Dear team
When i have reached idfc bank which is situated at barakhamba road then the bank staff behavior were very casual and i asked i wants to update mobile number in my bank account then bank employee without listening sent me towards adhara updation desk,
This type of casual behavior are showing in bank whereas all the employee were doing nothing and not a single customer were in a bank idfc barakhmba branch. This incident was seen on 30/08/2019.

    I got home loan in incred finance, but their change home loan division to join with idfc bank. Now i am completed my basement work so want my 2nd disposal amount for my home. But they are not responding property. Please do a need ful.

      I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for amazon from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference. It's been almost 2 days passed but no responses yet.

      Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

      Please look into it and do the needful.

        The loan was passed i was received the message from you but still there is no amazon voucher received and it is still pending i request you to send me the voucher as early as possible. S that i can purchase any thing from the amazon. Please look into this matter early. You sent me the full detail of loan as well as emi i attached the screenshots. I am feel totally frustrated because of this inconvenience from the idfc bank in this case of amazon vouchers was purchased by me on 24 august2019. Please resolve this matter as early as possible or cancel my loan if you can not send me the vouchers. Your business behavioris not well n good with your customers.             Dear sir,
            I Rudraprasad Roy chowdhury having a account with your bank( a/c no-[protected]).Today I am going for acash withdrawl in Bank of Baroda, using my IDFC bank debit card.At time of transaction I Amy trying to withdraw 500 RS .After all the necessary inputs at last a pop up showing in ATM screen that transaction time out and on the same time SMS coming from IDFC bank that RS 500 debited from my account.

            Transaction happen today 21/08/2019 at 10:56 am .when I am checking my IDFC bank statement RS 500 debit was alreday shown with transaction/reference number:

            Transaction -NFS/CASH WITHDRAWAL/+BOB/[protected]

            Kindly do the needful on an urgent basis so that the amount will return back to my account.

                  As I had purchased an Amazon pay voucher and when I received it when I try to redeem it in Amazon app it says (voucher you are trying to redeem is already redeemed by someone else)
                  This really left me blank and I tried contacting the Instacredsupport frankly speaking they responded but it is taking too long I wanted to gift tat voucher to my brother but unfortunately it didn't redeemed.
                  I kindly request IDFC bank to resolve this issue and respond me I seriously don't hav enough time either please cancel the loan or resolve the issue

                      I have purchased amazon vouchers worths rs 50000 from idfc instacred.
                      It was told that i will receive them in 3 working days but i haven't still received them
                      I was hoping you could look into it
                      They have already planned the emi tenure.
                      It is of 12 months.
                      There is also no way of cancellation
                      There are also so many complaints about the same
                      I have call idfc customer service center and i told my problems but service center not solve my problem. Very bad service.

                        Loan account no[protected]. I want to cancel the sanctioned loan on my account. The reason is that i am not afford to pay the monthly emi per month.                         Hi IDFC Customer Support Team - PL Department,

                        IDFC bank has disbursed my loan without by consent which is very pathetic and against RBI policies. Now, I want to cancel this loan asap.

                        I have already given the request for cancellation however no updates yet. Also, they are stating that I will have to pay 10, 000 as cancellation charges which is again very disheartening.

                        I have to run here and there for cancellation and still I have to bear the loss. It's unprofessional and unethical from IDFCs part which is really not expected from a bank like IDFC.

                          My mobile number [protected] I purchased 40000 worth vouchers from instacred, but its showing "status:voucher delayed" what kind of nonsense is this that I have not yet received single rupee and my emi has started which is due on 2nd September.why should I pay for the amount which I have not used, worst experience of my life iam totally frustrated, no response no msg no call no email from idfc or instacred. And you think I will repay the amount .until and unless you will not deliver the vouchers I will not pay single emi. Do whatever you want looters.i ll take this matter to court I have every proof.below are the screenshots.

                              I paid on your request on 7th again another bounce what the cheating you people are doing.. Again cheated me.. What is this kind nature are you playing with our weakness..

                              See i will go take it seriously as you yourself agreed to waive 1888 now again u raised another bounce now its is 2360.. What is this type of cheating you people are doing after giving the words..

                              Again sbi raised 295 2 times tottaly 590 as of capital first late payment fail.. Because of you people we are loosing money and you and sbi are collecting from us..

                                  The IDFC bank is not sure running a scam or something. I have applied to their instacred Vouchers for Amazon easy emi options a week back and they have sent me a repayment plan along with all the information and they are going to deduct my emi from 2nd of September 2019. But there is no word on how I am going to receive my voucher. Their customer service number is not working which is the old number for Capital First. I emailed them and got an automated response that someone will call me or email me. Which was 3 days back and I haven't received anything yet. I'm feeling that now they are running a scam to collect the information from the people and build their database with their personal documents and their all the information about financials and the bank accounts along with personal documents. I am going to sue the company, I will wait for 48 hours...if I don't receive my voucher as promised which date is already gone 72 hours that was in 3 days from my application..                                     Very lame service not at all satisfied, no proper customer support, no contact point. I'll never purchase anything from instacred again.

                                    I have tried to withdraw amounts from different ATM yesterday, every time my amount was deducted from my account but the cash was not been withdrawn, and also the amount not been credited till time, kindly do the needful asap.
