On 30th august,one Ritika sharma from bagittoday company called me and informed me that i was selected as the winner in bagittoday contest and for the same i was going to get an LED tv and a dell inspiron r laptop.She further told me that in order to claim my gifts, i had to buy 2 holiday packages costing 12 thousands[around 6 thousands each]. Again she also told me that if i bought another such pakages,i could get samsung wave mobile.
So finally I paid 24 thousands for 4 pakages .ie12+12 thousands. She said i was going to get those gifts within a period of 7 to 10 days. Unfortunately,i havent received any gifts from bagittoday till date[[protected]].
Also Ritika has stoped receiving my calls.

So far i have recievd 4 holiday packages,12thousands for 2 packages each.
please help me to get my gifts.
Also bagittoday is running a fake page to allure inoccent peoples

i tried to trach my watch online but i know tht courier compnay delivered back to the bagittoday itself coz o[censored]nknown reason and its not delivered to me.
i contacted many time over phone but they assured me to deliver within a week but its not recd. yet after periods of over 3 months

Pls help me to get this product or my money back.

Mr.Singh u should go to the consumer court and file a case against bagittoday. because there are lots of people who are suffering from bagittoday cheat and fraud of holiday .now they will not going to any thing. i know that, cause i m also one of them. all people working with bagittoday always make falls promises. one of the manager from customer care told me i will refund ur one package but when i send them a package they denied to pay and said you have to purchase from bagittoday for same amount. so finaly, i have filed a case in consumer court. not only for me but for all those people also with whome this big cheater company has made fraud.
so, i advise u to file a case against them in consumer court . its free of cost and also promise us that ur complain will be solved in 3 months.

I regret to state that the item No. under 133105 for Bombay Dyeing they have informed that it is not in their stock and for the other two they have given the details of QUANTNCOBP NOS.0034983 DT. 18.9.2012 AND 0037045 DT. 19.9.2012 AND informed that the same will be received in 2-3days.

    Kindly take up the matter abd do the needful.

      Illegally online withdrawal of an amount of Rs 36000/- from my bank a/c of Axis bank,Chennai by giving false promise to send laptop,blackberry,LED TVand I-POD through Blue dart Courier to my address.but even after 45 days neither send the above goods nor giving the details of despatch .There is no proper reply when i contacted over phone several times to that person who had discussed this matter with me on behalf of India Today on Aug 10Th and Sept 7.I want to refund of my money of Rs 36000/-to my account besides informing to me by the company

        i registered on bagittoday because of its name(a group of India today)this is my membership number BIT[protected] according to bagittoday site as i read on their invoice's.i purchased a reebok shoes Rs 1049 from this fraud site and received the product successfully under order no 124670 booking id no [protected] after a few days i got a call from bagittoday that you have been selected in our top 5 customers and you are lucky that company is providing you a platinum membership benefit and you will become a permanent customer of bagittoday to avail this chance i have to buy a product.Telecaller Mr.Pardeep said you will get 3 Diamonds(30cnt per diamond with certificate certified by Govt of India) worth RS 30,000 in only Rs15499 + you will get 3 gifts Philips home theater ,DVD and 1 couple of Rocio watches only i have to make a transaction of Rs15499.i made this transaction of Rs 15499 and received product but when i checked out the parcel and product there was no certificate with those diamonds no good packing,as per the telecaller after receiving this product i will get a call from their end for platinum membership but i didn't received any call for platinum membership activation call.After this big cheat they call me again and said the same story of platinum membership and 3 diamonds when i asked them about my last transaction and activation of my platinum membership and certificate he holed this call on hold and said i ll call you after 10 minutes.i called to their customer care and asked this story they said that we are here for selling only product we are not providing any platinum membership and other things.Now i need my certificate and the platinum member benefit to me as per company bagittoday telecaller promised to me. OR my complete money back with fine and tax... i hope you help me and take a strong action against this fraud company (bagittoday)because there are lacks of people to this company will make fool and the poor middle class people will lose their money with their fake promises.For god sake take A strong action.

          I got a call pooja [[protected]] from bagittoday.Com[ on 11th SEPTEMBER 2012 at 12.02 pm, (Mr. Dinesh Patel +91 [protected]) to you are the winner of my dream contest if you purchase a two holiday package.

