Hi,
I have took home loan from IIFL in March 2019 and timely paying all emi.
I have requested multiple time to customer care and in branch for application Id but nobody taking responsibility for same, customer care telling me they will provide in 30-90days but that passed out nothing to be shared. Branch manager telling me to get it from customer care.
Almost 3yr passed but not getting single proof of my PM subsidy applied or not from IIFL.

    Hello Team,
    I would like to bring to your notice about a fraud done by the broker (Asihk from IIFL Insurance Brokers limited, Bangalore. Broker code - 132 ).
    I along with another 2 of my friends were approached by an agent names Asihk whose number is [protected] for selling an insurance policy i.e., Bharati Axa guaranteed income pro. We were little skeptical on the process as he was in a hurry and promised us the following but as soon as we bought the policy he stopped picking our calls. This seems to be a racquet with couple of people.

    1. The policy can be cancelled after two years if we feel not suitable and we will get our money back with 5% interest.
    2. IT return also to be done by them.

      Respected sir

      I have taken a loan from your finance department with loan account number SL-1513394.
      And I have faced so many problems from your customer handling method.. there are no any system to take complain in written format and if we go in local branches they are saying that it is totally online.
      And if we complain by phone call to your customer care number they told every time that problem will resolve.but there is no any action taken to solve the customer problem.

      I have so many time raised a request and called customer care to activate ECS about an extra amount to be paid by me.but every time they said that it will continue from next month and pay the current month emi by any other payment method.
      And by this series of calls and EMI not being debited from my bank and i have paid separately i have to paid charge of 590 rs 8 times in a year but EMI has not started to debit from my account.
      And suddenly how possible that the last EMI was debited from the account.

      So it is fully intentionally given debit to me everytime by your side.the date wise charges are as below.
      06.01.2021-590 Rs
      04.02.2021 - 590 Rs.
      05.06.2021 - 590 Rs.
      06.07.2021 - 590 Rs.
      05.08.2021 - 590 Rs.
      05.09.2021 - 590 Rs.

      These charges are fully intentionally given to me that could be fully or partially reversed.

        On June 2011, I have done a policy. in that policy I have given name MADHU AGARWALA and nominee GANGA RAM AGARWALA of rs 10000 for 10 years.but when I got certificate I found the name was exchanged.then I complaint and want to withdraw it but it was not done.i never deposit any premium . now it was nearly 10 and half years and I want my money back with interest. please solve my problem.

          This is regarding raising of ROI as I have paid you the fees in February 2021 last year and ROI was updated to 8% but it was again increased within 1 month. So my point is that what is the use of paying fees if you are not fixing my ROI. This is ridiculous from your end. You people are increasing ROI without informing me. This is really pathetic service from your company. This is a scam from iifl. You people are looting people's hard earn money on the name of revision of ROI. Last month I requested to Thane branch that kindly decrease ROI without any fees as I have paid already this year.
          Anyways there is no use of contacting you.

            Sir/ Madam,

            Ref: IIFL foreclosure request #3427654

            Raised the above foreclosure request on 22nd Dec’ 2021 and followed up on phone after a day to know when it would be fulfilled. The person who answered the call “Vaibhav Agarwal” said it takes max 15 days to service this request.

            However, when I was expecting a foreclosure letter, I get an email on 3rd Jan’ 2022 saying the ticket is resolved with resolution that I have accepted to continue the loan with IIFL.

            I responded back on the email and also called them to check how an institution can play such dirty tricks to fool customers. Now that the earlier ticket is set to resolved state, they want to raise another ticket today 4th Jan’2022 which they claim takes another 15 days.

            Doesn’t this qualify to be an unethical way by the institution to gain few more days of heavy interest by the consumer?

            If this is not going to get resolved within 7th Jan’ 2022 as committed by them on 22nd dec, I will find ways to report this incident to RBI for financial mismanagement and share the outcome here, so that it would help other consumers too.

              Personal loan on iifl loan app

              They are providing me an amount of 76000 loan after first step of verification when I'm going to add my bank account, It is not working..I made several attempt still no worked.if you can't provide loan why are you wasting any people's time...

              My name is jitendra niranjan pahadi I have complained many times about my bounce charges to iifl customer care that I have balance in my account but they say I don't have balance in my account I have sent my bank statement also but still no response from them and iifl is trying to cheat on my sbi bank account also without asking me they put 41900 rs check which is illegal my loan amount is 13560 and nobody is doing anything..

                This complaint regards the Loan account number: SL3093183 and the De-register NACH request number: M1290120.

                I have recently ordered BYJU'S Tablet program on 12.12.2021 and the executive from BYJU'S has arranged the loan for the amount Rs. ₹ 66, 308 (Principal Outstanding (POS)) on 12.12.2021. During that time I have e-signed the loan agreement and obliqued to pay 6, 000/- per month which is effective from Feb 06, 2022, onwards.

