Worst & horrible experience!!

Before placing an order on 31st jan 2020, i have called and had a chat with indiacakes on the exact location of receiver.

They agreed to deliver the cake (Rich chocolate truffle cake) on the location which i've told to them. I've made payment of 590/- rs. For the cake. It was already high for the 500 gm cake but i thought it would be from good bakery and the quality and

After a few of the hours of placing an order, they called & emailed me for extra delivery charge 150/- rs which they didn't inform prior to placing an order.

I have asked them to cancel the order and refund the amount but they denied that they will only give coupon as refund not the money.

There wasn't any option left with me as i didn't have any occasion in queue and i again didn't want to be trapped in this website.

Hence i agreed to pay the delivery charge 150/-. So i paid 740/- rs for the cake (Rick chocolate truffle cake).

The cake was arrived there but when i saw the cake it was totally the different cake. It wasn't even truffle cake forget about the rich chocolate truffle cake.

I called them multiple times since then and emailed them photographs as well but they are not ready to take the complaint. I asked them to contact the shop/vendor who has prepared the cake as those will be the right people to tell the flavor of the cake.

See this, i've paid 740/- for the wrong cake.

They're making fun of customers. Their customer care executives are the worst people i've ever talked to. They once have listened the issue and then whenever i'm calling they just keep the phone on mute and cut the call after a few of the minutes. They tell us the rubbish explanation that we have ordered the fresh cake and it's chocolate cake.

They don't understand the difference between cakes and don't make any sense in any of their conversation.

I have emailed them all the information but they don't even care to reply and don't even listen customer's problem.
They just reply with the same message every single time.
I asked them to forward this issue to their supervisor but they didn't do that as well.

The decoration was the worst, the cake was from unknown bakery and the main thing is "it was a different cake".

After having this issues, when i googled the reviews of indiacakes and saw that a lot of people have faced these or the other kind of issues with indiacakes.

This is unacceptable as they don't value their customer's time, money and the trust that has been kept on them by us.

I want them to understand this issue and revert back with the solution.

I still haven't for any proper response from Indiacakes customer team. I haven't received any refund not the cake which I ordered..even after n number of followups, there is no response. I have lost my money.
Such pathetic experience..
I have paid 500+ amount through online and I don't get any response from them.
I suggest no one uses this pathetic services from India cakes.

Such a pathetic service from india cakes, had ordered cake and bouquet for my friend, asked them so many times and every single. Time they promised they will deliver, i paid extra amount after confirming with their helpline lady, she said she will deliver in between 9 to 11.30pm, 9/1/2020

Unfortunately i hadnt read any comments or reviews about the site and spent 1100 rs and now regretting like all others did. Asking for refund, they aren't assuring anything. Please look into it.

This is to inform you that i lost my money and cake was not delivered
I here by attach the copy of my order.
This company doesn't serve the purpose, and fraudulent, fooling people after taking there money and ruining the life Occasion.
Please somebody take necessary action to this company.
They don't reply for our questions and keep beating around bush by giving silly reasons by not giving proper service.

It was very disappointing experience for me by ordering cake through your website, first you guys accepted the order and on delivery date Doesnt deliver .Even after calling you next day your team gave vague reply that as per your policy you willl deliver next day .Even after that you didn’t deliver .You spoiled our family New year’s eve . Ridiculous behaviour on your part.Please refund amount, my order id is 341248.

We have ordered for an eggless cake but the bakery guy called and informed that they are bringing an egg one. Hence we asked him not to bring. When we called customer care they are informing that they knew it and nobody is ordering eggless one in that area, hence sending egg one and she is also enquiring about the caste details. It is totally unfair despite you knowing that it is an egg one, how can you send it when we ordered eggless cake. It should have been intimated to us about the egg one.

Cake was not delivered and money not refunded.

I had ordered a birthday cake for my would-be to be delivered on 12th december. But the cake was not delivered on this day and when i asked for refunding my money, they did not process my request and did not refund my money yet. My order no. Is 339062.
The location which i mentioned in the order is accessible by major ecommerce websites like flipkart and amazon, but still they did not deliver to this location and also did not refund my money yet. Very poor service. I want my money refunded. This fraud company should be shut down soon. Going to inform the public.

I ordered a black forest drip chocolate half kg from their website on december 06, 2019, which was to be delivered on december 07, 2019.

Also, i opted the free delivery option but i was asked for an additional ₹150 on the delivery date with the reason - the delivery place is far from our center.

I demand a full refund for the cake and the delivery fee to the original payment sources (Paytm and bank account respectively).

