Pathetic service by instacred.i purchased 4 vouchers of 10000 which in total would be 40000 but its showing status pending, how can I use the amount and how could I pay the loan if iam unable to use the amount pls cancel or give me voucher number as soon as possible. I have cancelled an order in tata cliq. They said amount will be credited to my account within 4 days but it's been 7 days not received. Refund of rs 15827, against loan number 24193171 has been processed successfully on 30-jul-19 by tata cliq. The unique transaction reference (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 4990384. Unfortunately i didn't receive any refund.

The IDFC bank is not sure running a scam or something. I have applied to their instacred Vouchers for Amazon easy emi options a week back and they have sent me a repayment plan along with all the information and they are going to deduct my emi from 2nd of September 2019. I'm experiencing a pathetic service from instacred, i purchased a voucher for flipkart from instacred my amount got deducted from my idfc first loan account, even the emi has been created but haven't received the voucher yet. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

I am really facing a bad experiance with instacred idfc. More than 4 days i had bought voucher of 25000 from amazon and 30000 from flipkart. But still now vouchers are pending. But in idfc first a/c loan no. has been generated dates are given for emi deduction. While i was buying vouchers it was said that voucher will be given within 3 business days. After complete 6 days i'm not reciveing vouchers.
Loan application was complete.
No response from idfc bank.
Emi deduct date was done 2 sep 2019.

I was having a loan from capital first, now known as idfc first bank.
The loan got closed on jan 2018, i have mail from them with end date.
Everything was smooth until they deducted 1500 in july 2019 in name of ecs. I am shocked why did they had to deduct ecs after 1.5 years of loan being completed.
This is not acceptable. If you had any outstanding you should have deducted it before, there was no need for waiting 1 year.br...

As per the order i was suppose to get the delivery today.
I took an off from work for this which is money that i am loosing and there is still no update from royaloakindia.
I have tried to contact royaloakindia, via chat and email which is waste of time as no one is bothered to respond.

I have purchased clothes on myntra.com in june 2019 thru insta cred emi of idfc first bank of rs.4182/- for 09 months emi period.in that i return the items of rs.3522/- to myntra.com and they refunded to insta cred emi account and i have received the mail on july 20.2019 from [protected]@flexmoney.in the amount of rs.3522/- has refunded and transfered to the idfc first bank account for further process and i call to idfc first bank customer care...

I applyed for my flipcart vouchers using instacred card and its gona be one week i didn't recive my vouchers still send me the vouchers today are cancel my loan the proper helpline is also not listed in the website they are just playing around when i open the website it just shows status pending from a week its getting damn irritted just send my vouchers today are cancel my loan...

I'm experiencing a pathetic situation i dont know how react since long i have applied five thousand loan to buy a gift voucher of Flipkart in idfc bank and the amount was deducted from loan card and i have not received voucher details and it is showing as in pending status online send me flipkart voucher immediately. Waiting for morethan ur promised date to deliver or else atleast cancel my loan...

S very surprised for me how can you deduct money from my hdfc account without my notice, yes last month it happened on 26th refer june 600/-,[protected] or mir[protected] & again 23rd july[protected] amount 600/-, without my sign on any documents how can they do.
