who is paying on time for 3 years and one or two months got late they can talk to us softly and get the update, but thats not happening, If its contuine i am realling going to file nunsence case with help of my legal team, My reg#[protected], please remove my contact number from your data and stop sending SMS and making call to my number - [protected].

If you want to do loan business you should know to handle customer well not like this ...

Hi I am really fedup of these idfc loan customer care calls, I have recieved around 50 calls in 12 hours .It is my request to remove my registered no. From your data and stop calling.

Receiving calls from idfc bank on daily basis for more than 10 yimes.stop Calling like this.its really annoying and disturbing for me to work online.
Guys, Please let me know if I can take any action or is there any way to sue IDFC for these calls. They are just irritating. I have my DND activated. I have blocked the numbers but still receive those calls from different numbers each time.
