I have purchased nuts from amazon on by making payment of rs.911.00 through indian bank rupay debit card. Amazon canceled the item and initiated refund for 816.9 on 4th june 2019 with refund reference number of[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they contacted billdesk which is the payment gateway. Bill desk is asking to get payment reference number from branch for which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution. Kindly do the needful for the refund.

The reference No:[protected]Rs305) &[protected]Rs 249) Refund is pending. Amazon has refunded the amount but its not reflecting in my A/c.
Sir i tried booking a train ticket on june 12 using irctc, during payment my money got deducted from my account and ticket was not booked . I havent received any messages regarding the refund, its been 9 days since the transaction date, I havent received any refund plz help me .

    Sir/Mam I have Ordered a Samsung phone from Amazon on 12th June 2019 and the money will be deducted from Indian bank debit card but some reason I will cancelling my Order on 13th June 2019 so the Amazon will said that the total money will be transferred to my account but in my account the money will can’t reflected so the some issue from Indian bank please solved my problem I’m in big problem because I am a student & 18400 is a big amount

      Sir... I ordered a product worth 199/- rupees @ amazon on 12/06/2019 through card payment using indian bank atm card no. [protected]. And also cancelled the product on same day. But my refund amount 199/_ is not credited to my account no. [protected] till now. I contacted amazon customer service, they told refund already made to my account and a verification code 275240 generated. Their refund process already completed now that amt with my bank only. Pl.. Z verify my account & refund amount soon

                I had ordered a phone from Flipkart on 28 April 2019 and cancelled my order on 28 th June on same day.And I had done my payment form Indian bank debit card sum of Rs. 473. After that, Flipkart initiated the amount into my account and emailed me and told that by 9th May 2019 you will get your amount . But now its 23 June 2019 so please help me. I have contacted both Flipkart and Indian bank costumer care but they are unable to help me out so please help me..

                          My name is u. Karthik. I use my debit card to recharge my bsnl mobile number through amazon pay on 10th june 2019 the transaction is transaction successfully completed but recharge is not done successfully by amazon pay. Hear the problem is amazon refunded my amount to bank and they provided also transaction number 124440 and they said contact your bank customer service i called to our bank customer care service but the customer care personal i was not able to solve my problem and again. So i am placing my problem to hear can you solve this problem as soon as possible

                              Monster employment charged 14700 by giving job opportunity by creating one team
                              First one person giving job opportunity in IDBI Bank and charged 2300
                              Second time telephone interview taken by second person charged 6200
                              Third time for for registration as a manager post charged 6200
                              They still want 13800 for final selection
                              All time they tell that this all amount is refundable on the first day of your job

                                My saving account no. [protected] with Indian Bank of wardhaman nagar branch With respect to the incident reported regarding fraud transaction happened in my Indian bank account on 19/06/2019 for an amount RS.10000/- via has been debited by ATM card.I got a fake job regarding job and told me to pay just 30/- rupees, i paid that and havent shared my OTP with them. They deducted 10000/- from my saving account. At the time of transaction ATM card was with me.

                                I have already reported complain to my Indian bank but bank is not taking any action.

                                I need my money back form bank

                                Please see to his and take an action against bank as soon as possible.

                                  I have load 1000 from amazon pay on 1st june by making payment through indian bank debit card. I have returned the amazon initiated refund on 2nd june with refund reference number[protected].But i didn't get any more amount reflected on my account. I contact amazon customer service, they said "we processed but ur bank is not reflected. "They gave maximum date of process is 11th june but sill now i didn't get any refund. An I call indian bank customer service they said "visit your home branch and gave reference number they will process it out".sir visited branch for solution they will said"we are only to check ur account but not as third party money transaction". As well as they not gave any proper answer for my money!.When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution.

                                    I have order an item in amzon at the date 13/6/2019.the payment was carried through debit card. at tha same date i was canceld the item also.i have expect the refund with in maximum 3 to 5 days but now now its almost 8 days. Even thogh i didnt get my money back. When i contact amazons customer care they said that they have already send the money back. But i did not get back. I have clearly checked the account details i have given. It was quite correct. There was no error in that. Then why i didnt get my money?

                                        Amazon online shopping website raised refund for my product which i return. they initiate my refund amount of rs. 322 on 5/06/2019. but till now, the amount is not reflect in my account.

                                        so please transfer this amount in my account
                                        and this complaint is not about money only it's about yours service which you provide me
                                        And other thing is that please require some educated officer in your branch because they told me that they have no any option to raise complain of charge dispute.
