Yesterday i placed order for cake and flowers worth 900 and paid extra charges for same day delivery 250 but no order is being received yet ..and now they are not replyng and attndng my calls ..i want refund of 1100 rs back ..kindly take strict action against such frauds as they spoil spcl day of the person...

I have placed a birthday cake with order no - 347813 on 3rd april. The cake was never delivered and the refund was never processed. As per google research, its a fake site. Which has lots of complaints. If this government site really works. This website should be banned and should not allowed to take money on fake orders. I give the money but my order is not coming...

The above said order was placed on 8th april and has not been delivered yet, neither the payment has been refunded.

Only one email was received stating that payment is not complete, however the payment got deducted through my paytm wallet at the same time of placing order.

If you are not providing services due to covid, atleast it should be updated on the website so that customers are well aware of the fact....

I have requested for a cake delivery and made tha payment immediately but the agents were giving false reasons everytime the call was made. I had called them 12-13 times for an update but they still continued giving me false reasons and when asked for a supervisor, denied that too. As i have all the evidences, will file a case in consumer court for this fake business...

Worst & horrible experience!!

Before placing an order on 31st jan 2020, i have called and had a chat with indiacakes on the exact location of receiver.

They agreed to deliver the cake (Rich chocolate truffle cake) on the location which i've told to them. I've made payment of 590/- rs. For the cake. It was already high for the 500 gm cake but i thought it would be from good bakery and the quality and

I still haven't for any proper response from Indiacakes customer team. I haven't received any refund not the cake which I ordered..even after n number of followups, there is no response. I have lost my money.
Such pathetic experience..
I have paid 500+ amount through online and I don't get any response from them.
I suggest no one uses this pathetic services from India cakes....

Such a pathetic service from india cakes, had ordered cake and bouquet for my friend, asked them so many times and every single. Time they promised they will deliver, i paid extra amount after confirming with their helpline lady, she said she will deliver in between 9 to 11.30pm, 9/1/2020

This company doesn't serve the purpose, and fraudulent, fooling people after taking there money and ruining the life Occasion.
Please somebody take necessary action to this company.
They don't reply for our questions and keep beating around bush by giving silly reasons by not giving proper service....
