I have an IFB washing m/c which is under AMC till 2017. I registered a complaint(#[protected] as it was not working on 9th March 2016. On 11th March, it was attended and I was told that it requires many replacements but would be done only when it's body is changed for which i have to pay INR 3700/-. Same day I paid the amount. Today is 15th March and nobody has even contacted me with any update. I called up IFB Customer care number again today morning and asked them to escalate this and get the complaint resolved asap, but again no one has turned up yet. 3 months back also similar incident had happened, they were not ready to repair it unless i get the washing m/c body changed. After lot of follow-up and 8-10days, they had repaired the m/c. Customer Care exec gives service center head's or Area manager's numbers and nobody answers on these numbers.

No update received from service center till 16th March evening, so called up customer care number again and he gave me service center Manager's(R P Rana) number. Spoke to him and was taken aback by his callous attitude. He says we do not have the part and it will take time since it is not a small thing. When I told him that I was told on 11th March, while I was making payment, that it would be resolved on 12th itself if the part is available else it would be resolved within max 5 days...he tells me that he would repay the amount..please note that this is just the m/c body replacement(for which I have paid)., they are not even talking about the actual problem which is belt and some other part replacement which they have to do under AMC. They are pressurizing me to get the m/c body replaced, then only they will replace other parts and they are unable to replace the m/c body. I want my washing m/c to be repaired by tomorrow, with or without body, since it is under AMC else I will look for alternative ways...Why does IFB have such inefficient service centers ? I have not been able to run my washing m/c since last 8 days and one can imagine the burden!!!

      Not replacing glass turntable under of microwave under warranty

      I have raised the Complaint on the above subject and continuously follow up for the past 3 years, Before 3 years technician came and told that Drum and Bearing has to Replace . also he told that if an covering under AMC they will replace the same with free of cost and then I have done the renewal of the AMC, after that I have done the 3 AMC renewal, no one has turned up to change the drum and the bearings . I can conclude that Either IFB is cheating the Customer or they dont to do any of the service to customer, so that IFB can get the Bad impersion on the market . I have raised the compalint on 12-Feb-2016, Complaint No : [protected], after continuous follow up no one guy came and asked do u have any cloths for washing now, I said no, then u told, ok tomorrow u check and let me know . I told him if I check tomorrow also same problem will be there and asked him to change the Bearing and the Drum, without any conclusion he left from my place and Immediately i am getting the SMS that my Issue is resolved, after that Again i called to customer care and i given the complaint Number and that guy telling that there is no such complaint registered and he deliberately cut the Call and irritating me . Again I try 10 times and i got one new complaint number [protected] on 01-mar-2016, for this number also I have not received any thing from IFB and again they closed the Issue . Again I raised the complaint and new complaint number : [protected] . let me wait ... if IFB is not responding furhter need to throw it to scrap and need to say Good bye to all the IFB Products .

        We registered for service of IFB washing machine.The representative from IFB who visited us told machine got drum problem and additional cleaning need to be done. He asked to us register for AMC and take cleaning service named AQUA.He billed us amount of Rs 4218 for AMC and Rs 1800 for AQUA. After that its been more than one month, complaints have been done several times and few times representative visted but the problem hasn't been rectified till now.
        IFB is clearly cheating consumers with its service team.

            Recently purchased a washing machine (Senorita Aqua SX 6.5) and a microwave oven (30SC4). Installation and demo request for washing machine just satisfactory. Installation and demo request for microwave oven not attended to till date. Ticket no. [protected] dated 05/03/2016 closed unilaterally (suo moto). New ticket no. [protected] dated 11/03/2016. IFB call centre keeps giving false promises each day. Local area manager Mr. Rudresh [protected] hands over to Mr. Vijay [protected], local service engineer. In spite of so many calls each day since 5 march the microwave oven lying unutilised. A global company of IFB should have a one-stop solution in providing customer care after self-service, which is presently blinded by it's poor irresponsible service relations. Request fixed responsibility for loss of confidence of customer and take immediate necessary remedial action.

              I Complained on[protected] but still now problem not solved.Today i call to customer care and he told that the compliant was cancel and give the new reference number .it's irreating for me . It's create a bad impreesion of ifb service. I purchase the machine on last year only. its repaired on Dec month . so that I compliant to ifb service. The techinican came and told that the drum was problem. But still now no one come and replace it. Why the compliant was cancel ??

