I have booked saree for my wife in ur online shop on 28/11/2017. But we have wrong product received on today (1/12/207) instead we were selected on online. Kindly request you to pickup the return. Really we wondered to purchase in ur online, there is no trusting with ur products. We need to refund from you, really we are unsatisfied with ur product. Hope your taking this case as priority base.

    Hi,
    I ordered a bouquet and a cake for rs1090 through indiacakes on 10 nov 2017 (Order no. [protected]). Cake was fine but they delivered 6 separate roses instead of a bouquet. I gave them the option of either replacing the roses with bouquet or else refund my money on the day it was delivered (11 nov 2017). But they said since the roses were delivered they can't replace the order now and will refund. After that i have mailed and called them numerous times regarding the same. But nothing happened. After numerous calls they finally gave me a complaint ticket #7900. When i enquire about the complaint again, they said nothing can be done about my complaint and cut the phone. It's been the worst experience till now. They don't care about grievances of the customers at all.
    Pfa the so called bouquet that was delivered comprising of 6 separated roses.

    I asked for truffle cake but delivered a very poor quality local chocolate cake. They are not even willing to say sorry or acknowledge their mistake. Least bothered to revert on the complaint.

      This company is a cheat after so many follow ups with unsupportive & rude customer care excutives who disconnect calls when they dont have any answer, india cake responded to my below mail with following one line statement. I read so many negative feedbacks on fb about and no redressal to them wish i had read them before. I simply want a refund on my purchase and they can take their product back

      Dear india cakes team,

      This mail is regarding the order #[protected]. It brings me sheer disappointment and fury while writing this mail that the service you have provided is awful. Following are the points that forced me to write the above statement.
      The gift from nowhere was looking similar to the reference image shown on the website.
      The gift was completely shattered and broken. I don’t know whether it was way of packaging or due to being in transit. But first i had to collect all the pieces to make it one single item. All the chocolates, basket, flowers and golden net (Used for so called decoration) were going in different directions & were not connected to the basket.
      The no. Of chocolates were absolutely less compare to the image.
      In reference image you used heart shaped chocolates but in reality you used such cheap looking square chocolates.
      My boyfriend asked you to include a message with the gift. It was not there. When you don’t include messages what is the use of putting a dialogue box to do so.
      Flowers used in the gift were so old. (Old is an understatement)
      And the delivery - ughhhhhh it took you on total 12 long days to deliver the gift, when you clearly mentioned it would deliver it in 7-9 days. (However, a discussion has already taken place for the delivery issue and you promised to deliver it, if not the same day but definitely within 3-4 days. Let’s forget 3-4 days you couldn’t stick to your 7-9 days timeline and took forever to deliver the gift).
      I have attached the pictures for your reference. Trust me the product is looking way better in these pictures. It was even worst in reality.
      So, in short this is how you left no stone unturned to ruin our 9th anniversary.
      Now, i really appreciate you looking into this matter on urgent basis. I would like to have a full refund for this. Nothing else. If you want to take back your product, you may let me know.

        I have ordered black truffle with red rose bunches worth totally rs 1175 on nov 3rd after few minutes india cakes have cancelled the order and when sent mail asking for refund they immediately responded saying it takes 7 to 10 days to refund the money. But after 10 days when i followed up no replay fro m them... Fraud company.. Plz do not order cakes from this site... I am spending my time only to tell public tat don't order cake from. This site. And spoil your bday parties or functioin. Shame on them keeping india name for their brand and cheating like this. Plzz ban this indiacakes.com so tat further public will not get cheated

          Had ordered cake with the asap delivery option that has the highest charge for delivery. Called them one day before to tell them that i expect it to be at 10am in the morning. The person replied that it can be delivered early if we bake the cake at night. When today i called them they straight away replied that it is not possible. On asking that i have payed you extra for this then how you are irresponsibly saying that it is not possible. She replied that this was not her responsibility i should contact the it team. She is the one representing india cakes is she not. And after all this she had the audacity to put down the call when i was still speaking. I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from any other marketing team. They are charging exta to the customer and then behaving unprofessionaly.
          If I wanted a cake at 3 pm why would have i chosen the asap option. And if you cannot deliver the cake on requested time why charge the customer extra for it?

