I have ordered a cake from indiacakes.com, they have not delivered my cake and even not picking my phone. They don't have any sense and they are wasting customers money and time. I want my money back.
I am trying to contact them but they are putting my calls on hold. I have even paid extra money for delivery still they have not delivered it to the address

The items costed nearly855rs. Never got an update from them. I tried to call their number:[protected]. They are not answering the calls and not responding to chat/messages. I tried to contact them even in facebook but no response[attached screenshot].

This is a cheating company/fake company. Robbing money from customers please take action so that others won't get cheated

There was order supposed to be delivered yesterday but nothing has been done as of now. Order number [protected]. I chatted with their support team and they are pathetic. Their phone numbers do not work. I need the refund made asap as i don’t need the product anymore. The order was placed from usa and money was deducted. I have been trying to contact them but there has been no success. A delivery agent called and asked me the address and when confirmed he said it’s not his area and he cannot deliver. This has been a total disappointment and never ever we are going to use this vendor again

They haven't delivered the item, still not repaying the money. Contacted over phone and via mail, "they are saying they will reply to the mail", "franchise is saying they have delivered the item" and all. I have demanded my money back but no response till date. When i contacted them today they says they were having rush hours and hence mail is not getting checked for past few months

Hi - i have placed an order with indiacake and haven't received the order on requested time. However, i have already requested to customer service to send the order on requested time but even after that order was not delivered on time.

I have ordered one cake, flowers and chocolates yesterday 22/01/2019 for my marriage anniversary but my order was not delivered. My order id is[protected]. I followed up the company yesterday many times and they told me every time that my order was on the way . Full day my order was on the way to deliver but finally not delivered. I want my refund . India Cakes is a fraud company please never order anything from Indiacakes.

India cakes pvt. Ltd is not good at all. They are doing cheating business with their website. Dont believe this cheaters. I am working in canada and i ordered a christmas cake for my parents in india. They told me they have delivery service in main cities all over india. But they did not deliver cakes and not willing to give refund.. Please dear friends don't order cakes from india cakes. I lost my money. Now they are not responding my emails and phone calls. All the best cheaters...

Recently placed an order for a 12 gerbera flower basket to be delivered to Calcutta on 24th.
Most of The flowers were wilted, stale and seemed to be old. This was a gift for my family and they asked where I’d ordered the flowers from as they were wilted when delivered. I asked them to take pictures and immediately mailed India cakes, no response for 2 days, called thrice and mailed again to which they gave me the silliest response ever “The said order is delivered as per specification mentioned on website Proper Flowers was delivered

If you compare the design shown on website and actual delivered, then it will not be the same as shown on website,

Flowers Decoration and Cake Decoration Shown in this Picture may differ in shape, color and size depending on availability and the City

Hence we cannot accept the complaint.”

This is a total rip off, they’re just tricking people and selling stale flowers from days ahead and still charging a hefty sum. The customer service is worse as they refuse to see your point and will go on a tangent to pretend they don’t understand and refuse to refund your money. A bunch of cheats and I surely will never order anything from them

I orderd my cake yesterday and its delivery tym selected was 9pm to 11:55pm but it was not delivered till now
We want our delivery charges to be refunded and wgen we contacted to the given phone no. They told us that it wil reach today till 2pm and later they told it as 4pm and nxt 5pm.
After the ocassion is over we dont need the cake anymore. So if the cake is not received today we want you to refund all the money we paid

Placed a order of cake with indiacakes on 27nov2018 after continues call n mails cake was delivered on time in Goa.at 12 midnight dropped a mail for cancellation of order as the phn line was closed for the day.in morning again dropped a mail for cancellation and called at 9.30 for the same.on call it was confirmed that the order is cancelled and refund us processed.but at 1pm it was delivered without any notification.
After continous calling and mailing to the company there is no response and finally they send a mail of giving a voucher of 300only irrespective of 830rs payment done by me.

I order for cake on my dad's 60th birthday from canada... Order for butterscotch cake.
It supposed to be delivered on 19th november.
It's been already 10:30 pm. Birthday is over and they already went for sleep still they didn't get order.
Now i need my refund because you guys already cheated me... And no need to send on following other day as birthday is already over..

I have ordered black forest cake and 20 bunch of roses of 2 (In total 40 roses) i ordered to be delivered on 11th oct after 2 pm.

First of all the order reached after 7.45 pm - nearly sleeping time

Cake was not fresh and didnt taste good at all. Asked for replacement no reply since 11th night

Flowers had only 5 roses in each of the bunch - where i ordered in total 40 roses. They put randomly different flowers. I asked for replacement since 11th oct and many calls made and response is very bad and poor

I asked for replacement of all the products. Please look into this urgently.

Really disgusting this much bad image u people have even though how dare you r running this website to make ppl fool, this comes under cheating don't think its easy to enjoy our hard earning i will sui you people. Good luck

What expansion you people need i am saying my order does not reach after paying extra payment too, i booked it on 20the september n till now no news at all kindly check it out and solve my issues asap.

Yesterday I sent cake to Buldhana. My order number is [protected]. I got worst service ever. When I call for status of order then customer care told me that my order was cancelled due to some problem on 11th hour. When I ask for alternate and payment they cut my phn and after that my phone didn't get connect. Suddenly after hour my friend received cake which was worst. It is spoiled and may be made before 1-2 days. They even can't eat that. Worst quality of service and cake. Not willing to order anything again.

I had ordered cake for the birthday 5 aug 2018 and since i was aware that the place where i m living is outskirts so i checked online with indiacake online support to check availability they said they can delivery however i would have to pay extra for delivery which i did but on said date cake was not deliver and to my surprise i paid for butterscotch but they sent delivery next which 6 aug 2018 today and gave me simple cake which is way cheaper than what i have paid for please stop cheating customer like this my asking more money and not giving service and product.

I have a complaint regarding order no.[protected], i have placed an order for Pineapple cake and 1kg Black Forest has been delivered instead, i am including a screenshot of the corresponding mail.I am charged an extra amount than actual price of 1kg Black Forest cake.I have placed this order on[protected].So i am requesting refund of the amount for the ordered cake.

On 4 august 2017 to there customer care i placed order they told they do delivery but some how they did not. After that they were not responding i made 4-5 calls for my order then in evening they told me they cant provide me service and when i asked them it was issue from your side back my money they refused and gave me coupon that too after making them calls 5-6 times. Now if i use this coupon code i have to pay again separate for delivery charge. It will be a loss to me only. This is fraud company they only give reply we cant do anything. Please help me out. Lots of people raise complaint on their facebook page against them. Help me out for me refund against this order. I have attach few of complaints of customers. Please do something against them they are doing fraud with customers. My rs 1050 help me to get back. Thank you

I had ordered a mango vanilla cake which costed me rs1225. On the day of the birthday, i received a call stating the company (Vendor) did not have any mango vanilla cake and was extremely rude while saying so.

If someone cannot deliver what was promised what is the point of the business? Even a local vendor (Cheapest one in the market) would have done a better job.

The cake was equal to not having delivered anything. It was for my parents who are old and cheating your customers this way is just outright shameful.

I have added pictures of the cake that i ordered and received in the end.

Ordered birthday cake on 30th january 2018 night 9pm and paid rs 275 additional for delivering it on the same day, but it didn't delivered on the same day. When i asked the customer care and asked for the refund of rs.275 they told me to send mail to their official mail id. I have mailed them thrice but i didn't get any response from them. Kindly accept this as my complaint against them and provide my refund.
