Independent TV — independent tv channel not working proper

We are not able to watch any channel of the tv.in every 10 sec the screens are getting freezed. We have tried restarting the set top box. It was working fine, but suddenly from last 10 days it's happening. Ho complain number is working, no one is receiving call. I have tried doing several calls and emails no one responding. Pathetic service.

Sir the independent tv is cheat and fraud with me. First their distributor took extra money with me. Second he said that he gave me all star Sony see colors and Disney channels and then the company cut more than half of the channels and also reduce my validity. They also give me the rental STB but take money from purchase STB rate. Please do some.
