Hi,

My self Latika Mahadev Salunkhe and I m existing customer of IFFL home loan. My account number is 826056.

I have some queries related to my account statement for that I have raised multiple request to IFFL through web and called multiple times to customer care but I have not received any satisfactory response.

So I visited thane mumbai office 2 - 3 times for quick resolution but there also I have not received any response so Please try to understand and do the needful.

I m facing down account statement mismatched issues.

    I have a home loan going on with iifl...and i pay every emi on time for reason if forgot to maintain balance and get mail from my bank that ecs was return on the same day (which 10th my home loan emi date) i make payment manually visiting iifl app...but i can check now that i have a bounce charges out of no where...

      Dear Kiran Gawand,

      I am writing this email very disappointedly and dis heartedly to you as being a customer with IIFL for past 3 years.

      I would like to update you that I have foreclosed by loan with Loan Account number IL10042653 in Feb 2022 ending and the documents were collected on 21st March 2022.

      I had requested the customer care to stop my auto debit as I had already paid the Amt and cleared the same online on 9th March 2022.

      At that time I was made assured by your customer care executives that the auto debit would not occur, however the same was done on 10th March 2022.

      Later I raised a request for refund on 11th March 2022 as I had to pay my EMI in 10th April 2022 with request number 3864228. On that occasion the CS executive Assured me that the refund would be done in 7 working days for which I took a follow up on 23 rd March by calling customer care team.

      There I spoke with one lady who assured me that the 7 working days is still not over and would be done in 24 to 48 hrs but still it was not done.

      Later I spoke with the customer care executive on 28th March where I spoke with Shivani where she assured and told me that the same is not processed and she would be marking mail to processing department to get the same closed.

      Now again today I have spoken with Manisha which she has again told the same thing that the processing is initiated and would take 24 to 48 hrs and she is marking a mail to processing team.

      Here to make sure that the IIFL customer service are not bluffing like before I have asked her to provide the mail on my registered Email id but she straight away denied stating that they can’t share any email to customer.

      Later I ask her to transfer the call to her senior manager or floor manager that she again declined stating that the call cannot be transferred to senior as they are not authorized to transfer the call to floor manager.

      It was very surprising to me that there is no floor manager to take escalation calls and no one to monitor the processing or service request in IIFL. As per my knowledge all reporting and process monitoring need to be taken care by compliance department and also with the floor manager.

      Also when I said that I would write to senior and Ombudsman she straight away told that I can write to them which shows the very nature of IIFL people to not to help customer.

      When I asked her to provide the conversation request reference number she told that she don’t have the same as this is not in your process nor they are equipped with IIFL CRM tool.

      TO my surprise I was not believing as there would be no track of request raised who are calling to IIFL.

      Now being an knowledgeable guy I would like to ask some simple question as below for which I expect a simple and logical answers;-

      What is the TAT of refund for the amount wrongly debited from customer account?
      What is the process of monitoring the service request which is open?
      Where it is mention in RBI or government regulation that a company cannot write and email reply to Customer on his registered email id?
      What is the reporting structure of the IIFL customer service team if they do not have any authorities to help customer?
      Why are your customer service executive are not given the required toll to support customer?


      Please note that I want the refund and the answers for all the question raised in 24 to 48 hrs and if I do not receive the same I would be forced to write to RBI ombudsman and the claim would need to be bear by IIFL company as there is various service lapsed and process lapsed at your end.

      Hoping a quick processing and revert from your end.

        Dear Team,

        Please note that I have done multiple follow up with the IIIFL team for the refund of the Amount debited from IIFL to my bank account but the same is not responded properly from IIFL and the customer service team are mentioning to write the compliant to any forum which I can as they would process as per their will and not as per the TAT defined by the Authorities.

        Moreover I would like to Highlight various Services lapse in the process of IIFL customer service process only to make customer suffers.

        Request you to please intervene and revert on priority on my email so that my issue can be resolved. Moreover would request you to please intervene to get their process more compliant as per authorities defined TAT and Transparent so that the customer who are having a trust being their branch name are not getting fooled in future with their services as it seems they are not at all interested to help customer and moreover they are not scared of any penalty or action taken by authorities for customer satisfaction.

              Hi, my name is Akthar, I opted for Byjus online education for my kid Mohammed Aayan.
              As per condition they told 15 days trail is their. Condition they provided is if I don't like subscription i can cancel the subscription with in 15 days.
              I paid 5thousand and opted for emi option the rest 55 thousand . Loan application -[protected] Some how the education pattern and teachers not worth so I decided to cancel the subscription. I Sent email to their support team and spoke with their team also for cancellation. it's been more than 4 weeks but the subscription is not cancelled. Now i got emi intimation that emi will be auto deducted. Literally this is online cheating saying false information and trapping parents.
              Can some one please help to get my money back and cancel the loan application. Iam not going to pay any emi on back of this.

