I transfrred money from my icici banak a/c to our indian bank ramapuram a/c on 03/06/19; for my lic hosing finance loan emi due through neft; the money did not go to ib account and i got message from icici bank that it got timed out and i have to wait three days.

Indian bank customer care numbers are always busy; probably operators sleeping; what to do; no other way to compalain to ib? Why no customer complaint enetertained? Who will pay penalty to lichfl for my late payment;i am a senior citizen, repaying a loan sincerely for 10 years now; if you people do like this, what can i do?
I find n"no grievance cell' grievance redressal officer' customer care numbers no response, excellent sir, most backward african countries are better than indian bank management.

    Respected sir,

    I had purchased dresses in maharaja silk house in thanjavur through my indian bank debit card dated on 10th may 2019. Amount debited in my account three times, but not credited to them. I checked my account on the bank. But amount not credited in my account. Bank manager asked to me, make a complaint. I had made the complaint to them. The bank manager said to me, the amount will be credited within 10 days. But amount not credited still now.

    Kindly credit my refund at the earliest possible.

      When i refered this issue last month an unconcerned reply was given that i will get form for tds in june. I did not ask for the form i can file my it return in april but i cannot dot with discrepancy appearing in in 26 as. I was also replied that 26as will be updated by may end. Today is 3rd june. I hope that the bank did not mean may 2019.
      Will you please update my 26 as without any further delay in a day or two. Unfortunately it department holds that it is the head ache of the tax payer and not want to be saddled with taking up with the the tax deductors.

          The amount of 804 rupees has been cut off from my accont as minimim balance charges. Iam lodging complaint because the amont has been cut off from my account for not maintaing again the amount of 804 rupees has been cutoff i want the explanation and money back and i dont recive any message as this amount has been debited from your account and i have to pay emi every month so i have been fined for not paying emi for not maintaining sufficient amount in my account.

            The above a/c has been shown in the name of manish bothiyal who is me and i have neither opened the account nor any time visited the branch. One miscreant yesterday posing as d s bothiyal former gm of indian overseas bank (My father) spoke to one of his friend in lucknow where my father had worked as chief regional manager for remittance of rs. 50000/- in the above a/c as my mother is to be operated immediately. Recipient of the call is going to lodge fir against him but my request to you is please verify the genuineness of the above a/c holder with kyc paper submitted and act on the matter as per guidelines framed

              comm failure between indian bank and npci

              I have transferred rs.80000 from indian bank to hdfc account through imps on 01/06/2019 and i got "comm failure between indian bank and npci" error. Amount got debited from my indian bank account and still the amount is not credited in the beneficiary account.

              I did online transaction on 8 may 2019 and i returned the product for which refund was initiated on 19 may it should be reflected in my bank statement on or before 23 may.refund was to be done by amazon.as the amount is not reflected i contacted amazon they gave me a reference id and asked to file charge dispute form. The reference id given is[protected]. I request u to look into matter as soon as possible. I am fed up contacting bank and Amazon. I hope my issue will be solved here.

                I had shopped for rs 1058 at dmart jaynagar bangalore, when i tried to pay by indian bank debit card, payment was declined but money is deducted from indian bank account on 10/05/2019.
                Till 1/06/2019 it is not refunded to my account.. Please credit back the amount to my account.

                Bill and letter from dmart is attached with this complaint for the reference. Please look into it and credit the money back to my account.

                  Today morning i went to indian bank vilakatoon branch, madurai to collect cbcs cheque issued by my wife. When i asked for the cash, the cashier refused to pay money and told to collect from home branch. But i told to him and the branch in charge (Abm) as it is cbcs cheque... Anywhere it can be payable... But they didn't listen to me and make me wait for hours... Finally i have written a complaint letter and abm was not ready to acknowledge... Finally my wife came and have written a complaint for this... That was not also acknowledged...

                      I had done a payment on amazon it was refunded on may 20. But till now it was not reflected in my account. The reference I'd was[protected]. I need a refund to get in my account. On may 20. The refund was initiated. On may 27. Th. The amount was refunded. They are saying like that. But it was not credited in my account.i need my money to credit in my account

                        I have order a mobile in flipkart cart but the agent cannot process my order so they have refunded amount back to my account but still the amount has not been credited . i have call to the customer care of the flipkart and asked about the refunded status they said me that amount as been credited to account kindly contact to the bank . I went to the branch manger and said what as happened they checked my account transaction and replied me still the amount has not been credited . same reply has been given by the bank employee for past three weeks still i could not retrieve my amount.

                          Hello.. My name is shefa fathima.. My complaint is against indian bank regarding refund of two products from amazon.. The refund was issued from amazon on 22 of may and they even provided a reference number.. The amount had to reflect my bank account by 28 may.. But it hasn't reached yet.. When i contacted indian bank customer service they told me to visit the bank and they would help me out.. I even enquired about this in the bank today morning.. But they did not resolve my problem and told that it is amazon's responsibility to provide the refund and told me to contact them.. Please help me out.. The amount is rs.415 and rs.616...                             I have purchased t shirt on amozon in may 2019
                            And i cancelled also at 21 may 2019 they said money will be refund 5 bank working days... So again i called to amazon that my money not refund r credit my account they said to call to bank i called my branch office adilabad number they dont no about amazon products doesn't match to our bank relative so again i call to amazon they will be said call to bank finally i call to[protected] direct indian bank number thay said go to ur branch discuss with ur manager so i didn't went to go to my home town because iam out off station they give me a reference number that is[protected] i said to bank customer but they dont accept it so thats y i sumbit this in this charge refound so please refund my money in to my account they said amazon customer service 29th may 2019 they refund to bank customer care service i called him but they dont accpt my problem my issue refund my money immediately and arjuntly...                                 I have tried to book a ticket from Chennai to Trichy through upi transaction on Goibibo website.
                                Upi transaction was failed but money was deducted from my bank account.
                                I have contacted Goibibo and they are asking me to claim indian bank for this failed transaction

                                  I ordered a ring from prajapati gems on 12 may`19 which was full of cracks and no shine at all and i returned the product on 19 may`19.

I hv also filed an online complaint on Indian bank's website online . The complaint ref no. IBCWE[protected] but the status of this complaint is still shows ...
                                    PENDING.

                                    I hv also called their customer care no. But no satisfactory action taken.. so please do the needful.

                                      Amazon India has issued a refund amount of rs. 1853/- to my account on 3rd of may but It hasn't got credited to my account till now.So I tried to contact my bank with the reference no. Of transaction Amazon has provided me but the Bank is not responding to my complain.I've tried everything and followed all the instructions they gave me but it didn't help me at all.So what else can I do now?
                                      Amazon is telling mw they can't do anything except sharing the reference no. And Bank is telling me they can't do anything with the reference no.
                                      Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