            I booked a cake at indiacakes.com at 11:45 pm having order no[protected] for delivery in varanasi and there were different delivery options chargeable at different rates depending on how faster you want to get it delivered. I chose the "before 2 pm option" and paid rs.175/- extra for the same. After placing the order for confirmation of the order and delivery time i called their customer care at[protected]. I asked the executive about the order she told we received your order and we will send it to our franchisee and it will take minimum 7-8 hours and will be delivered after 5 only. On being asked why are charging rs.175/- extra when you cannot deliver before 2 pm. Why taking money false claims. If cannot be delivered mention that dont charge extra customer will go for faster delivery service provider but because of your commitment customer is suffering. She very rudely said we cannot deliver if you have any issue drop a mail and your order can be cancelled. For cancellation drop a mail but we will not give to refund. Once we get money we never refund we will give you gift voucher of same amount to place order on our website. I condemn their company policy on that she put the phone down. On calling again and asked after connecting with some supervisor she said no one in office and if any complaint drop a mail to superior... I have never come across such service provider in my life and worst part their customer care executive is behaving as if they have done a favor in taking customer order... Shame on indiacakes.com... With this kind of service it better to not serve any customer... Thank you for spoiling the birthday... As there is lack on your companies part in delivering the promised service i deserve a full refund of my money to my same bank account... Else no option but to approach consumer court not for refund but for a making your services more responsible towards customer

              Hello,

              I ordered a cake on 29th september and ordered it to be delivered before 2 pm to myself. However, i did not receive it yet until 6:30pm until when i come to know that it has been delivered, whereas i actually did not.

              First time user and really disappointed by the service.

                Let me first tell you about the amazing staff... Ms. Neha.. She feels that her name is enough to know her in the company.. Wooooooo. Let me first appreciate the pathetic service you gave me over the phone, it was a mistake from your end my dear "or shall i rather say ur company 's end which you don't think to be a part off coz u r not at all a part of team to be apologetic of sending a stale cake. Well if the employee has soo much of attitude to give their customers who brings food on their table i can understand how the workers would work. And finally to india cake - i believe you are not aware of what u are dealing with, u are dealing with pure emotions and if you or you"staff" can't take care of it i think i can just be sad for you... Coz cake i can order from somewhere else but you have lost a customer and that i real loss to you!!
                Madam you are very lucky that you are a female ... with male customers they play woman card " You dont know how to behave with a woman" and the entire issue of poor service and false commitment will take a Feminist issue ..., totally disappointed

                  I am a customer from hyderabad and have ordered cake and flowers from indiacakes on 25th april, 2017 and paid for midnight delivery which was supposed to be delivered by 26th april 12 am. With total disappointment i waited till morning to cancel the order. When i requested to cancel order, i was said it cannot be done and i said i paid extra for midnight delivery and she said before 2pm also we charge extra money. I called them around 6 pm 26th april. Still my order was not delivered yet. They false promised me about the delivery again.

                  And next day on 27th morning i called them immediately as soon as the working hours started they said it was delivered. Which is a total lie, i checked with my parents who are supposed to receive, i told them the same thing it's not delivered. Then they said they will reach back within 24 hours it is the same response i got yesterday too. Occasion has hone 2 days ago, and they are saying they will deliver cake and flowers now. Not at all fair or even ethical.

                  I requested my total amount which i paid for midnight delivery to be refunded back. I have sent several emails, made several calls but no assurance! No acknowledgement! No response!
                  I am raising this complaint because i am not satisfied with their customer service and did not keep up as committed. I am very much disappointed with their irresponsibility to commitments and not going to consider for any purchase in near future. This is the worst experience i ever had with an online store.

                  Not going to trust indiacakes ever again!
                  Indiacakes.com False commitment poor service worst customer care and they will try their best to spoil your special day

                    I had placed an Order #[protected] on April 23rd 2017 & they gave 100 % assurance that they will deliver by April 24th on my husbands birthday.

                    By afternoon they reply saying that not possible today, they will deliver tomorrow.(god knows that tomorrow will ever come)

                    They really spoiled the day.Customer service is least bothered..They just say NOT POSSIBLE.(no effort to even try).I dont think i am going to get the refund too.

