I had placed the order on 18 may 2023 with the order number22100995. The cake amount was 275 and was told that delivery was free later received a mail for extra 275 rs for delivery charges. Later the cake was not delivered and no refund still. I have received a coupon code which is of no use. And the staff is so rude that they don’t answer properly. Have been trying to call them but no response.

I have orderd a cake on 21May, its not delivered till 24May, I tried calling to the customer care no & no one is picking & even on the chat the person is not responding.Its really annoying.Could you please deliver the cake or refund my money.I paid extra money for delivery as 250rs also.Please find the invoice as below.

I ordered a cake on your site with same day delivery yesterday night along with an extra fare of Rs 250 for quick delivery. I also made my payment. You have not processed my order yesterday instead I got a reply on your site that the order will be delivered today. If I need it today I wouldn't have ordered it yesterday with same delivery. Pathetic service.i called the contact number twice. I texted through chat. But no response. If you're not able to process the order proper intimation should have made through mail. Worst service ever. I need you to process my refund.

After payment for the cake they send me a mail to send extra delivery charges for long distance route..I tried many times to contact them but they did not respond.. after all they didn't deliver the cake and also did not refund the money..scamed totally

And it was not in delivery details before paying money.when I asked them by mail there was no response..and I tried many times to contact them ..they did not respond.all over they did not deliver the cake ..its a fraud page .. totally scamed

I want to cancel this order because it was meant for 14/5/23 at 12 midnight.
Also, today again I received one more email regarding extra charges for delivery.
So, I want to cancel and take my full refund because it's too late for the purpose.

Also, one suggestion for the telephone support team, their talking attitude is so ridiculous, they don't know how to talk.. Moreover, they mentioned that I am talking non sense.

I ordered a cake one day before to deliver it to the next day. After making payment next day they send me a link to pay extra delivery charges. When I call on customer care they talked to me very rudely and disconnect the cal.

Need an immediate action against it. Either deliver the cake or refund the money.

This is 2nd time that Ur service is not good.First time u did not send cake and even u did not transfer my money back.you changed into coupon. Although I ordered cake on my coupon amount for today. Even though u did not send my cake. I want my money back.

I have placed an online order for cake delivery today. My order no is 22100245. They have deducted money from my account but didn't deliver the product. When I enquired about this after 4-5 hrs, they simply said "Delivery not possible today" I have attached chat screenshot for your reference.

I ordered the anniversary cake for my parents. I paid INR 1247.50 but their website shows Pending payment. I also added delivery as AS soon as possible by paying 200 extra.
They never receive calls. Their auto voice always says my call queue is number 3 and keeps me waiting.

I won't be sending them cake after their anniversary date is over. Please refund my amount. Too much time wasted. Also please block this site.

I have ordered the cake for my sister wedding anniversary on 26th April for 1/2 kg cake. they charged me Rs. 832.50 towards the cake and delivery charges. After one hour of the payment, they were sending me the link to pay additional Rs.150 towards extra delivery charges. I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money. Their customer care is very rude in answering the calls and disconnect the calls without response.

Very bad service. Cheaters to be precise. I ordered a combo of birthday cake and rose bouquet worth Rs.950 on 21/4/2023. It was supposed to be delivered on 22/042023 between 12pm to 6pm. On 22/04/2023, they sent me a message and email asking for Rs.250 extra long distance delivery charge. They had agreed to deliver it after asking the pin code at the outset. Still i had no choice, so i paid Rs 250 extra. But till date cake has not been delivered. Customer care dont pickup the phone. Ifvtgey pickup, btgey bang it down without talking. On 3rd day she picked up, but was rude. Later they sent a message that they cant deluver, so they will give me a voucher. But will retain the distant delivery charge of Rs.250.
Very bad portal. Absolute cheats. Dont waste ur money. Anyways ur product doesnt get delivered.

But it was never delivered, after repeated calls and mails, they have provided a discount coupon of Rs 515.03 and When i asked about additional RS 250 and Rs 30 they said that will be waived off on my next order and some silly reasons. Yesterday 24th April 2023, I have placed an order for a cake (545 (Cake Charges)+1.50(GST)+250(Shipp Charges)) and applied a discount coupon of 515 and chose to deliver between 9:15 - 11:55PM on the same day for that they have charged any Rs 250. As I want the cake to be delivered I decided to pay that Rs250 even know that they cheated me saying that 250 will be waived off in my next order. I tried to place the order using paytm payment option, but it is not working and failed(Attached). Then, I successfully placed the order using PhonePay option. After that there is no confirmation from India Cake but money got deducted successfully.

25th Morning I contacted customer support, she is rude and telling that will be delivered later as my order was placed at 8:52PM on 24th April and she disconnected the call. They have charged additional Rs 250 for delivering on the same day. I believe they are running this website just to loot the customers without fulfilling.

I ordered cake and flowers for CJM, Reckong Peo, Kinnaur. on 13th April 2023, they took payment and confirmed the booking ID, which is 22099358. Then yesterday they charge more extra money for delivery, as the place is far through mail and chat. Till evening we had a chat, but after 5pm, they stop chatting. There is no such phone no to talk [protected].
They are the cheater company, they cheat small amount from the people, and people also think 'Why to fight for such small amount". But cheating is cheating whether the amount is big or small. They have no right to cheat people. Money is always precious.
