Hello All,

This is regard to the poorest or worst than worst service from independent tv.

I have booked the device in the month of March 2018 got it in the month of November 2018.For a month or it worked fine later I started getting 404 error.
I have complaint about it many times but problem remained same.
In January 2019 it stopped working completely.

I have been complaining n number of times but no result.
Even I sent an email to the nodal officer but they are also good for nothing.

For other providers we say good service or bad service but for so called independent tv its no service at all.

Please don't waste your money.

    Channel not coming in my dish connection i have paid the amount full for 1 year but channel are stopped from 31 march 2019 and no body is attending the complaint the dth box no of mine is s/ n no [protected] ca i'd 04279405 please make it serviceable so i can enjoy all the channels what u have said at the time of purchasing the dth please reconcile it and do the needful on urgent basis
    Ii have booked my connection on 28 12 2018 and after not recieving connection i have applied for refund as directed by customer care but still one month gone i have not recieved my refund

    Before purchase this dish TV thay told never stop any channel without inform and any condition. But after 2 month they stop Hollywood channel and than call to customer care they told me channel stop due to some issue ...
    No any one answer my questions please look my complaint.

They independent customer care service provider telling as per the trai govt regulation stopped channels. If want regulise more payment made again '
      Iam send mail to customer care service is legal action to independent tv
      So that i requested that, trai must direct to independent tv to regulise without any extra charges for one year. Thanku

          Dear sir / ma'am,

          I have paid the subscription booking amount rs 1999/- to independent tv from their official website.

          First waited 3 months for dish installation but independent team failed to install dish.

          After that independent tv team told me to send request for refund in our email id.

          Then i have send my bank details with cancelled cheque to independent tv official email id and got response from their official email.

          Here is the response which i got from: [protected]@independenttv.in (Independent tv official email)
          {we would like to inform you that the bank details you have shared with us for refund process have been forwarded to our account department and the amount will be refunded within 2 weeks.}

          Now i waiting from more than 2 months for refund my booking amount. But the independent team always give excuse for 15 more days again and again.

          Independent tv is fraud company take action against them.

          Kindly help me to resolve this type of issue.

            I submitt a complaint through customer care toll free number on dated 8/3/2019. The company provide a complaint number 2421206 and assure to resolve issue in 24 hours. But after that prescrobed time i again contact with customer care represntative time to time but after 20 days my complaint is still pending.

            After that i submitt a email complaint through e mail on 28/3/19. The company issued a ticket number 4557 and assure that the complaint resolve in 24 hours. But no effort from the company to resolve the matter.

            This is a huge delay in resloving the matter of stb

                I wish to complain about independent tv dth service that i purchased on 27 dec 2018 and paid 1, 999 to book the service i am complaining because it's been over 1 month and still i have not received my new dth connection service at my requested address. I was promised that new dth connection will be installed in 10-15 business days. To resolve this problem i would like independent tv to refund my complete booking amount that is 1, 999 as the company has failed to fulfill its promise. I have called their customer care and sent emails many times to get the resolution to above-mentioned complaint but other than same old excuse i have not received any satisfactory resolution nor any assurance that problem will be solved. When i first learned of this problem, i contacted their customer care and was told on many occasion that my new dth connection will be installed shortly but nothing happened. I believe that this response is unfair and very unprofessional. Their customer care representative kept on lying about the installation period and hung up the phone on me when i raised a complaint about the above-mentioned issue. On many occasion, i asked for a refund of rs 1, 999, since they could not fulfill their promise but they refused bluntly. I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem and i request for complete refund of rs 1, 999.

                My package channel stop without any information and I call regarding this issue they told me that running channel stop due to trai guideline but I had to parches full package and that time no any one told me and after month they stop running channel ..
                Very bad service receive by you . We never expect for that . Without solution why you are close my complain. same on you team .

                    I am unable to watch tv vide setup box no [protected] of independent tv from 31.03.2019. As i have already made the payment on 03.09.2018 for 2 years subscription fees well in advance and i also try to contact on their customer care nos but all the numbers are switch off.

                    Kindly help me to resolve this type of issue.

                    I am still waiting to resolve my issue from last 5-6 days I am regularly chasing with them to resolve my issue but they are not giving is proper reply.

                      I bought indepedent dish tv and subscribed for freedom pack two months before.. i was given hd channels and all other channels for one year.. but now they have removed hd channels.. and other channels also...what is this.. i also bought dish tv and subscribed for one year jd pack.. they have not removed any channel.. why independent tv ia doing this... my customer id is [protected].