                    Please do not use theri services if you do not want to make your day unhappy

                    I ordered a Combo with order id #[protected] which was supposed to be delivered on 16Sep, But it was not delivered saying that the transaction was delayed while the company sent me a mail specifying the transaction id.I sent them the mail for the same but no response from them for 4 days.

                      Order no is [protected]. I placed the order for 850rs cake and after placing the order i called indiacake customer care and asked them if they can deliver at the given address and when i called on the delivery date, they are telling me that they can't deliver at that address. They cancelled my order and no email or msg informing me about the cancellation . How unprofessional even after paying the full money. Will never order from here again. They are cheating people for money, don't order from here.

                        I have ordered a cake to be delivered to my father on his Birthday on 5th April 2017 at Kerala. I had gone through their site and made payment through my debit card.I got a mail from them of successful transaction

                        Please keep this order number for future reference.

                        But today till now nothing was delivered. And today I tracked the status of the Order. Their office is telling me they cannot deliver this order as it is half kilo cake and asking me to pay more and increase it to one kilo.

                        At the time of booking this was not disclosed. They are cheating people like this taking booking and accepting payments and not delivering.

                        when I asked them to refund my money they are telling it will take 15 days.

                        I am thinking of filing a complaint with consumer fora and police station for unfair trade practices and cheating

                          The order number [protected] which was to be delivered at my address in Jammu had to b delivered at midnight 24th 2017 and for which there was an additional charge has not been delivered yet. My family kept on waiting fr the delivery for the whole time. There was no call nd no info regarding the order placed. The order can not be tracked nd you people are so irresponsible. I need a revert as soon as possible

                            Hi,

                            It's been more than a month now since I placed my order with this site and the order got cancelled from their side as the address was o[censored]SA so I basically I placed the order by mistake to the Indian site.

                            Since then I have been taking follow ups on calls mails and everything possible but no action has been taken yet and I haven't got back my money in my bank account.

                            I have called the customer care n no. Of times asking for the refund but no action has been taken on it yet.

                            Being a reputed site I didn't expect this kind of cold behavior.

                            I'll make sure neither I nor any of the person I know ever place any order from this site in future.

                            Please help me get my money back.

                              I have placed order on 13th Feb for a cake to be delivered on 14th feb.

                                I had orderded a half kg white forest cake on feb 14 2017 and the transaction was successfull with an amount of rs800 charged.The cake has not been delivered .And i already lost my money .later on i received an email saying the the order is incomplete!!how can that happen because trancsaction had already taken place and money had gone!!I tried calling several times they are not picking up..Please either indiacake has to refund the money back or deliver the cake.This is fraud..and cheating i neeed my cake or money back at any cost!!!

                                  I have ordered a cake on 9th nov 2016... price of cake was 550/- nd i had paid a late night delivery charge of 250/-
                                  but the cake was delivered next day i.e., 10th nov 2016 in afternoon
                                  so i asked them to refund my late night charges ... nd they are not refunding it
                                  they hav said that we take 24 days days to refund the amount but already 2 months passed

                                    Orderd a cake through there website, all payment was done beforehand.
                                    To my surprise when cake was delivered it was entirely different cake.
                                    On raising the complaint that the delivered cake is entirely different, received a response that chef are different & called will be different.
                                    I know do to this some differences can be there, but entirely different cake.
                                    Wow!!!

                                      I had order a cake online and it was supposed to get delivered by 6pm on 30/11/2016. The order number is KOLKN103993 and tge order is confirmed as per the mail sent to me . Unfortunately The cake is not yet delivered and when I call the customer support team, No one from the customer support team answers the call or writes back. I will definitely take a legal action against these fraud people. I have already made an online payment and would like the refund back.

                                        I had orderd a bouquet but what i was delivered was totally different and after fews days mail and calls and finally a call with manager, the manager said "hum kuch nai kr sakte aapko jo karna hai kr lo"
                                        I jst wanted to know why different types of bouquet are shown on website and with diffrent cost and when a customer select a particular one that means he/she wants the same. You can't just deliver any thing as per your confortability ! Money dosen't matters what matters but i want some action to be taken against such frauds who regulary cheats on customers
