My order number is 350783. My order never got delivery, noone responds in any possible way and never got refund......

Hi i made a order on 14th may for 1 cake..
The order did not get delivered..
Today is 16th may, but till now after placing the order i didn't get any follow up mail or call.

I send many mails also but no respond from their side.

I found this behavior highly irresponsible, from the reputed website.

I want them to reach out to me and refund my money at the earliest.

Dear team,

Please note that we ordered cake and flower worth rate 1200/ from indiacakes.com, the ordered was not delivered and order was cancelled from thier side due to service not available, they said we will get the refund from them with in 48 hrs... Its been 7 days but no response and we did not get any refund.
They are not replying our email nor picking our call.

I ordered 2 cakes for 2 different locations today after having online chat with customer support who ensured they are delivering at the mentioned pincodes even amidnst lockdown. My order numbers are 350844 and 350846.

This company has been cheating on many people, it promises to deliver cake even during lockdown but the truth is that the cake never gets delivered neither customers get their refund, customer services is so poor they dont respond to mails or calls. I have ordered two cake for my 2 relatives for their personal occasion. India cake website has has taken my order and they even charged me extra for delivering it on specific time slot. They literally destroyed the 2 functions by not delivering the cake and they insulted us by delivering one cake on the next day and other havn't done delivery. My brother has ordered online on above mentioned site to deliver cake on th may 2020.. While ordering he checked if the delivery will happen on time... These people from website have confirmed the on-time delivery... However it's 6th of may today but still haven't received any delivery...
I called up many times on the given number on their website but no one receives any call... Looks like this is fraud website......

I placed an order for cake on 3rd may 2020 (Order number 350033) for same day delivery and paid for it through cashfree portal. It has been two days and i didnt recieve my order. I have been mailing them, calling them, dropping messages to the website's customer helpline and the payment portal's helpdesk - but no response from any of them. I tried to mail them to cancel my order and refund my money so now the online customer help of indiacakes...

Not able to pay emi for april. Already mailed them the proof of salary reduction to 40%. How can i manage to pay emi. Still they are not putting it in moratorium and not replying to mail since 15 days. Now calling and therating to go office and home for collection.

But no respond from the customer care executive they are not receving my calls and in the chats said you will get a coupon you can order within one year. Are this guys are mad!! Hi, i have ordered cake on 29th april 2020 in india cakes pvt ltd website and i have paid about of 499.00 for the same. Cake was suppose to be delivered on time i. E., 29thapril2020 anytime in the day. (Since i have opt out for normal day times to deliver). The day went off, but i didn't received product from the india cakes company.

On 24the april i ordered cake from this company and when i'm calling there is no response from them.. They are not responding either on call or either on email.. I kept on calling them and they kept for my calls for long hold and then disconnects. Neither they are responding for twitter or any email. Kindly refund my amount rs 549. I ordered a cake on behalf of friend and it has to be delivered on 07.04.2020 but the cake has not delivered due to lock down .I completely understand their situation but now from that day i am continuously chasing them . I am following up with their customer care number @[protected] but everytime i am getting th same response that ill get coupon code within 2 hrs but whenvr i check my e-mails i did not receive anything...
