Inb Times Of Money Limited — tumile app

Three transactions worth INR 615 each failed while paying through Internet Banking on 16.10.2019. The money was deducted from my account but i got no coins. So please refund my money as soon as possible. The transaction details are attached hereby. This kind of failures are just unacceptable as my money around INR 1845 got stuck. I want that this matter be looked uponas soon as possible. It has been more than 2 days now since the transaction and still no refund has been issued.

Rs 50 has been deducted from my account three times this month. But I have not purchased any of your product currently. So please resolve my issues as soo as possible. And i want to know for what cause you are charging me this money so that i can disable it.