          If you purcahse two holiday packages on same day then I will get a dell laptop worth Rs.49000. and blackberry mobile as free gifts worth Rs.26000. (which is assured),

          she told me This offer is valid only today please give me your credit card detail either i will transfer your gift forward to other customer.

          if you purchase my holidays package i will dispathed your gift only today and you are cancel this order then it is totally refundable,
          she told me purchase 2 holiday package (with order number [protected] & [protected])
          on same day & paid the amount 0f rs. 5998/- For each package, [total Rs.11996]
          then on 12th september 2012 I recieved the confirmation call from bookmyholiday.Com,
          in which executive told me that in this package I will get 2 different rooms for 4 person during the stay & denied
          about the free gifts so I told her to wait for some time meanwhile I will confirm to the same with that sales person & I spoke to the salesperson & he told me that this is confirmation call for holiday package only after this confirmation u will recieve a confirmation call from gift department,
          so please confirm this, so I confirmed the package, but after that day I didnt recieved anycall from them & whenever.

          i will record this call of our proof for the confirmation about gifts.

          I M trying to call that sales person he is denying &not recieve call. ,
          so I called the bagittoday customercare & raised the complaint(complaint number 915957). I ask them to refund me my money but they are
          saying that please wait our verification call .it is a not confirmed order & we can refund the money to you,
          I M helpless & cant do anything, please help me to get my money back,
          because of all this I have already faced a lot of trouble & spent a lot of time on it,
          this is my hard earned money, which I think I have lost it,

          Bag It Today From India Today Group — Not received refund of Rs. 20548

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          On 09th dec, 2010 i have ordered telephonically 2 products for which i also did the payment through credit card through IVR, for which product id no. and amount are as follows:-

          Booking id no: Amount

          Total: 20,538/-

          Again i called after 5 or 6 days to know the order status, at that time i came to know that order has been cancelled due to some reason and i will get my whole amount refund in 15 to 21 days.

          After 21 days again I called up in customer care no. but i didn’t get the refund till now, I request you to take necessary action as soon as possible as i paid the amount through my credit card and already they have charged me the interest as I didn’t paid the amount on time because I thought it would be refunded by Bag It Today in time. Kindly help me in getting the refund.

          I have also attached the copy of my credit card statement with this complaint where amount has been debit from my credit card in the name of Living Media India LDELHI

          India Today Group, Bag It Today — INDIA TODAY GROUP CHEATING BY SELLING HOLIDAY PACKAGE

          India Today Group is selling several products via bagittoday, (they are bagging others money actually by this service ).
          I had purchased a 7Night/8Day Holiday Package 3 Months Before, they had given so many commitments like 5-Star Resorts, All services for free, you will be able to select any destination and much more.
          After making so many phone calls I last received the printed Voucher.
          I had sent the booking request form to them, I got received confirmation as received on 12th Oct,2011, Wednesday.
          I called them on Saturday, they said that they have receive the courier, and send soft copy to [protected]@affordablesalespromotions.com, I did that and they asked me to call on monday.
          I called them today, they are saying that they have not received the courier, please send a soft copy again.
          This took the whole day as they are not receiving all the calls, and puts you on a IVR all the time, at last it autodrops the call.
          I contacted the bagittoday they also have started rejecting the calls (Rediculas way of serving customers).
          So at last I have come to know that I am cheated for 7000 Rs for the first time and 750 Rs DD at the second time. I booked for the holiday but will have to spend holidays at home as I could not get anything from a reputed company after paying they 7750 Rs. Yes I get harassment.
          I would request all the indians to stop dealing with india today group.

