We are using ifb washing machine (Executive plus) for last so many years, in oct 2016 we made complaint for non working of the machine and called yourtoll free no: when we were directed to inform r s enterprises, near siddha pudur, coimbatore, who came and repaired by changing some parts with a bill of rs 6082/- (Icrno:3198). However the machine after working for 4 — 5 months again stopped and again we called and they again repaired this time by changing some parts with a bill of rs2020/-{oct no:17378}on 26.04.17. After 15 days again the machine stopped working, we complained but till date no one has attended but only assurances. Sir, how many times should we complain and how much should we spend. Perhaps the cost of new machine. Please look into the matter and do the needful for rectification... Regards.

I bought a washing machine on 12th june via amazon online. It was delivered on 13th. Installation done on the 17th. On the same day it started leaking the water from two different places. The installation guy did not help at all. Is it because we bought through online?

Second thought. As a customer i do not expect such a defective product from ifb. I feel like looted. I need a replacement.

I have bought ifb oven mwo25bc4 at sathya agencies (P) ltd., perambalur on 10/06/2017. The agency people assured that with in one or two days ifb people will come and install your products. But more than a week has gone and not yet any persons meet our requirement. Kindly make necessary action.

We purchased washing machine ifb w/m aw7201rb on 31.08.14
From starting it was having vibration problem during running on load.
Every time technician come and used to change some part or adjust technically.

From last 2 months we have made several complains to ifb. Technician comes after many follow ups and till date same is occurring and they are not able to resolve the same. Two times machine has fallen down due to huge vibrations and plastic parts were broken (For which obviously we have to pay).

We request to take up this matter and arrange to replace machine on foc basis.

Puducherry ifb service centre (Tirumalai enterprises) doesnt respond well and technicians skill are not upto the expected level. Whatever the problem solved by the technicians in the machine, the same occurs in another 2 months. We called for bearing issue in feb2017 and technician solved for 4000 rupees and again we got the bearing problem in may 5th2017.

I have purchased ifb front load digital ex 6kg washing machine in 2008. Recently in 2017, we have changed the drum and belt. Approximately spent 5000/-. Now again, pcb board has gone bad. When i have raised service request, the ifb executive has checked the machine and says that the model is stopped and this model's spare parts were not in production. Now instead of spending 3-4k rupees, i have to buy new washing machine because of spare parts were not available.in such a case how he has give the drum for the same model. Now i have lost 5k in few months (Drum replacement). Ifb is not even providing minimum of 10 years post purchase service/spares support which is very pathetic.

I have registered a compaint on 29th may .
So according to your policy service engg. Should visit within 24 hrs. But actually no action should taken on the compaint. Very bad service and product.

On 08apr2017 an amount of rs 5859 was paid through cheque towards amc renewal of washing machine ifb senorita aqua sx. Even after 2 months have elapsed details of renewal have not been updated. I have called customer care as well as service centre numerous times but have received no positive reply. This delay in response is frustrating. Individual who collected the cheque had informed that data will be updated at customer care within 45 days

[protected] - ticket status is not addressed, nearly a week had gone, daily i am following this but nothing is happening, i am totally disappointed by customer service of ifb, i guess this compliant will also be like 11th among the 10 compliants. Very worst customer friendly i have never & ever want to see again,

Issue here is just a reinstallation & service, that it self is not sorted out..

I have entered an amc contract with ss enterprises arcot for two years for ifb washing m/c. From 03.03.2017 copy enclosed.
While putting the contract the service engineer spoken very good sugar coated words and took away the cheque for payment. After that when we rang up to his mobile somebody will attend and tell mr sakthivel is in meeting. Every day i would call the same reply. They never bothered to reply.
Finally after two months, i somehow booked a call on line for bearing noise in the machine. Vide ticket no: [protected]. After two days the same service centre called they will attend the fault.
On hearing the complaint they demanded rs 3300/= for replacing the damaged bearing in the machine towards the replacing the seal. So, this is the way a complaint can be attended without seeing the fault physically on the machine.
This is my first service call after amc come into force, so, i am not prepared to suffer like this for another two years.
Kindly terminate my amc contract and return my amount immediately.