                After receiving the product on 17.12.2021, we have found the product is of no use for our child and we have decided to return back. So, we have sent the cancellation request to BYJU's on 20.12.2021 and they have accepted my refund request.

                As we have decided to return the product, I have requested you to De-register NACH mandated on 20.12.2021. I have got the reply that an update of my request will be shared with me within 3-5 business days. However, I have not received any update regarding the De-register NACH request.

                For your kind perusal, the cancellation request raised to BYJU'S and the response that I received from BYJU's were enclosed for your kind perusal.

                Please take immediate action to de-register NACH and close the loan account as early as possible.

                  I foreclosed my housing loan from IIFL and ask them to return all my original documents. They missed one document (Memorandum of Agreement) and tell that original document in not with us. But they shown that docs is with them only in List of docs.

                    I repaid the Total amount Rs. 5, 05, 713/- to the IIFL Finance ltd on[protected]. Mortgage loan amount full and final paid to the bank,
                    but the cibil is showing that I am having the loan account still active.Still your IIFL finance ltd bank has not closed my loan account.
                    As I have closed my mortgage loan account in Sep-2015. Why did I clear the loan if it shows active in Cibil after Closing the loan?
                    This is very bad and Cibil gives me a low score.
                    So Kindly Solve My Problem in Cibil account.

                        My home loan number is 877221.
                        I have paid loan amount with every charge and interest per day IIFL asked me. They are very insensitive to the issues of their customers. Even after paid my loan amount, i am still waiting for my home file which is not yet released to me by IIFL. Their local office (Veraval, Gujarat) is not capable to solve my issue. After getting my foreclosure letter, IIFL charged me more than 750 rupees per day charge till the date of payment. I lost almost 7 lakh rupees in 2.5 year with IIFL as interest of their loan. On basis of my peraonal experience, I suggest every home loan seeker, please dont go to IIFL for your home loan requirement.
                        Please look in to my matter on home loan number 877221, and release my file immediately.

                          I gave e mandate on 01.07.2021 for a loan of Rs. 50000 For Byjus product for my child which has been closed on 19.10.2021 and i had also received NOC for that but the mandate i gave to Think and Learn Pvt. Lmt. is not closed yet so request you to cancel my e mandate and return all the money which is debited from my account in the form of ECS/ACH Return Charges.

                              This is regarding my Home loan A/c NoIL10138641 I have done my home loan with IIFL BANK with one of iifl agent named Nitin Panwar but he cheated me for home loan as after 6th months i get to know that my loan has been closed already and when i asked Nitin about it he said just live in the house no bank person will call or give you any problem but when i visited bank then i get to know that my property agent Ravi Gandhi and nitin both are doing fraud with the people loan amount is not transfered to builder as all formality done from my end for the loan and they both not even informed me that loan has been closed cause property is on mortgage how you can approve loan on mortgage property and there is fault in your system as well as you dont have send me any reminders or communication mail for closing my loan so kindly upgrade your communication system and educate their agents properly not to cheat with anyone as of now i am suffering alot because of their faulty system but suggesting it to upgrade so that no one else like me will suffer.
                              Kindly share me reason for closing my loan without any prior information and also share why agents are not telling me actual reason behind closing the loan as we are not having any information or communication from bank end.

                                  I was contacted by an agent from IIFL and introduced himself he is from bhart AXA. Convinced me to buy a policy by giving wrong information about the tax benefit, free onlook period. Also told me there is a cashback offer.

                                    Address: IIFL Center, B Wing, Trade Centre, Kamala Mills Compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India - 400013

                                    There is a wrong entry in my credit report from India infoline Finance since 2018 and its affecting my credit score . I have paid all my dues from krazybee on time and all my loan account were closed, but there is 1 active account scince 2018 and i want to close it ASAP .
                                    Please help me regarding the same.

                                      I'm Manaswini, I had taken loan from krazybee(LoanNo-KB180119CCTUE2IAB) but not a single loan I took from IIFL, but still it shows that I have taken loans from IIFL(Loan No-SL1099385) with similar amounts of KRAZYBEE with a gap of 1 day.

                                      I have paid every EMI on time for KRAZYBEE for which it has not shown any LatePayments in my credit report but this IIFL account(Loan No-SL1099385) shows Late Payments(DPD's) in my credit report which is affecting my cibil score severely.
                                      I want that account(Loan No-SL1099385) to be removed from my cibil report as I have not taken any loan from IIFL or remove those delay payments and update in my cibil.
                                      I need this issue to be resolved as soon as possible as I'm the one who is suffering for no mistake of mine.

                                      See those documents I have attached krazybee shows no delay payments but this IIFL shows DelayPayments.