          Bagittoday IndiaToday group Holiday, marketing manager phoned me no. of Times forced me to book holiday packages with the promise that the incentives of laptop and T.V are definetely sent to me. Now Hed id not responding to my call. He has sent some vouchers of Holiday Packages. Thay are fake as it was seen by some consumers and their complaints. He is the manager, marketing of Holiday wing His name is Sachin Singh, his phone no.[protected]. His conversation with me was recorded no. of times in his office phone, may be verified , how he has forced to book the packages on my debit card. Please send this information to the top executives. the name of the company will be spoiled, if they don"t take action against

There are some people in India today and Bag it today who cheat people to sell their holiday vouchers.             I had received a call from an agent saying that he was calling from India Today Group. The name of the person was Mr. Ankit Kumar as he said. He put forward an offer saying that I was chosen as a privileged customer and that they were offering me a deal of 3 original diamonds of .10 carat each GCI certified along with quality certificate that costed Rs. 30,000.00 but, as an offer they would give me at a price of Rs. 11,999.00. Though I was not prepared to order it over the phone because of security reasons, but, somehow the agent persuaded me to order it. I placed an order on 14.08.2012. I received a call on 08.09.2012 from Bluedart Courier's nearest outlet that a parcel in my name had arrived and as they did not have adequate staff that day, I had to collect it from there. After I opened the parcel I, didnot find any certificate, just a pack containing 3 (so called)diamonds. They had promised me free goodies with the diamonds which were delivered too. But, the mobile phone that was sent had seal broken. Bagittoday has a pathetic customer service and they fool people to buy fake products and loot heir money. So, I am more than sure that the diamonds that were shipped to me are fake and not real. After mailing them again and again about this, I have not received any intimation from there side. I am forced to complain to you hoping that I would be paid back my hard earned money. Please, somehow, solve my problem and get my money back.

              I was ordered Lotto Shoes and Lotto Bag (Combo Offer) from bag it today for rs.1198/- vlde order No. [protected] on 29/08/2012 when i was booking the product, due to some network problem i unable to book.

              next day on 30/08/2012 at 1035 hrs I got a call ([protected]) from bagittoday saying that your booking is unsuccessful, may i help you to rebooking the product, after that he ask me my bank details and i provide him my bank detail after some time a conformational message received on my mobile that Your order id is [protected].

              Same day(30/08/2012) after 30 min i got an another call ([protected]) from bagittoday n say u r selected in platinum membership special offer n according to this offer 3 diamond market value worth of rs 30000 is only for you in rs 11999. I refused to take that offer and say that "i am not interested" but Without my permission Bagittoday debited Rs. 11999/- from my bank account vide order ID No. [protected]. immediately i call back in ([protected])but the number was unreachable.

              Request your help in getting my hard-earned money back.

                Sir,

                I am a regular customer of Bagittoday.
                But, I got fraudulent transactions done by your executive Ms. Nidhi & Ms Ritika through my banker. These transactions are done withour my knowledge. Actually My Debit Card Nos. & Passwords also (IDBI & SBI) are already available with these persons. When I got the first order placed without my permissions i.e. Order No. 127307 for Rs. 15499/- I have touch with Ms. Nidhi and she told me that please take this order, and this is the final order for entering to win the competitions of Figo Car with 10 Lakh. This Drawn will be on 30th November, 2012.

                After that they claimed one more dealing i.e. Rs. 23,499/- Order No. 127735 then I have shouted to Ms. Nidhi and I have intimated that I am going to the legal action. So two person also involve in these contradictions. i.e. Ms. Ritika & one male chap.
                Then Ms. Ritika told that, please you don't go to the legal action and don't tell to anybody in the bagittoday regarding the matter, and she will refund the amount of Rs. 23,499/- within 10 days. She also given the mobile number [protected] for direct contacts.

                Now the number is not responding.

                I request you kindly cancell the above both orders and refund the amount at the earliest.
                Hope you will take action against the above matter soon.

                  Last year on Aug 11' 2011 I booked 2 holidays of 7 days each. After a long time (around a month) I got only a single voucher with a wrong orderID:[protected]. The scanned copy of that voucher is attached with this email. Then after repeated calls and emails I found that my order number to be[protected] and[protected].

                  The next vouchers were never send to me and there were 2 voucher code request forms send to me after 2.5 - 3 months of booking. Now when I
                  call you call center, they tell me that whatever delay you might have made in sending the forms, the voucher expires after 1 year of making
                  credit card payment. WHAT A FARCE!

                  UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE.