                  I am customer of IFB Washing Machine. I have registered a old complaint No: [protected] on 18th dec 2015 & new complaint no: [protected] (washing machine model: IFB Senator Front LOAD 6 Kg) and it is not under warranty.
                  After several follow-ups, finally the IFB service man came and check the machine problems, they told us to replace the main motor and some few spares and the cost would be around Rs. 8050/-. The same amount Rs.8050/- paid on 10th jan 2016 for the spares replacement. But the problem not resolved, again we have registered complaint, but they not ready attend the problem. We tried to contact manager and service man but irresponsible answer from them, even they are asking & shouting us " why you are calling".
                  when ever we call to toll free number they open new complaint number and they closed old complaint number. Finally, the service man came after several follow-ups and mails. Again, they told us to replace some spares but they are not giving us the confirmation for the problem rectification.

                  I thought IFB is world no:1 company for washing machines, but very worst service .I don’t know why the people expecting world no:1 with worst service, you people don’t know and not able to identify the problems.
                  We are following with this service centre more than 2 months. But the problem not resolved.
                  Kindly look into this issue and resolve the problems.

                    I U.Krishna have owned one washing machine and two no.s A.C., s of your reputed brand.
                    But the I feel very sorry(sorrow) to say that i have several times requested for servicing of air conditions. But you have not responded well. My August complaint is also in open condition. I have several times called customer care but they didn't responded well.
                    Herewith i am sending my customer id s and complaint no.s for further action.

                    Hence i request you to extend my service period to next year also if possible because the negligence and carelessness is from your side.

                    IFB a big MNC company is using tooth brushes to clean ACs

                    The service person a mug in one hand and a cell phone in between ear and shoulder and tooth brush in one hand is doing service of a reputed company

                    He came with one screw driver and a tooth brush

                    The owner should assist him

                    He came at 6PM and completed by 7.30 pm

                    After his service we cleaned our bed room for 2 hours

                      This is sravanthi. I purchased ifb eva aqua vx 6kg washing machine on feb 7th, 2016 in Hyderabad. I used it 4 times only. Now it showing error and not working and we are called customer care and they told to us with in 24 hrs our service engineer is coming to resolve the problem but they are not responding to us now. 4 days were gone

                          Hi,

                          I am very much frustrated with the IFB service based on my recent experience with their designated local dealer (SHINE madurai). I raised a compliant 2 months back about noise issues with my washing machine. Since then there were series of issues and several part replacements. The technician first start started with replacing the shock absorber and stand (Spent around Rs.3500). The issue did not resolve, raised another compliant. The response was so poor and reverted back saying the spring and circuit board has to be replaced (Rs.1500). I agreed and replaced. Again the issue did not resolve, raised another compliant. Now finally they say that the issue is with the Stand. After removing the stand the issue seem to be resolved. Now the worst part is that they took the stand back promising to refund the money. For more than a month I have been following up with Customer Care and Local dealer with no progress made so far. Each time I call the customer care, the service desk person would give me a contact number to follow-up. So far I have reached to Daniel, Vinoth Raja and Priya. These guys point each other to get the update and for the past 2 weeks Vinoth Raja (I believe Branch Manager) no longer picks my phone. I am really disappointed with such bad service and I lost hope that my money would be refunded. I even doubt whether the local service dealer is genuine and properly certified by IFB.

                          Can someone help me on this? I am looking for some feedback on how to take this to next level.

                            I am customer of IFB Washing Machine. I have registered a old complaint No: [protected] on 18th dec 2015 & new complaint no: [protected] (washing machine model: IFB Senator Front LOAD 6 Kg) and it is not under warranty.
                            After several follow-ups, finally the IFB service man came and check the machine problems, they told us to replace the main motor and some few spares and the cost would be around Rs. 8050/-. The same amount Rs.8050/- paid on 10th jan 2016 for the spares replacement. But the problem not resolved, again we have registered complaint, but they not ready attend the problem. We tried to contact manager and service man but irresponsible answer from them, even they are asking & shouting us " why you are calling".
                            when ever we call to toll free number they open new complaint number and they closed old complaint number. Finally, the service man came after several follow-ups and mails. Again, they told us to replace some spares but they are not giving us the confirmation for the problem rectification.

