Independent TV — their set top box | |
I want to say that i have a connection with independent tv dth from last 6 months and i have take. A year pack but they are not giving us the channels of star package but they are taking money of those from us and they always tell us that it will come in 7 days but it is not started yet and i have talk to them before 20 days but they are not giving us the channel back. I have purchased independent TV in on 15/92019 for one years Pak 12 HD all paid chenal was in package after TRAI new rules they have stop all HD chenal and all pay star chenal is stop now all customers no is stop haw I can I complaint pl do some Ian attached all documents hear

My start sports channels is not available on my tv. I call you but you don't pickup call. I pay 2000 rs for 1 year but I don't receive all channel. I warn you if you don't correct this thing. Otherwise i appil in consumer court that's it. You think that we are rubbish. Again i warn that solve this problem fast .

1 by 1 channel off kar diye hai jab connection diya tha jab all channels ki bol kar humse poora cgarge liy to ab hamare saare channel cut lar diye hai. Or toll free number par technical visit ke loye 10 bar complain likha di network chale jate hai but koi response nahi aata koi visit nhi krta

Star channel are not available for a week .Some channal issue are error.Independent tv service is very poor .Independent tv are a fraud company

Why some chhannels are unsubscribed without any prior permission of mine/customer.
Please refund my booking money because you are not given my independant set top box.
Horrible service given by the customer care exectives and disconnecting a call if any questioned is asked...n not activating the ala carte channels if the amount is paid through online...worst service
