Reference to subject mail i have ordered online cake delivery from https://www.indiacakes.com on 15th Apr'23 with order id 22099412 successfully payment of Rs471.56/- with bank reference no[protected]. The orderd has been scheduled for delivery on 16th Apr'23. But on 16th Apr i git another message for Indiacakes.com to pay extra Rs.300 for delivery as destination pincode. I have replied on that mail that why same charges was not mention on the time of orderd and cancelled the ordered and refund the amount. but no reply recieved yet. This is doing fraud by the indiackes that once customer order then they force the customer to pay extra charges to delivery and if the customer didnot pay they never deliver the order and not refund the order amount to customer.

I ordered the cake for my brother and I paid extra charges as they mentioned on the website but my order was not placed at the given time.

I have ordered the cake on 10.04.2023 (Time 12.19.05 Pm). After placing my order and paid my money through UPI Rs.997.50. i got an email about that Thanks for the order. Since delivery is far from our center and asked extra delivery charge Rs. 275 and shared the link. http://rzp.io/i/K7ODYz8u. But i regret and not paid the money. Because the Total cost i feel too high. Immediately i called to the customer care number [protected] and cancelled my order. They said my order is cancelled and you will get refund amount within 24 hours. Also i sent an email to cancel the order for record purposes (Time 01.02 Pm) from my gmail id :- [protected]@gmail.com to [protected]@indiacakes.com. Today date is 13.04.2023. So far the amount is not credited to my account. I am following through email [protected]@indiacakes.com for past 4 days and requested many times to ask my money through phone and email and Chat box . Still they are saying Receiver Refuses the order when delivery person reach the location. Order will be treated as delivered so no refund will be done. This is too fraud. without i am paying extra transport charge how they will deliver the cake to the Receiver address. Receiver is my father only and given the same mobile number [protected]. They are not delivered the cake. Please take necessary action and refund my money as soon as possible.

I ordered a cake online on IndiaCakes (Order[protected] around 11:45 on 7th April for Rs 518.81. After about 45 minutes I received a mail and a message to pay an extra Rs. 275 for the delivery charges with a payment link given. These charges were not asked nor they were shown at any time while I was paying earlier that delivery charges will be added later after payment. Since the delivery charges were quite high, so I replied to the mail to cancel my order and refund my money. Since then I have been trying to reach via email as well as via customer care number to ask my refund status. But they are not responding at all on emails. But somehow I manged to talk to customer care once in 10-15 times I have called and they told me that refund will be processed in 3-4 days. Today 3 days passed and when I again called them, after a long waiting they replied me that I will be refunded through coupons which is totally senseless. Again I will have to order to avail the coupons and have to pay extra delivery charges because of which I had to cancel my order at first place. This is nothing but fooling customers. There is no such information given on their website regarding extra delivery charges as well as regarding the refund process. Please help me in this matter.

I ordered cake for 271 rs yesterday. Cake not delivered and amount also not refund from their side. I sent a mail to refund the amount. but no response

I have not taken any loan from Blink Cash. Even then they are claiming that I have taken loan on 03/04/23. My bank is also not showing any cash input.
This is fraud. Please take action.

I placed order for a cake worth 476.51 on 3rd April after their support executive confirmed that they deliver at my location send there is no extra deliver charge. I made payment online and after getting the money, they started asking for 400 rupees more as delivery charge. I refused and they did not deliver the cake nor refund my money even when I asked them on that very moment to cancel my order. Now they don't pick up phone or abuses over phone and disconnects. No refund given yet.

At the time of ordering, give a delivery charge about 250 rs .A day before the deliver date, they reach out to me saying the delivery address is to far and I need to pay an additional Rs. 200 for them to be able to deliver.pay 200 rs again.and waited for 1 days but still cake not received and I called customer service to refund my money as they failed to deliver my order. They are denying to refund my money, even if they failed to deliver. I want my money in original source from where it was deducted. This is fraud site.

I have ordered cake on[protected]. While I placing my order they didn't ask for any delivery charge. Afterwards they were asking me to pay delivery charge of another 275rs with reason your delivery place is far away from our place. They have not inform me the same before placing the order itself. I called their customer care they are not responding properly they are cutting the call. Customer care mail also not responding. I have paid 519rs in total. Please get back my amount to the account I have paid.

Never received the cake. Very rude when contacted to enquire why the order was not received. You'll have to pay an additional 275Rs if the order is out of their delivery circle which I did and still they didn't deliver. Try some other option coz this is not worth your time.

I ordered a cake from India Cakes. At the time of ordering, there was no mention of extra delivery charges. I have ordered a cake as your support Team is confirmed they will deliver to my location .

After the order has placed i got a mail from your Team saying they need extra 275 Rupees as location is far.

I have made the payment and after everything completed they have canceled the order.

Also they are have disconnected the call without giving me the clarification.

I do not want any coupon from you guys just reimbursed my money or deliver the order.

I had ordered a cake from indiacakes.The oder id[protected].The amount 515 deducted from my account. Since cake not delivered, I tried to connect with customer care by message, mail and call.but no response.Now I need refund.

I have placed an order on 8th Feb to get it deliver on 14th Feb. Even paid the Extra delivery charges of INR 250, However, they never delievered the order nor updated the status. On Feb 15th I have asked them to process the refund as I no longer intersted for their pathetic service. Since then many follow-ups have been done on email and web chat, but no one responds. Neverthless it is a modern scam to loot the consumers.

Ordered midnight cake on 26.02.2023 but didn't receive it. Paid for cake as well as midnight delivery charge of Rs.250 . As soon as I paid for it, I didn't receive any sort of tracking ID, message and page moved to homepage. So, I tried contacting them on number mentioned online [protected], recorded msg played "unavailable at moment".

I got a mail like this ;