My order number is :-339215, it was supposed to be delivered on 9th dec'19 and till now (10th dec'19) its not delivered. Very pathetic service, even after paying rs 300/ delivery charges they are not able to deliver. No body is even bothered to call and update as per them its far from franchie and therefore they cannot help. They even cant refund the amount. This is really pathetic. Will approach higher authorities

What the hell is going on

I ordered the cake on the left and was delivered the cake on the right. On confronting the customer care yesterday they accepted their mistake and confirmed the correct cake would be delivered. Today when i followed up with them they said the correct cake was delivered and sometimes the cake looks different from the picture on the website so it isnt their fault.

I want to inform you that while placing the order on 22nd Nov’19 (Order ID # 337675), it was not informed to me about the delivery charges and now I am getting mails, messages to do payment of 150 INR – which is ridiculous.

I had previously also ordered using your app (last ordered 16th May 2018) without any charges !!! why now.

Also if you see in below screen shot taken from your site - you guys have mentioned “FREE DELIVERY ACROSS INDIA “ – why is chargeable now???

However I have done the payment of 150 INR.. I need some complimentary from your side or need amount to be refunded as a customer good will.

Along with my below points I also wanted to inform you that the delivery person who had come to deliver the cake recognizes us (since he only came last time). The Cake shop (Little hearts) is less than 3 KM’s from our house – then why there is delivery charge???

When I call the customer care executives - they are very unprofessional, rudely talk over phone and give wrong Info. One of the executive informed me that the Cake franchise is changed so they are charging…but the cake is delivered from same shop as earlier ….why it is charged 150 INR then

I really had very bad experience this time…

It was very disappointing experience for me by ordering cake through your website, first you guys accepted the order and on delivery date at 8 pm your executive was telling that order cannot be delivered to the designated address. Why you accepted order else i would have ordered from other sites. You spoiled my sister bday. Please refund amount, my order id is 336794.

I ordered a cake n flowers on 27 oct 19. Order no 335763 from indian cakes .
It was suppose to be delivered on 29th oct 19. But after call and messages they said it will be delivered. But on 30 when i again called they said its on the way and cannot be cancelled. So please wait . Still today they did not deliver and not processing a refund for same. They are just making people fool. Fraud company.

Actually i ordered for chocolate truffle cake 1kg, order no 334117 to be delivered on 5th october2019... The order not delivered... They said address is far away... I already paid additional cash of ₹200 as extra delivery charge... When i asked on 5th oct, they said they'll deliver it before 7pm that day... After 7pm, i got a mail that delivery not possible that day... Will be delivered tomorrow... But that day also, it was not delivered... I sent so many mails... But no reply came... When i asked through online chat, they said as order cancelled... When i asked about my cash, they said i'll get mail regarding that... But no mail received till now... No response from their side... Actually i made an order for an halfkg cake initially which i cancelled as they asked for payment for extra halfkg... I already confirmed with them regarding the delivery of halfkg possible to kerala or not... They agreed too... But later asked for extra payment... So i cancelled and asked for refund... But they refunded as coupon... So i was forced to order again... That also not get delivered... Today after so many calls and mails... Refunded as coupon... That also partial amount... How could i use the coupon where delivery is not possible...

I have ordered a birthday cake and bouquet on 20th august 2019 with indiacake.com for rs.765/- with free delivery option for delivery vide order no.330754. The payment made through net banking.
But on the day of delivery, suddenly
I received an e-mail from india cakes asking me to pay rs.200/- extra for delivery and no delievry of bouquet as well.

I replied to cancel the order as it was partial delivery of my item even if i pay for 200 for delivery fee. Till date i have not received my refund and sales executives are disconnecting my call with no proper revert.

I have ordered a birthday cake on 1st october 2019 with indiacake.com for rs.525/- with free delivery option for delivery on 03/10/2019 vide order no.333831. The payment made through net banking.
But on the day of delivery, suddenly
I received an e-mail from india cakes asking me to pay rs.200/- extra for delivery. Whereas the order was executed as free delivery. Asking extra money is illegal after placing the order.

I sent an email in response to the email of indiacake in which i told them that i am not bound t pay the extra charge of rs.200 as it is illegal.
Subsequently i talked to them over telephone in this regard and inform them to deliver the cake without any extra charge as per my order or refund the amount.
But now they are talking something else to avoid to pay my money.
Please look into my grievance at the earliest so that i can get my hard earned money in time.

I orders a chocolate truffle cake from india cakes on[protected] which was to be delieverd[protected] but it was not delivered and when i asked the customer support they keep on saying that it will deliver before 7 than 8 but remain undeliverable. I have sent tons of email and called them many times but no response. I don't want any clarification but just give back my 594 rupees.

I live in canada and ordered a cake on the eve of sep17, hoping that it will get delivered on the eve of sep18th in india. When i woke up in the morning i got an email from india cake that i need to pay extra 100 rs to complete the order. I would have done that earlier but then it was just late.

I replied to the email about giving the refund as the cake was not delivered but haven't hear back. Also, when i checked my transaction i see the same amount has been debited twice from my account.

I am looking for a refund of my money.