                        I have bought independent tv on 12th jan, 2019. They were offering a package of rs 2000 for 1 year and that too both sd+hd channels. But unfortunately, after a month, hd channels got deactivated. On inquiring, they told it is a problem with tria and will soon be resolved. But instead of resolving other channels started getting deactivated. On asking, now htey are telling that rs 2000 pack is not available and they are discontinuing and i have to purchase all channels again. How can they be so cheat and fraud. Not only me even every customer is complaining the same. They have smartly stolen rs 2000 from every customer now. Also, attached is their offer details.

                              Sir I was booking online a DTH connection from the site of independent TV DTH operator on03/01/2019(booking I'd R[protected].i am wait for a month to dth connection but the DTH operator not responding.i am calling the call centre and nodal officer many times to refund my money because DTH OPERATOR not giving me any connection.but the operator not refund my money and molested me .so lodge my complaint and take a tough action against the DTH operator.thanks .mob no.                                 My independent tv dth service is not working (Error code - 400) for customer id: [protected].
                                I registered a complaint on 21.03.2019 with independent tv and. As per policy, they are supposed to resolve the issue within 24 hours, but still, the problem is unattended. I had made so many reminder calls but no progress. The customer care just updated me that the technician has been assigned and will be attending shortly, every time i call the same update nothing more nothing less
                                I had taken a 1-year subscription and paid for the 1-year dth service in advance.

                                  I buy independent det top box on 12 january 2019 at rs 2400. the dealer said that in 2400 rs your connection is free for 1 year . But after some time some channels are going to be off. when I call customer care. they will said that, the channels are not in your pack.
                                  then why these channels are provided when we buying set top box.
                                  the company will loot the customers on the name of trai rules. will any action taken against dth provider.

                                    I had registered my compliant on March 4, 2019 and complaint number is 2620050 dated March 4, 2019.
                                    Since March 4, everyday I am calling on customer care and getting the same response, that Your issue will be resolved within 24 to 48 hours.
                                    After passing 24 days probelm has not been resolved yet.

                                    Their customer care executives namely Shiv, Salman, Dilkhush, Ali, Ajeet, are very smart executives to make fool of their customers.

                                    I have written so many emails on [protected]@independenttv.in, one ticket ID 3439 issued to me be but no action/resolution provided yet.

                                    I also sent email to [protected]@independenttv.in, they acknowledge my email and assured me to resolve the issue with in 24 hours but nothing happened.

                                    I have paid one year advance money to them and not able to see the tv from last one month.

                                    Apart from that Its a mental torture for me to call and spent nearly 1 hours with customer care executives on every day.

                                    I want compensation Rs. 1000 per day from them for this mental torture and the money paid by me to them with interest.

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice an issue that I raised on 13th March (13 days ago) to seek for a help regarding set top box not working.

                                      Set top box stopped working on 11th March and since then I've not been able to watch anything on my tv.

                                      Complaint was raised and a ticket( Id[protected] was created on 13th March. Since then I have made 15 calls to the CUSTOMER CARE and each executive promising
                                      to get the issue fixed in next 24 hours.

                                      Few data analysis-:

                                      • Time past since first call ( in hours) - 312 hours (13 days)
                                      • Executives spoken to- 15
                                      • Few Names- Sharukh, Neelam, Salman, Kapil, Priya, Anish ( last being latest)
                                      • Executives apologies collected- 15
                                      • Common answers- Sir, YOUR QUERy would be resolved in 24 hours

                                      Comparison

                                      • This time is more than what a spacecraft takes to reach moon from earth( approx 3 days)
                                      • Wing Commander Abhinandan came back from Pakistan within 72 hour
                                      • Time taken by a motorcycle to reach kanyakumari from kashmir (approx 4000kms) - 130 hours

                                      In short, services provided by INDEPENDENT TV are pathetic, miserable, pitiful, useless and way less than what one can imagine.
                                      And the funny thing is, broadcaster will not even think twice of taking money from me for these awful services.

                                      As the names says-Independent, the company will make you helpless, so much independent that you will have no other choice.

                                      Biggest mistake I made is to move from tatasky (because of price) to a ### broadcaster who doesn't even think of caring about their customers.

                                      Request your services/company to wake up from your LOOOOONG slumber and take strict and prompt action against it.