                    I got a call from bagittoday/Indiatoday([protected]) telling me that I am selected for a samsung led tv 40 inch and mac air book on 20/08/2012 in my dream offer . The executive gave me all details and I accepted and ordered for two holiday packages for rs 5998 each for grand pramotion a total of rs. 11996.00 from my husband and my mother in laws dank account from my husband . I made the payment through net banking. He said me free gifts will be delivered in 2 days,I also record this but I have not received anything. Moreover, that person responding to my calls . I ordered for these because the executive assured me that I will surely get the samsung led 40 inch and MC book air . After surfing on internet, I realized that this kind of fraud activities is very common by bagittoday then icall to their custmor care cancle the orders 21/08/2012 (before verification call )complaint no is 887659 and 887667. I record their all calls I have all record of internet tranction recipt of their payment.I cancle order at the time of verifaction call I also record this call I have recorded first to last call
                    please tell them to send me all they committed I.E. Holiday packages, samsung led tv and mac air book otherwise I will go in consumer court I am broter in law of advocate mr.Uday umesh lalit senior advocate C 212 sector 44 noida delhi . Look forward to hearing from you

                        Here is what happened.

                        On 7th July around afternoon 11.00 to 11.30 am,

                        >BAG IT TODAY executive Mr. Sachin Singh : [protected] called me and said that I have been selected out of five in India to receive a free laptop if I purchase 2 holiday vouchers from BAG IT TODAY WEBSITE. I got convinced as he gave me several affirmations. Also it was a payment being made to the company directly so I did not hesitate thinking INDIA TODAY is such an reputed group

                        > That person then guided me for online purchase of 2 vouchers and also gave contact of Mr. D'souza : [protected], mail ID [protected]@affordablesalespromotions.com who confirmed that Laptop is getting dispatched.

                        They also said that when the confirmation call from BAGITTODAY will come, do not mention about the laptop as the laptop is being given by INDIA TODAY group and not Bag it today. I did accordingly as I thought it is genuine.

                        However now neither Laptop has come neither the call centre is accepting that any fraud has happened. I guess this company BAGITTODAY and INDIA TODAY group is a completely fraud company and is selling their holiday vouchers by this wrong technique. They are also spoiling the online shopping industry which has a good scope in future in India.

                        Please take up this matter. Refund my money as well as ensure that this company does not get involved in such practices

                            Today morning there is a phone call to me from india today club asking me about exiting offer of holiday packages. The total is for Rs 5999. They told ne i can go anywhere in india & the offer has 1year validity. After that they asked me for my card no and ATM pin number. As i give them the card numbe r & pin number the call suddenly got disconnected. I didn't get aything and instead of Rs 5999 , RS 9999 has been deducted from my account invalidly.. totally a big fraud with me. I want answer from india today club...

                            I have been constantly getting spam SMS from India Today Club giving offers which I am not interested in. I have tried the unsubscribe feature but it seems to be bogus. Please get the problem rectified.

                              Bag it today the india today group company called me up for the holiday packages costing Rs 5998 a package consisting of 5day and 4 night than again Mr. namit called me up and he told me to give some reference numbers of some friend so that he can call them and inform about the same package i gave 8-9 contact numbers and than after 5-6 days he contacted me saying that as u have suggested us referance number and they have order the package so our company is giving u discount of 80-90% and he inform me that company will give you dell ultra book xps 13 at a discounted price of 24000. so i placed order for dell ultra book after 5-6 days i recieved 4 holiday more packages which i dint order and i dint get my dell ultra book now when i m calling them again they have diverted my no and not picking up the phone please help me out in this case as i am feeling that i had lost my 24000 rs and it matters me a lot i had borrowed that money as i was requiring a laptop and they had cheated with me please do some thing and take some action against them.

But on every Monday they sent me email stating they are running out of stock & i have to wait! So i purchased the saree from local market due to delay in delivery from BagItToday, Then i ask for refund but till date i didn't get any refund & they are just telling me to wait every time!

                                  I have ordered one QT-44 Spice Mobile Set through Bagittoday but they had delivered the wrong mobile set(QT-45).
                                  When i called their customer care they are not responding well and forcing me to accept that i have ordered for QT-45 set. Even their behaviour is rude and disconnecting the calls without solving the problem also.

                                    FRAUD & CHEATING WITH FALSE INFORMATION & WRONG COMMITMENT

                                    Please read the below GAMBLING of TELE-Sales Executives of BAGITTODAY the INDIA TODAY GROUP:

                                    I have FIVE orders Id's: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] WORTH Rs. 48500/-

                                    Ist Call: On 18 or 19th of July 2012 at around 6.00 - 6.30 PM to [protected](My Mobile) from Deepak Ph. [protected], [protected] regarding the Holiday Package of Rs. 5998/- and I refused that package.

