Hello there,

I've made a purchase from myntra using the indian bank debit card. Due to size issues i've returned the products. Myntra said that the refund was successful on 13.03.2020 and also they provided me utr numbers stating that the refund transaction is successful. The utr are 30001000790069169399131 and 30001000740069169399132. It's been 25 days yet the amount is not reflected in my bank account. The amount to be refunded is rs.2951. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

Correction : Those numbers are not UTR numbers. They are Bank reference number. Kindly do the same.

      I have purchased from amazon on[protected] by making payment of 494 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on[protected] with refund reference number of[protected]. They even shared transaction refund reference id - 6j3d9jcx0000k6g66v6p visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

        I have ordered a Treadmill worth Rs.25, 750/- Through Amazon platform but due to prevailing COVID-19 incidents I had to cancel it And they say that they have initiated transfer on 25th Mar 2019 and they also have shared the UTR[7BJXC7YK0000K78NFPZJ] number and when the amount was not reflected in the bank A/c i called Amazon customer care and they told me to call the customer care of Indian bank i did the same after waiting for 15mins call was connected and they told me to go to the concern home branch and I visited the home branch they told we can't do anything please go back to Amazon Hence i called them(Amazon customer care) and they told me to file the charge dispute form.

        I hope that my refund will be issued to me as soon as possible.

        They say it’s a reference number and not a UTR number and the bank can’t help with it but Amazon say that when the other banks can help with the reference number why can’t your bank help with it

                And told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So

                  I paid to amazon 528 rupees on 14/3/2020 but amazon sent me different item so amazon initiated refund on 23/3/2020 to my card but till now
                  Refund not credit into my account. I try to contact indian bank customer care but it keep busy only. Amazon gave me this reference number
                  [protected] to contact indian bank. So i try to contact indian bank for dispute raisal but indian bank straight away told we don't have such option
                  Like that. I don't known what to do i need money urgent for my basic needs. So i request you respond this complaint it's very urgent.

                    Sir, i m drawing pension of air force in rajkilpakkam branch. A/c no[protected]. I have availed loan against pension on oct 2018 ans my emi is continuing through auto debit by the branch. At present due to covid 19 i received a message from you regarding postponement of 3 emi and my due starts from 01 jun 2020. I got my pension credited on 02 apr 2020 with reduction of emi ammount for mar 2020. When approached i was not able to get proper response, some saying we didn't get any proper information from rbi also got reply that your account is having auto debit with standing instructions, so we are not able to reverse the debit. I m aware that standing instructions are given only by the branch. Due to curfew i 'm unable tyo visit the branch personally. Other banks where i have accounts have already relaxed their emi's. I request you to clear the issue and confirm whether your bank is providing this covid 19 package or not, then why your bank has forwarded the message to me quoting that your account is permitted under covid 19, and your dues start from 01 jun 2020.

                      With reference to the above cited subject i like to bring to your high office is that an amount of rs. 163/- was deposited in my account in lieu of the gas cylinder grant 2 days back. I was shocked today (04/04/2020) to see that the amount had been swiped out by indian bank. I am a down trodden man and to part out with little is difficult. We poor carry out with little balances and whatever is credited to our account we use it for our households as we are not ambani nor adani. I also like to recall the statement our honorable finance minister smt. Nirmala seetharaman 2 weeks back that no deductions with regard to maintaining of minimum balance would be applied for 3 months but they have done it. We are all suffering from a worst affected corona virus struggling ourselves for our livelihood and these corona people have swindled it which hurts me a lot. Is is fair & good on the part of indian bank to do such silly work when lots of people are suffering without their pension transfers etc because of bank lock outs but how could this unjustified act been carried out. The amount could be small but how many people like me would have been affected by this. Kindly think o[censored]s at this grave situation and kindly intimate to refund my money to my account as early as possible as i am now mentally distressed at this act. Hope through this many of my poor brothers & sisters could benefit which would take pride of our country. Your immediate action in this regard would be highly appreciable.                         My name is anuradha mohinta i had ordered olay regenerist whip day cream of amount 1999 in amazon on 17 march 2020 and after 19 march 2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 20 march 2020 amazon initiated the amount rs1979 to my card and also 20rs on amazon pay but i still didn't get the rs1979 money on my account. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond this complaint it's very urgent.
