        I am getting an ammount of 165 ruppes auto debited from my account by indian bulls every month for no reaaon. I am not able to remove this auto debit feature. I have just take a dhani card but not yet used it for a single penny. When I try to reach their customer service nothing happens. Please find this fraud happening

                Dhani fraud is not giving my refund

                      I don't have my registered dhani app no but I have to pay my dues even I have my password access to the app but few days ago app suggested me to create new password without any reson and I am unable to create new password because I couldn't recieve OTP.

                            My name is Ritesh Ranjan Patra. I have not issued one freedom card. But the card got delivered yesterday. Now it's showing Rs 499 as outstanding dues as subscription fees in one freedom section in Dhani mobile app. I never wanted Dhani's one freedom card, rather I was eager for free cashback card from Dhani. I request you to kindly take your card back and clear my dues that you have added on app from your side. I have tried many times to contact your customer support team, but failed. I wrote 2 mails to [protected]@dhani.com but did not receive any reply from the team.
                            The card got delivered yesterday i.e. 26th September, 2021.
                            I want you to take back your card.
                            I have neither activated the card nor used a single rupee from you.
                            Just the call got connected with the customer support agent. He treated me like a dog. I have recorded the call. He is totally arguing that I have applied for card that's why I have got the card, where as I have never ever applied for the card.

                            Hello Neha, Today I again got a call from one lady Dhani agent, who again tried to just argue with me for no reason. You said me to send screen recording, I sent, the team failed resolve my query. I replied back to just enable 'cancel card' option in my app. But after 3-4 hours of replying, I got a call from one lady agent and she rudely scolded me why I sent email to Dhani support team. Her behavior was so rude and she cut the phone from her side where I was trying politely to make her understand what the issue is.
                            This type of behavior isn't acceptable at all. She was very rude because I applied for cancellation of Dhani One freedom card, that I hadn't applied ever even.

                            Please convey this message to her, whoever called me and misbehaved for no reason. I just need my dhani one freedom card to be cancelled asap. That's it. Why isn't the team able to understand this thing? I sent the screen recording file via email, but got no relevant answer to it. Requesting you to escalate this issue and resolve asap.

                            Everyday I am sending this screen record of my app, where I am unable to fund the 'cancel card' option. But every time the attachment is being removed due to an organization policy. So how can I send the screen record to them...

                            Daily I am receiving calls from Dhani Team and the agents are so irritating. Just received a call and the agent seems to be drunk. All of them are just forcing me to make a transaction on Dhani one freedom card. You have said me to wait for 30 days to get my card cancelled. And here, the agents are forcing me to make a transaction of Rs 10 or 11. What type of trap is this. There is no clarity. How can I rely on them..

                            Request you to please inform your team not to make any promotional calls to me, as this is getting really frustrating. Please look into this matter and cancel this Dhani Onefreedom card asap.

                                    I have added 4286/- in dhani wallet to pay loan But it's shown the payment is failed
                                    Then I have transfered that 4286/- to a mobile number But in that account money is not showing in wallet
                                    IndiaBulls customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I have paid my loan of 2150. But still they have deducted 295 rupees from my bank. And i tried to talk with their customer helpline number. But till now i haven't get any information. Please help me to get rid of this fraud app