                Today I received message as "CHAND975 your settlement is overdue in T Plus 5 days for Rs 11620.49. Pls transfer funds to regularize the settlement and avoid action as per Risk policy. For assistance call IIFL Representative - [protected]"
                .
                I was quite confident for getting call from IIFL before selling shares from my each holdings. But did not get any call resulting huge loss of my portfolio. Pl look into the matter and resolve the issue.

                      And I can't see the number you have mentioned says protected.

                        I purchased a property from TNHB Self-Finance Scheme and the loan was taken from IIFL.

                        Recently there was a new allotment change as per TNHB rules, due to which my House block changed from C to D.
                        On March 1st 2022 - I had visited the Home branch ( TNAGAR: CIT, Chennai. To officially raise a request for Home Loan Property details change.

                        The team had taken the original hand-written request and allotment letter from me. And requested me to visit after 1 week.
                        When I visited after 1 week, they said that the documents I have submitted is not received and looks like somewhere they missed them. ( now, my original allotment letter is missed).
                        They acknowledged accepting requests via soft-copy and I had to re-send the details over email.

                        And they asked me to visit again after 2 weeks and told it will cost Rs/10000 for the change.
                        After 2 weeks, there is no update on the progress.
                        Till now I haven't heard anything from them, there is no clear process, nor Estimated Time, or no request number either.
                        Everything is just managed without any procedure.

                        I tried reaching customer care and i tried to reach them over the phone at [protected]

                        My Concern.
                        - Unable to update the property details in the home loan. - No proper procedure.
                        - Team had missed the Original documents I submitted for this process.
                        - Unable to perform Registration of my house, since they aren't giving NOC
                        As a normal customer, I do not have any choice rather run behind them again and again.

                        I ready to take legal action.

                        Hello, The Service Request process is not working and it is not supported in this case. I had raised multiple requests and called customer care, every time I call them they asked me to visit the branch.

                        We visited the branch and submitted all documents, no update after that.

                        I reached out to the grievance officer via Emal and formally complained. But there is no response or acknowledgement.

                        So please avoid pasting standard template

                        Any update. I called the branch number - every time there is no proper response from the Front desk and they are behaving very rude.

                        Still No update. I have written an email to 1st level - [protected]@iifl.com, 2nd level - [protected]@iffl.com. It's been more than 30 days.

                        Now I have raised the complaint to the Final Level. I hope they will resolve this soon.

                              I have ordered the byju's product by paying Rs 5000 as down payment and balance 52000 through loan from IIFL on 15.03.2022. It is understood that loan was not yet processed at IIFL as loan verification is pending. I was already informed the byju's to cancel my order. Hence loan is not required. Please don't process the loan. Loan reference ID shared by Byju's is [protected].

                                I am taken gold loan at shwree branch. I am deposited cash in my GL account but person has not deposited in my gold account that time not given receipt because server issue . After two months I was going for my gold loan close that time he taken extra 3060 rupees from me. I am already paid money but he taken extra money from me . I am given application for but did not given reply last 7 months.
                                Kindly request for clear my issue as possible as early.

                                  I took a loan from iifl 3 month back from their sales person juned shaikh.he told me that i will get clss subsidy of 2.67 lakh if a take a loan of 20 years as i am eligible for ews criteria.they passed my loan at 11.70 emi such high rate.They even attached so many policy which i came to knw at the sanction letter.they took so much proceesing fees.said me too pay some elixir consultancy 6500.i did that too...now after 3 month thy hav not proceeded...

                                  Hi,

                                  I had recieved the Home Loan and Top Up loan foreclosure on Dec 22.
                                  Also I had raised the request for foreclosure on Feb 2nd for the second time
                                  But I went to bank to foreclose the HomeLoan and Top Up loan account on feb 3rd and closed it by paying the closure charges.
                                  After closing the account I recieved the foreclsure statement on Feb 4th.
                                  After reading the statement on feb 4th, I noticed that I was charges an amount of 7, 299 in excess for both HomeLoan and TopLoan account
                                  Now when I am asking the branch manager, he is not responsive .
                                  He has not even raised the refund request for excess amount.
                                  Even the customer care is not supportive.

                                  Looking forward for some action to be taken for my excess amount refund.

                                    Poor Customer Service from IIFL Officials.

                                    We have recently closed a loan Agreement with IIFL.

                                    For release of Sale Deed from concerned Registrat office. We agreed with IIFL team for a meeting on[protected] . Which was agreed on[protected]. On the same day I requested them for details and processes to be followed for which I got no response.

                                    On Monday[protected] early morning . I recieved a Number of another Official who says that he is not available today and asked him for required documents that needs to furnished from Banks representative end.

                                    We have kept leaves specially for this purpose and IIFL Team is least concerned about Customers time.

                                    Luckily, I am left with only last part of this Job.

                                    I strongly recommend not to choose IIFL.
