Hi,

My brother has ordered online on above mentioned site to deliver cake on th may 2020.. While ordering he checked if the delivery will happen on time... These people from website have confirmed the on-time delivery... However it's 6th of may today but still haven't received any delivery...
I called up many times on the given number on their website but no one receives any call... Looks like this is fraud website... Now i can seen many reviews regarding this website related to fraud..
I request to please look into this with high importance as many of people using this site in this current pandemic situation...

I placed an order for cake on 3rd may 2020 (Order number 350033) for same day delivery and paid for it through cashfree portal. It has been two days and i didnt recieve my order. I have been mailing them, calling them, dropping messages to the website's customer helpline and the payment portal's helpdesk - but no response from any of them. I tried to mail them to cancel my order and refund my money so now the online customer help of indiacakes is leaving my messages on read instead of informing me.
They didnt inform about the delay when i ordered and they are not providing any response now to my mails or messages.

I have booked a birthday cake on 03.05.2020 and it has to be delivered on the same day.
But still today 06.05.2020 it has not delivered and no refund came.

People ordering cakes on special occasions like birthday, anniversaries, and these worst companies spoiling the happiness of customers.

If they can't deliver then why taking orders to close the shop. Why collecting money from people through this medium.

These types of companies spoiling country names as putting india on their websites.

I am requesting my refund.

Not able to pay emi for april. Already mailed them the proof of salary reduction to 40%. How can i manage to pay emi. Still they are not putting it in moratorium and not replying to mail since 15 days. Now calling and therating to go office and home for collection.

Please do something.

Order no.350113. I have order a cake on 4th may, 2020 amount has been dedeucted 490.50 rupees. But no respond from the customer care executive they are not receving my calls and in the chats said you will get a coupon you can order within one year. Are this guys are mad!! I want my money in my credit card only i dont wanna order an shi* from this website. Or else i will filled a complaint against company and ms. Shweta who is an executive. Fraud website never order any thing from this website.

Hi, i have ordered cake on 29th april 2020 in india cakes pvt ltd website and i have paid about of 499.00 for the same. Cake was suppose to be delivered on time i. E., 29thapril2020 anytime in the day. (Since i have opt out for normal day times to deliver). The day went off, but i didn't received product from the india cakes company.

I called customer service number on 29thapril2020, they said will deliver before 8:00pm on the same day — not done.

I called after 8:00 pm on 29thapril2020, they have closed the services, this was the answer i got in voice message.

On the same day i have sent voice message thrice, i didn't get any repapnce form the respective company.

Next day 30thapril2020, i called again, they said, they will deliver cake today i. E. Sl, 30april2020. (Cakse suppose to deliver yesterday).

I have asked for money refund, but india cakes will return the offr coupon insted money back. Finally had a conclusion and asked to deliver cake on 30thapril2020 at least.

Today is may 01st2020. Cake is not yet delivered. Have raised complaint many times but no response.

Could you please take this case. 318 compalts register against india ckaes til today!! I have seen in consumer complaints forum. This could be the 319 compalaint. Please take necessary action.

I have requested cake (2 cakes) on 29th march and we informed need these cakes on 1st april, 2020, but no one calling or contacting me after that, and i called many times but no response, so my request is to return back my money to my account, or else i will go to legal after the corona karfew completed.

Wats this telling same day delivery but still now i didnt get my cake... On 24the april i ordered cake from this company and when i'm calling there is no response from them.. They are not responding either on call or either on email.. I kept on calling them and they kept for my calls for long hold and then disconnects. Neither they are responding for twitter or any email. Kindly refund my amount rs 549. I'm emailing everyday and they are not replying. Kindly help me to get my money back.

I ordered a cake on behalf of friend and it has to be delivered on 07.04.2020 but the cake has not delivered due to lock down .I completely understand their situation but now from that day i am continuously chasing them . I am following up with their customer care number @[protected] but everytime i am getting th same response that ill get coupon code within 2 hrs but whenvr i check my e-mails i did not receive anything .They are now not answering the pone calls and even not replying through chats did not heard from them and they have not refunded my money back.my order number is 348037.

Yesterday i placed order for cake and flowers worth 900 and paid extra charges for same day delivery 250 but no order is being received yet ..and now they are not replyng and attndng my calls ..i want refund of 1100 rs back ..kindly take strict action against such frauds as they spoil spcl day of the person

I have placed a birthday cake with order no - 347813 on 3rd april. The cake was never delivered and the refund was never processed. As per google research, its a fake site. Which has lots of complaints. If this government site really works. This website should be banned and should not allowed to take money on fake orders. I give the money but my order is not coming

The above said order was placed on 8th april and has not been delivered yet, neither the payment has been refunded.

Only one email was received stating that payment is not complete, however the payment got deducted through my paytm wallet at the same time of placing order.

If you are not providing services due to covid, atleast it should be updated on the website so that customers are well aware of the fact.

What kind of service is this that order was taken and no action has been taken on the same, i am trying to reach india cakes on calls from then till now but no call is getting answered.

I have requested for a cake delivery and made tha payment immediately but the agents were giving false reasons everytime the call was made. I had called them 12-13 times for an update but they still continued giving me false reasons and when asked for a supervisor, denied that too. As i have all the evidences, will file a case in consumer court for this fake business

I ordered a cake to be delivered, but as promised, neither it was delivered nor anyone is ready to answer my questions via chat or call as well. First, i paid 449 as the cake price, then again i got a message asking me to pay delivery fee of 150/- as the distance to too far. I don't know how many people have been through this fraud website. I have tried reaching them since yesterday, sent email as well, but again, no response. Herewith i have attached the payment if anything else required i will do that as well. My order was supposed to be delivered by 2 PM on 24th feb 2020. I have been trying to contact customer care and track the status through link provided. Customer care service is quite poor to provide me a confirmed status. I have given wrong information that my order has been delivered when the receiver is not atleast contacted once. When i am trying to contact them now, the only answer I am getting is that the order is transferred to vendor. I even tried emailing them, no response . I doubt your site is fake and this your way of cheating on customers