                                    2nd Call: On 20th of July 2012 at around 12.00 - 4.00 PM, continuous calls from Deepak and his booking manager ROHAN SINGH, Employee Id - DELC3310 Ph. [protected] & [protected] (said personal Mobile number of Rohan) and [protected] regarding the same Holiday package offering me with the UCB Travel Bag and Blackberry 8520 mobile exactly free with one booking and 15 referral numbers, they said me that only I need to provide the numbers of my friends and family and no matters if they accepts the holiday package or not. After a long discussion I accepted the package and they promised me that the Gifts will be dispatched from them on that day.

                                    3rd Call: On the same day I received the call again from Gifts Department saying that as I am the first customer of the day they will be offering some gifts to FIRST & Last customer. The gift is a DELL LAPTOP INSPIRON 14R i5 with 500GB hard disk which cost Rs. 39,500/- and I just need to pay only Rs. 24,000/- and I said no.

                                    4th Call: Again I received the call in few minutes from Deepak saying me that Rs. 24000/- is not if I book 3 holiday packages they can provide me that which will be dispatched on the same day, I said no I can't book 3 more and I can book only 2, Deepak said me that he will confirm in some time.

                                    5th Call: After some half an hour he called me and said ok, for 2packages and requested me for more 5 referral numbers of my family & friends. I accepted the offer booked 2 packages where as both got failed and Rohan asked me book again, the failed ones will be returned back but I said I don't have balance, he said ok book at least one and the rest will be refunded.
                                    Again I booked one more which got success and provided the complete 20(15+5) referral number to ROHAN SINGH personal email Id. Rohan said that he can dispatched the gifts only after the confirmation call.
                                    Note: Rohan Singh has said me that I will be receiving a confirmation call from confirmation team and they will not know about the Gifts offered to me and they will confirm only the Holiday Package.
                                    And he claimed both the failed transactions among which one has to refund on 23/7/12.

                                    6th Call: Confirmation calls from Book My Holiday group on 26/7/2012 at 3:30 - 3:38PM from Preethi no. [protected] and I confirmed Order Id's: [protected] & [protected].

                                    I called Rohan regarding the gifts and refund of my one order on Cell No. [protected] and he said that he will dispatch after the third verification call.

                                    7th Call: On 27/7/12 at 12:15 - 12:25PM from Sanskruthi no. [protected] regarding the confirmation of packages and said that is a group booking, I didn't accept to have that group booking.

                                    8th Call: On 01/08/12 at 4:15 PM I received a confirmation call from Pratap no. [protected] regarding the final order confirmation.

                                    In the mean time I was regularly calling ROHAN SINGH on his mobile regarding the GIFTS till date he is misguiding me that he will dispatch me today tomorrow, Rakhi holiday, Courier holiday............ NOW HE IS NOT PICKING MY PHONE CALL…. If I call from another number he will pick and ask his executive to say, ROHAN SIR is busy and I will pass a message to call you back.

                                    1st Call:
                                    In continuation of the above GAME I received the new call on 20/7/2012 between 5:40 -6:30 PM saying that my mobile number [protected] is listed among five lucky customers for Order Id: [protected] all round India and each from different states.

                                    The package is for Rs. 29, 999/- in which I will be receiving the below:

                                    I refused the offer.

                                    2nd Call:
                                    Again I received the call on 23/7/12 between 5:00 – 6:00 PM from Raj Malhotra Emp. Id: DELC702 #[protected] regarding the same thing that the file has came back for final confirmation of the package gift and said by him that if the problem is money there is also another package of Rs. 23499/- which can be converted in EMI’s of 12 & 24 months and no need to pay any amount before the delivery of the products and just need to confirm with the back. This package is only for 5 lucky customers and for rest this link does not work if it accepts the money will be refunded and order will be cancelled.

                                    The package is for Rs 24, 499/- in which I will be receiving the below.

                                    4th Call:

                                    On 26/7/2012 at 11:05 AM from Raj Malhotra #[protected] saying that I will be receiving a verification call.

