I have got an offer in website that bagittoday are giving Provougue sunglass worth

Hope this will be read by one sincere employee of Bag It Today. I would like to mention that I have really lost faith with your organisation as a whole. I am writing this after my 150th mail and innumerable ph calls to your customer care numbers. I am briefing out the issue.

should i consult some law firms, is it a cheating on the name of India...

I had paid for purchasing a watch on Bagittoday.com on the 2nd of February 2011 and as i write this complaint, it is the 18th of April and they not only have yet not delivered the product but also made false promises of a refund to me last month. I have not received any refund for the item I have purchased. This fraudulent practices of these e-commerces enterprises should be taken seriously amongst us customers. I hope the necassary actions...
