Ordered a cake and paid the amount.

Then got a mail for additional payment for deliver to "far off " location which was also paid

About 10 phone calls to customer care after the cake and flowers didn't reach. Very bad customer service as they would cut the call when asked about the order.

Now apparently they cannot deliver and have taken the money and will not give a refund but will give a coupon...

I have ordered a cake but did not get delivery of order on time and also been charged twice for delivery charges ...once when made order and again by another mail regarding the same... My order no is 1736944 and again I got another order no which was 1736945. And when I had chat with customer care representative ..they told it would be delivered before 7 pm... But it did not... So I want to cancel my order and want my money back. Highly disappointed...

I ordered cake on 21st July 2022. Amount of Rs572 transferred to India cakes. After few hrs they sent an email to pay extra Rs275 for delivery charges. I refused to pay n asked to cancel my order.
I sent an email to cancel n also spoke to customer care. They finally sent coupon code on August 1st I don't understand what an I supposed to do with that code. I don't want any offers or any cakes from that website. Plz help in resolving...

I have ordered cake from website on 21st July 2022. An amount of Rs572 was deducted through phone pe. After few hrs they sent an email to transfer Rs 275 for delivery charges. I refused to that amount as it's not mentioned in the site.

Fraud:
Once I placed order from their site they take more price and after some time share a Razor pay link to pay more money to deliver after 1 hour.

After calling evening they bargain how much you can pay. I placed the order for 675 and asking 275 delivery charges after one hour of the placed order to deliver.

On call they asking how much you can pay can you pay 250 then 200.

Pathetic customer service and agent ask to block customer if order is not delivered. Indiacakes is a scam website. I ordered a cake for my dad's birthday and paid additional fees for the fast delivery. They didn't deliver the order and didn't respond to calls and emails. They didn't give the money back also. It is the worst website. It's totally fake website. If anyone experienced the same thing please post reviews otherwise these guys continue this type of scams....

It's been a month now you are not refunding money...

There are extra hidden charges that are shared after we place the order and pay. After completing the order and payment, they send another email with extra charges and keep your order on hold until you pay those charges.
Customer service is pathetic and uneducated. The Track link does not work that is shared in the confirmation email. It is a fraud website and should be banned...

I ordered cake on 4th May 22 and reply was cake couldn't be delivered . And when I enquired amount amou t they informed that they will be providing coupon which can be used in next order.
I used this coupon and ordered cake on 18th June 2022 and again they reply as cake could not be delivered for order No 1734042

I placed an order (birthday cake to my wife) at indiacake.com and Also paid for midnight delivery (11.55 am) extra 250rs. Fortunately, for the receiver, I gave my number. Around 8:30 pm delivery boy called me for the location, I ask the delivery person where is the cake from. The delivery guy said we aren’t coming from that company directly. We are only intermediate.