I purchased ifb oven model no 20bc4 s/n[protected] november 2016 in cellamani & co guduvanchery, chennai, tamilnadu 603203 name of the purchaser r. Amudapriya till now i didnt get installation several times i complaint to the customer service this is my last complaint. This is my bad experience wirh ifb otherwise take my product back or give response

One of the worst decisions i have made has been to buy ifb products. Not only do the products constantly have issues cropping up, but ifb has the worst after sales service! The worst customer care available in the market. You keep breaking your head with them for days after registering the complaint, and still no solution. When you tell them about the lack of service provided, they are rude and defensive.in the past 2 years i have had to make complaints at least 5-6 times, and every single time without fail the same horrible experience has followed. The customer care department is filled with incompetent fools, who sit n take complaints n do nothing. One has to invariably call branch coordinators n the situation escalates every single time.
I'm so fed up with ifb that i want to just throw out my products n buy new ones. N i would suggest any new buyers to refrain from this company. Unless you want to deal with harrowing experiences with their products n after (Non) services.

We are getting "door" error on starting of the ifb senorita washing machine. We followed the solution provided in the user manual page no.33 but the problem remained as is. We badly needed the washing machine as the schools are opened. We have bought the machine 4 years ago. Kindly resolve asap.

Worst service experience ever!! We been following up since a month regarding the repair of ifb washing machine. No proper training provided to the service people, no one responds to the calls.. The motherboard of the ifb washing machine was removed for repair n haven't been replaced till date.
Never ever gonna buy or recommend ifb brand to any one.. Ive been following up with multiple service men to get the problem resolved however no response.

Within one year the ifb washing machine top load has stopped working. Takes 3 hours and uses way too much water. Technician comes after 7 days and repeated follow up, but is not aware of anything. Every question he answers replace filter and disinfectant. Replaced it, charged 2k, machine is still not working. Following up again. Compalint number: [protected]

Ifb is the worst service provider. They do not rectify the problem but only take their charges. I made a complaint regarding my ifb washing machine in january. The technician came and told to change the part named shock absorbent. He took the service charges saying that he will replace it soon. Even after taking the service charges they provide the service free of cost for one month but he did not turn up. I kept calling call center. Nothing happened. Then again i called the service centre in the last week of may. The technician came, saw the machine saying that shock absorbent has to be replaced. He came after 2 days and replaced it. I paid the amount for shock absorbent and was charged the service fee again. The problem which was to be solved in january itself was solved in may for which i gave the services charges again for the same fault. I paid services charges again which i shouldn't have paid because it was delay from the ifb side. After replacing the shock absorbent the problem was not solved. Again i called on 2nd of june to the customer care for the same problem. The technician visited again after 2 days saying that the stand has to be replaced. I asked him to replace it. He said he will come the next day and replace it. But after 4 days also he did not turn up. From 2nd june i called customer care number innumerable
Times. I mailed to [protected]@ifbglobal.com several times.in return i get a call again from service provider that soon it will be done. This is the process going on from may last week.
To be precise from january.
I think they will drag it for 1 month again because till 1 month the complaint is open. And then after 1 month they will come and change the part and take the service charges again. They never sent me ticket number via sms but this time they have sent ticket number [protected] in 13th of june for the first time.

More than 100 calls made to your service center and your so called authorized agency but all in vain.

Customer relation people's response is very lethargic and it shows what you are highlighting as your advantages while selling the products are after all marketing purpose.

There is no pleasure felt by buying ifb washing machine as advertised by you instead of its only pressure is the gift from your brand.

I want a replacement for this machine or else refund my money which is more preferred if i think of future fire fighting for services if any fault occurs.

Hope the complaint will be viewed seriously and solved.

Hi i am pratik khandla, my frd wahid suthar buy a 8kg senator aqua sx 1400 rpm to ifb point surendranagar.Authorised person of ifb poin s.Nagar ghanshyambhai give very bedly answering to me about my order of whashing machine cuver..I am 10 time online order to company...But every time hopeless.
