I have ordered cake on 14.02.2023 which was supposed to deliver on the same day. They even took Rs. 250/- extra for delivery charges but unfortunately till now they didnt deliver the item nor the CUSTOMER CARE is responding. Bloody ### looting money from innocent clients. Request to please take action.

I have ordered a cake and flower bouquet on 13 Feb 2023 that is last night . 150rs paid for time slot .delivery before 2pm on 14 Feb 2023.
Today I am constantly calling on helpline number and said your location is far from our store. For which I have again paid 200rs as delivery charges around 12pm . Again I have confirmed about my order delivery status and they replied that order will be delivered by 4 pm. After 4pm I have again called them. And now they are again saying location is far and order will be delivered by 7 pm. If there store is located at nagpur then it's hardly takes 35 min to reach umrer area. Now they are not picking up my calls . If office is closed by 5 pm then who gonna receive my order there . Such a wastage of money and time. Pathetic service. I would not order anything from this site in future. Because they haven't mentioned on their site that you have to give delivery charges as per location. And they are not fulfilling their commitment of timed delivery. Other sites are far better than this site.

On 4th of February I ordered a cake with express delivering charge paying 250 extra over cake charges which promised me for midnight delivery but no such thing was done the product was not delivered till 1 .00 in the afternoon, after trying to contact multiple times they told me to pay extra 150, so I demanded for refund to which they denied and said order is made, my order id 22096592
Since the company is in known for its poor delivery I want my refund back I am attaching all the proof, even given me fraud email to communicate

My order id was 22096420 with transaction id [protected] amount Rs.1220. I had ordered a bundle order of Cake and flowers from the website on 30th January 2023 at 12:45pm that included extra charges of Rs.150 as same day delivery within 6pm. Later they charged Rs. 150 extra for delivery again from another link, which was also paid. But i have still not received my order yet. This is a fraud company. I want a refund to be initiated or else i'll move to consumer court with all the details.

I have ordered cake for my friend and lateron receive request for further payment as delivery charges, hence asked to cancel the order and refund it. I didn't get any refund nor even proper response. I tried sending email, online chat support and customer care and of no use.

Now I don’t even want any coupon because this has happened with me for the second time. It is my hard earned money please refund my money . I want cash nor coupon. Very bad experience. Please do the needful.

I have Placed a Order and I have done Payment. Still I have not received my Order. There is no option for tracking my order. Now the people called and asking 250 more amount. While ordering it was shown free delivery.

This is bad experience for 2nd time and I wasted my time and money for ordering in This site.

My order no 22095961, it was placed on 14 jan 9 pm which included 250 rs extra for shipping and handling. It was not delivered on midnight. Neither it has been delivered yet. They sent a mail asking for 150 extra stating that delivery location is far. Why it was not told while placing order and why they took 250 when they can’t delivered on midnight. The call is not getting picked up by customer care since payment and there is not update on order status. Totally a fraud company just extorting money from customers.

I ordered a cake from this so called com but did not get order on time as it was birthday cake and even the comp did not bother to share any msg are any ifo about the cake so tried to call not connected called so mANY TIME same issue happen got a mail for extra delivery charges pay that also but still nit get any updaye called again some agent take the call she start abusing in diffrent language and talk with me in a very rude manner so cut the call n call again other agent recieved the call she was also in a same manner ridiculous she also abuses a lot called 3rd time and the 3rd agent was also showing same kind of attitude i am the cx we have the right to get update but what the ### comp is this i want answer and i want apology from the head of the comp i want get apology from the agents also what kind of comp is this and one the agent tell b ajawo pune kya karo lo GAY maira

After some time, I got an email saying that they want more money since the location was too far, so I instantly sent the money but the cake did not arrive yet and it has been over 2 weeks now already, and they don't even pick up the phone.

On 22nd of Nov, it was my birthday. So I ordered a red velvet cake(order id[protected] from this fraud website which looked genuine after reading their positive reviews (which now I am fully sure it's paid)
At the time of making order I chose normal delivery which shipping charges were free( I have full proof of it) But I was scammed as through mail I was told to make extra payment of 275 rs making an excuse that my place is too far( well my place was located in the city that too at the centre) So told them for cancellation and asked for refund. But the next day, I didn't get any email, message regarding the cancellation and the initiation of refund. I called them and they said that I would be given a coupon. I was shocked to hear it. They have me excuses by saying that they don't give the money back as it is in their policy. But while making order I didn't come across any such policy of theirs( I have full screen recording of their website) I checked every nook and corner of their website but nowhere such thing is mentioned. They cut my call. I called the several times but didn't picked up. I also send them mail but they ignored everything. I started shivering as I realised I have been scammed. I called them from a different no, they quickly picked up but when I started raising my issue, they hanged up. I tried many more times, they did the same. When I made a last attempt, as soon as they picked up, I cried and requested for the refund. I even had to request them to not hang the call. After raising my concern that executive agreed to refund my money. I received a mail later but was shocked to receive a coupon code. I had my exam the next day. I felt so much mentally disturbed. They ruined my birthday, my exam days. Their customer executive s are so much bad. The curse of people will definitely affect all of them. They thin that they would make money by fraud but they will receive severe bad consequences for harming people mentally. And even if I use that coupon to use my money, I am presently sure they will ask for 275 rs extra after making order and even if I pay that extra amount to them, there is no any assurance that they would deliver the cake as I have seen innumerable negative reviews for them that even after making whatever payment that tod you to make, they don't deliver the cake and when they call them, they hang up . So please I want justice. Please refund my money. I am a student. Had I been a working professional, I would have let it go but as of now money means a lot. Please refund my money.

Indiacakes is such a Scam website collecting unnecessary money from people with fake deliveries.
I ordered a Red Velvet cake (on 28th Nov, 2022) and it did not deliver on the requested date. The next day, they called the bakery person in our area and paid just 620/- for 1kg cake of different flavour(chocolate) without my concern.
I have paid 1500 in total which is of no worth.

I called customer service and the agent disconnected the call multiple times after explaining my issue. I also order a bouquet of roses for 599/- and they charged me extra 250 rupees bluffing that the delivery comes far from the location. The cake did not get delivered to home. We went and picked up the order

The agents and the Team are very irresponsible. It is such a scam that they are fooling people with fake orders.

On requesting a Refund for the roses which are not available, they are disconnecting the call. Worst Service.

I have also sent an email explaining the scenario and requesting a refund for the product they did not deliver. They did not respond yet.

I checked the website usingn Pincode whether they deliver to my place or not. I ordered a cake and after ordering they asked for extra 200. I asked them to cancel my order in email but they never responded.They charged the amount and a month later when i contact them they are sending me a coupon code instead of refund. Also their customer care started cutting my phone saying i am rude when i only asked questions. Never used any foul language. Order number is 22093303

I paid 1450 and it was showing me free delivery while I ordered but next day I'm getting message like you have to pay 150 rs as delivery location is far otherwise we are gonna put your order on hold.
I asked them to write on cake "Happy Birthday Dady" but they didn't write anything and I ordered dryfruit roll but they gave dryfruit halwa and it has so horrible taste and it's hard to eat .it's not at all fresh. It's not worth it of 950rs .
So kindly replace this item with other sweet.