                                    5th Call:

                                    On 26/7/2012 at 3:10PM form Kanchan #[protected] regarding verification and the call has been disconnected in middle.

                                    6th Call:

                                    On 27/7/12 at 4.15 – 4.21 PM from Chandrasen regarding the Platinum membership Id, I said if no Platinum membership is provided and Diamonds are not for sale I don’t want to accept.

                                    7th Call:

                                    On 30/7/2012 at 5.36 PM #[protected] from Poorvi Emp Id: DELC2111(complaint department) and I had discussed with her for long time of about 52 minutes 36 seconds regarding the complete package including the EMI, Platinum membership and all.

                                    Finally on the same day she said that the confirmation call regarding the products and Platinum membership will be from different teams and which we done in the time frame of 10-12 minutes in two different calls.

                                    I received the confirmation call on the same day i.e. 30/7/2012 from Smitha and I confirmed the product, after 10 minutes I received the second confirmation call regarding Platinum membership from Kamlesh Pandey between 5.55 – 6.03 PM on the same day.

                                    8th Call:

                                    On 8/8/2012 from Shruthi Emp Id: ITBC0687 at 12:27PM #[protected] regarding the platinum membership ID complaint and discussed for 1hr 09 mins and sent three emails for which one of the emails requires only OK reply to the conditions written in the email which are not acceptable for me.

                                    On the same day again I received a call to reply only OK at 4:12PM and 6:07PM I rejected to reply only OK in the email, in this both calls she was very RUBBISH in talking to me and says NO REFUND will be given and NO Platinum ID will be provided DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT AND YOU CAN nothing will be happen if I approach LEGALLY or through Customer care.

                                    9th Call:

                                    On 9/8/2012 from Shruthi Emp Id: ITBC0687 at 6:25PM #[protected] regarding the platinum membership ID complaint saying this is the final call from now you can’t even raise a complaint and you will not be getting anything DO WHAT EVER YOU WANT AND YOU CAN if you don’t send a email stating only OK reply to the conditions written in the email which are not acceptable for me.
                                    PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ARRANGE ME A CALL BACK FOR FURTHER……….

                                    I want to inform to your goodself that I have placed an order for Reebok Kit valuing Rs. 2298/- in which your company has to provide me

                                    2.Reebok Play Dry Fabric

                                    4.Reebok Socks

                                    Further with this order your company has to provide me two Watches of Reebok. Till now I have not received any goods of this order.


                                    After That Your company employee RITU call me that I have won gold worth Rs. 200000/- which can be encashed at any jewellary shop for full value not are the discount coupons. And your company have to send this value thorough 40coupans valuing rs. 5000/- each at my email id . But for this I have to place an order either for samsung mobile or for samusng LCD 22" along with Swatch watch and Numero uno sunglasses.

                                    I have place an order for samsung LCD 22" along with Swatch watch and Numero uno Sunglasses and paid RS. 17699/-. I have received this order but surprised to see that your company has send me the samsung LCD and sunglasses but the watch is not Swatch company it is Reebok so please send me Swatch company watch as being told by your company employee Ritu.

