I purchased a product from myntra and paid via debit card and then i return the product on 8-july-2019 and they said the amount will be credited to your account on or before 18-july-2019 but still not credited. Then i talk to then they said we already initiated the refund with bank reference no.[protected] and they said u have to file dispute to your bank. But on indian bank website or on customer center they said there is no provision to file a dispute. Now what should i do. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I return the product to amazon of rupees 899 and on 12 july 2019 they initiated the amount of rupees 899 in my account but that amount not reflect in my account and today is 22 july. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

    For information regarding refund reference number please find the attached document send to me by amazon.

    Hello,

    Your refund of rs.899.00 has been processed successfully on 7/12/2019. The amount should reflect in your account by 7/18/2019.

    The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is[protected].

    In case you do not receive the refund within 5 business days, please contact your bank’s customer care and mention the above authorization code (Refund reference number). Please remember that you will have to call your bank’s customer care center and not visit the branch for this query.

    Some nationalized banks may take more time than usual to credit the refund. If your bank is unable to locate the refund with the authorization code provided, please dispute the transaction as 'refund not processed'. On disputing the transaction, the bank will see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund.

      I had a transaction yesterday and still not received my amount due to swiped bcz of bank technical issue. And it's such a poor bank they can't even send notification messages. Their is no good service provided by the ulsoor branch of indian bank. It's like why the hell did i open the account in your bank. I totally fed up with indian bank. I used to do at least some transaction even though i had problems with indian bank, but now i will never do and i will never suggest anybody for this bank.

        Mentioned above are details from the statement of account. These transactions weren't done by me. Hereby i'll attach the sms received.

        Rs. 129.00 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 18/07/19 17:49 at google *youtubepremium g.co/he from ac:xxx189277. Bal:28218.91 cr - indian bank

        Rs. 169.00 spent on pos/ecom using ib debit card on 21/07/19 15:20 at itunes.com/bill itunes. From ac:xxx189277. Bal:27251.91 cr - indian bank

        Withdraw txn of rs 76 failed thru pos - id 00212955 been recredited to ac xxx189277 on 21/07 at 15:20:05 bal: 27, 420.91 cr - indian bank

        Rs.76.00 spent on pos/ecom using debit card on 21/07/19 15:20 at itunes.com/bill itunes. From ac:xxx189277. Bal:27743.91 cr - indian bank

        I have attached all the sms as received format. I have as much information i can produce. Please consider this and take some action as soon as possible.

          I paid for the hair care items.. I pay money in my debit card. My money got deducted but the nykaa mobile application showed that the payment was cancelled. Now my money has been deducted. I talking with customer care. They said there has been no payment to us on your part. Please ask your bank. While my bank statement shows that money is debited. Below i attached my bank statement

              Recently it has come to my notice that sbi has introduced / offered some concession to defence pensioners (Customers), whose pension is remitting / coming to sb accounts maintaining with sbi. I am a defence pension and my pension is coming to my sb account with indian bank changanassery.

              Please let me know what are the concessions offered by indian bank to its defence pension customers.

                I ordered power drill flipkart on 11/7/19 indian bank debit card payment. And i will cancelled on 11/7/19. Flipkart msg on me refund amount credited on 18/7/19. But not credited in my account. Icall flipkart customer care on 19/7/19. He told flipkart refund successfully. U contact on ur bank and complaint it. I call on indian bank customer care. He told complaint on ur branch.

                  I have purchased "supporter" from amazon on 06-june-2019 by making payment of 300 rupees through indian bank debit card. I have not got the item and in my account, it was showing delivered. I called to amazon customer care for refund and my amount they initiated a refund on date 24-june-2019 with the refund reference number. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute form with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                    I purchased an apple i pad pro 11 inch, from amazon india through indian bank debit card. Due to it's late dispatch i cancelled the order and a refund of 63805.00 was processed by amazon on 9/7/2019. The amount was supposed to reflect 18/7/2019 but it hasn't turned in yet. Amazon also shared refund reference number for the item[protected], but when i complain to bank customer support (Which i was informed through mail i should if my account doesn't show the refund), they keep on asking utr number, and are of no help.
                    Amazon confirms that the utr number and refund reference number are same, as i've called them multiple times. The local branch is not providing any assistance in this matter. Also bank's customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility and asking seperate utr and refund reference number. I need a proper assistance in this matter as 68k is no small amount.
                    Kindly resolve this issue

                      I order lakmi compact foundation products on (8/7/19) but i canceled the order on 9/7/19. The Amazon comlany said to refund my amount on 17/7/19. But my amount is not refund.they said the amount is successfully refund. But i did get till now.amazon told me to ask to indian bank customer care.                         I have parchased mobile phone from Amazon on 11/07/2019, by making payment 14965 RS.through Indian bank debit card, but next day morning I have cancelled the item on 12/07/2019 and Amazon initiated refund on 19/07/2019.
                        With Refund Reference number[protected], but not credited amount in my bank account .when I contacted Indian customer care and Visited branch has no answer,

                          I have done two times electricity payment from amazon on[9/7/2019 and 10/7/2019] by making payment of 1449 +1449 through indian bank debit card. But electricity bill not paid and amazon initiated refund on[15/7/2019 and]18/7/2019 with refund reference number of[[protected],[protected]]. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. Kindly request to refund the amount as soon as possible.

                            I had purchased a product from amazon vivo portable 3 in 1 conditioner air cooler which was damage product and then i requested for requested for return of the product.                                 Amazon processed my refund in my account yet my money didnt received in my bank account..

                                I didn't get ny money yet in my account..
                                I talked to amazon service they told me to give refrence no. That they gave to our bank.. And bank will credit my money in my account bcz they already credited my money to my bank account but indian bank didn't credit... I talked to indian bank helpline no. And told them the refrence no. But they said to me indian bank doesn't accept refrence no... They cant do any thing... I again talked to amazon care and told them all problems i m facing they again said kindly contact to your bank or file charge disputeform against bank.. I filled my charge disputeform yet i did not get my money... Credit my money in my account... Its very disappointing for me... I m customer of indian bank previous 4years... I m student i need my money... Do something in my favour.. Otherwise i will close my bank account and shift to other bank account..

                                    payment debited 2 times in irctc ticket booking

                                    Sir,
                                    I have booked a ticket in irctc, on dt 16 July from secunderabad to nagarsol on dt 17 Aug. Firstly I done payment online through gateway amount has debited but ticket not generated and with in few minutes I booked same ticket again I done payment online. The sum of amount 1666 rs has debited twice and the two tickets are generated on same pnr number [protected] (RAc 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, And 60, 61, 62, 63, 64). I got the conformation...

                                      I payed fees through pnline payment with debit card, during paying money in online payment, otp is aksked nd i entered the otp number and i cliked the submit, it shows that"error not found" and i received message from bank that money is deducted... But fees was not payed, it almost 5 days still i didn't get refund amount from indian bank,