                            I thought IFB is world no:1 company for washing machines, but very worst service .I don’t know why the people expecting world no:1 with worst service, you people don’t know and not able to identify the problems.
                            We are following with this service centre more than 2 months. But the problem not resolved.
                            Kindly look into this issue and resolve the problems.

                            After 13 Days, Today Technician come and corrected the problem. He changed the Shock observer cost of Rs.1, 800/-. And changed the water filter cost of Rs.1, 850/-. Thanks for Your good services.

                              I registered a complaint on IFB customer care Number ([protected]) at 04:26 PM vide ticket No.[protected] on 25.02.2016, regarding new T.T.Glass tray of my microwave and they have booked my complaint. On 01.03.2016 I received a call from Mobile No.[protected] (IFB Ravi Kumar) from M/s. Sheetal Refrigeration Services (service centre of IFB) asking for providing on cost of Rs.800/- of plate and Rs.220/- towards service charges.
                              I denied for payment of service charges and refused to take delivery of glass tray and accepted to collect it from service centre at the cost of Rs.800/-. Suddenly I received a call from mobile No.[protected] (IFB Shiva Reddy) for delivering the glass tray at free of cost and finally delivered the glass tray and issued Bill No.3230, dated: 01.03.2016 charging Rs.800/- towards cost of tray.
                              In evening at about 05:03 PM I received a call from customer care of IFB, Hyderabad from number ([protected]) about the service provided by service centre. I narrated the total story to her and asked the price of glass tray on which after verifying from the records and price list she informed me the price is Rs.600/- towards cost of glass tray and she further requested me wait as she is going to direct the service centre to refund back Rs.200/- which is charged excess.
                              On 05.March, 2016 again I received a message from IFB customer care stating that Complaint No.[protected] has been resolved. For which i replied mentioning as Not Satisfied for which I received a message and an Incidence E114358 has been generated. I submit that on 08.03.2016 at about 03:29 PM I received a call from IFB Customer care from mobile No.[protected] to her also I have narrated total incidence and then she requested me to wait and cut the call.
                              It can be assumed that when the total picture is cleared before the superior IFB Customer care authority that the IFB service centre played fraud with the customer by charging excess of Rs.200/- towards glass tray of microwave oven.
                              Hence I request the superior authority to take action against the IFB Customer Care i.e., (M/s. Sheetal Refrigeration Services) Hyderabad for the fraud played by the IFB Customer Care i.e., (M/s. Sheetal Refrigeration Services) Hyderabad with the customer.
                              Your immediate action will be appreciated.

                                Spurious material under amc
                                My ifb washing machine digi & kg is in amc right from the beginning. (Customer id 2434012).
                                Registered mobile no.[protected].
                                He machine is malfunctioning.

                                5th march 2016.:
                                A complaint is made with ifb.

                                6th march 2016:
                                Ifb sent a mechanic mr pramod. (Phone no.[protected] from their authorized dealer surya electronics.
                                At first the mechanic tried to make fool by telling that there is nothing wrong but when shown the problem and confronted, he informed that the pcb is required to be replaced.

                                7th march 2016:
                                Mr pramod came with a pcb without any packing or authentication marking identification tag.
                                When my wife asked about the box, the mechanic sarcastically talked to my wife and on objecting, started shouting and wanted to take out the pcb. The pcb is proof of spurious part which the franchise now want to remove from the location.

                                7th march 2016:
                                Incident reported to ifb. No action.

                                8th march 2016
                                Incident again reported to ifb. No action again..

                                9th march 2016:
                                Incident again reported to ifb (Mr suresh - supervisor).
                                Mr suresh arranged a conference call with the franchise.
                                The lady from m/s surya electronics stared shouting that till the time the spurious pcb is not returned, they can not arrange another pcb. Whereas, now, i am keeping this pcb for handing-over to authorized ifb personnel as proof of fraudulent practice.

                                    Washing machine EVA DX Serial Num 7685 . AMC Taken from 29-March-2015 to 28-March-2017 .
                                    The machine started giving loud noise on 29 Feb 2016 . We immediately raised complaint number [protected] . But even without any engineer visiting our home the complaint got closed on 4 March 2016.
                                    I have raised a complaint again with number [protected]. Still no engineer has visited our home for any inspection.

                                    I have mailed to [protected]@ifbglobal.com . There is no reply from IFB. I never knew their customer service is so bad in a major city like chennai