                                      I ordered some products from bag it today on 24/7/2012 and another product on 25/07/2012... and i started receiving calls from 25th morning from bag it today that u r the winner customer in bag it today and u have selected from 400 customers from jammu region and firstly i refused and i received many calls too that give ur credit card no. we will make payment from our server and i also refused. Then in the evening i received another call from Manish Upadhaya and he told me that please open the link that there is a offer for u that u r the winner the link is for u and it will be abolished after ur order is placed by 6 pm 25/7/2012 and u will get diamonds worth Rs 50000/- and a mobile phone I-ball and pen drive Hp and life time membership and discount of Rs 1000/- on every pruchase and many more things. i also asked about diamonds that i cent is of Rs 1000/- and all another information...he insisted me and i placed the order . There iss no link on the website of bag it today for this offer given to me. I checked the model on i-ball site and saw that model is out of date and price is also very less as sail by the customer care executive. I placed the order and after that i called up a jeweller and he told me that normal rate of the diamond of 10 cent is Rs 1000/- but it depends on the diamonds. Then i checked the link that he told me that will be abolished after 6 pm on 25/7/2012 but it was still working. I also see the previous complains of the persons who also get the call and they also come under bag it today executives' influence. One another thing i noticed two three days that the link he told me is still working.
                                      One thing that he didn't disconnect the call till i placed the order and give him the order no. [protected]..
                                      After that i directly mailed them that request for cancellation of the order [protected]. then i called bag it today on next day to cancel the order and he told me that verification department dept will call u in 24 to 48 hours then only ur order will be processed after the verification and next day i received a call and i told verification dept. that i want to cancel the order and she told me that concerned dept. will call u in 24 hours and they will give u reference no. for my refund or and other procedure..
                                      But no call made by them in next 2-3 days . then i mailed them again and also called them and a mail received that we r not getting through ur no. and also leave a sms and didn't received anything. they assured me that they will look into the matter and something written about the refund. that day on 30/7/2012 i received a mail from bag it today that ur order [protected] has been under process and will be dispatched on 31/7/2012.
                                      Then i called bag it today and told them that please stop processing the order as i don't want any order and i have make a request for crenelation and he assured me that ur order [protected] is on hold and will not be dispatched till concerned dept will talk to u and he told me that the concerned dept. is not getting through ur call and one thing that i received many calls from bag it today that u r the winner of Rs 30000/- diamonds and also another that u r the winner of Rs 60000/- diamonds. All calls r received by me in between and only concerned dept. is not getting through my no.
                                      On 1/8/2012 i received a call from miss pooja and the call ended in between and no reference no. is given and nothing told about order and money to be refunded and now at 5 pm i checked my mail that ur order has been dispatched. After that i again mailed them and asked to cancel the order.
                                      Then in the evening i received a call from bag it today executive Farah on 1/8/2012 at 6.15 pm by no,[protected] that u want to cancel the order and i told her that yes i want to cancel the order [protected] and she told me that u will not accept the order ,it will be coming in 2-3 days. then i asked for the refund she told that ur money will be refunded in 15 days before 20/8/2012. I said ok.
                                      Now till on 6/8/2012 i don't received any order which i placed before and a call from no. [protected] at 4.50 pm came and a guy who don't know how to speak to a customer that have u received ur order [protected] and i told him that i received a call and i also cancel the order and i won't accept the order. He told me this is the last call from bag it today and company has no policy of refund. I told him straight away i don't want my order and told about the refund. He Told me that i will call u after 10 minuties and u firstly call customer care and asked is there any policy for the refund. I was with my dientest when he called up and i didn't talk freely. After 10 minutes i received call again and he asked me that u had called customer care and i told that i was busy. He asked me again about order and i told him to cancel it. Then he told me that ok it was cancelled and told in hindi that yahan se bhi refund lena hoga le lena. I asked that what is the procedure he told nothing and told to call customer care. I was in touch with them through mail and i didn't get any straight reply from bag it today side. I also mail to the online support and they didn't reply to a single mail.
                                      What is this ??? Making fool of customers....
                                      One thing that offer was not valid because he told me that u r the winner. ok i am the winner so why u called again and again if one time i refused the offer. Secondly, the winner is only once and they r giving me offers again and again that u r the winner for 50000/- diamonds, then for 30000/- etc. what is this??? Another thing is that if there is no policy of refund then they also written on the site where is the icon to order that delivery time is 2-7 day and now it is more than 10 day and i didn't received any order placed before order [protected]. I want my money refunded as early as possible. This is like the offer given on mobiles through sms and through mail that u have won this amount please contact.
                                      I am logging this complaint through this forum. I have a request to the forum that help me to tell the legal procedure to take money back if i don't receive the refund after this complain. Beware of Bag it today.

                                        I have purchased some books offered by M/s Bag IT Today online with debit card and received confirmation SMS with order ID [protected] dated 18.07.12 and received another SMS stating that my order has been dispatched through Qunntncod couriers and consignment number is BP0029984 and order No. 105517. But when I tried to contact them through e-mail and SMS facility offered by them were not answering. Finally I contacted them over phone and they advised me to visit the site of the courier and track the order. But my attempts to locate the courier failed and through your & some other complaint form that I am not the only person fell for their trap. Hence I am requesting you to kindly take up my case and get me justice. We people never expect such cheating by groups like India Today.
