I purchased an apple i pad pro 11 inch, from amazon india through indian bank debit card. Due to it's late dispatch i cancelled the order and a refund of 63805.00 was processed by amazon on 9/7/2019. The amount was supposed to reflect 18/7/2019 but it hasn't turned in yet. Amazon also shared refund reference number for the item[protected], but when i complain to bank customer support (Which i was informed through mail i should if my account...

I order lakmi compact foundation products on (8/7/19) but i canceled the order on 9/7/19. The Amazon comlany said to refund my amount on 17/7/19. But my amount is not refund.they said the amount is successfully refund. But i did get till now.amazon told me to ask to indian bank customer care. They given reference no[protected].plz i want my refund.my account no [protected]...

I have parchased mobile phone from Amazon on 11/07/2019, by making payment 14965 RS.through Indian bank debit card, but next day morning I have cancelled the item on 12/07/2019 and Amazon initiated refund on 19/07/2019.
With Refund Reference number[protected], but not credited amount in my bank account .when I contacted Indian customer care and Visited branch has no answer,
Kindly Resolve my issue...

I had purchased a product from amazon vivo portable 3 in 1 conditioner air cooler which was damage product and then i requested for requested for return of the product. Then refund of rs 799 was instiated by amazon on 11-7-19 to my account but it is not credited in my indian bank account till date. The payment was made by me through debit card of indian bank....

I have booked an hotel and after that i cancelled my booking due to my change in plan, i again booked the same hotel but due to personal work i had to cancel my bookings, my refund value of 878 is still pending which from 13 th july and refund value of 1777 from 14 july is yet to be received.

I talked to amazon service they told me to give refrence no. That they gave to our bank.. And bank will credit my money in my account bcz they already...

I have booked a ticket in irctc, on dt 16 July from secunderabad to nagarsol on dt 17 Aug. Firstly I done payment online through gateway amount has debited but ticket not generated and with in few minutes I booked same ticket again I done payment online. The sum of amount 1666 rs has debited twice and the two tickets are generated on same pnr number [protected] (RAc 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, And 60, 61, 62, 63, 64). I got the conformation...

I payed fees through pnline payment with debit card, during paying money in online payment, otp is aksked nd i entered the otp number and i cliked the submit, it shows that"error not found" and i received message from bank that money is deducted... But fees was not payed, it almost 5 days still i didn't get refund amount from indian bank,...

I have ordered noise colour fit pro from amazon on 9/7/19 by making payment of rs 2998 through Indian Bank debit card. I have return the item and amazon initiated refund of rs 2998 with refund reference number 986460 and the order ID is[protected]. I have also visited bank branch, they deny. when i contacted amazon, they requested me to file charge dispute against Indian Bank customer care. So please look into this matter and solve...

I recharged my mobile through amazon, but it was failed. Amazon credited my refund to indian bank but bank not put that refund on my account. Amazon also gave me recharge reference number for confirmation.

I have booked ticket in redbus on 11/6/2019 1.45 pm (ramu travels, bus fare 500). Amount will be transferd using debit card, unfortunately the ticket was cancelled, but till date i have not received my money back after that i called redbus coustmer care, he said amont will be bank hold .so i complained

My money got deducted due to bank server issue and i called the bank and asked them what to do.
And they gave me instructions.
My amount deducted was 8008 rupees.
The payment was to be refund but till now it wasn't.
I had put a complaint according to the bank mentioned to me but there is no response from the bank. They didn't check my complaint and it is pending for 5days till now.
Please make sure my money...

I had to pay my bill of 8000 rupees to the hostel gitam boy.
I was paying and typed the otp through indian bank netbanking and the payment page came as the request denied and money got deducted. I got a message money was debited. The amount deduted was 8008/-
Rupees.
I had made complaint to the bank through their as they mentioned and still there is response from the bank the status of my complaint....
