Today morning i went to indian bank vilakatoon branch, madurai to collect cbcs cheque issued by my wife. When i asked for the cash, the cashier refused to pay money and told to collect from home branch. But i told to him and the branch in charge (Abm) as it is cbcs cheque... Anywhere it can be payable... But they didn't listen to me and make me wait for hours... Finally i have written a complaint letter and abm was not ready to acknowledge......

This is v. Silambarasan (Account number:[protected], i swipped my debit card payment through point of sales (Pos) on 17/05/19 rs 2600, the payment not completed in point of sales (Pos) but the amount rs2600 debited in my account please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I had done a payment on amazon it was refunded on may 20. But till now it was not reflected in my account. The reference I'd was[protected]. I need a refund to get in my account. On may 20. The refund was initiated. On may 27. Th. The amount was refunded. They are saying like that. But it was not credited in my account.i need my money to credit in my account...

I have order a mobile in flipkart cart but the agent cannot process my order so they have refunded amount back to my account but still the amount has not been credited . i have call to the customer care of the flipkart and asked about the refunded status they said me that amount as been credited to account kindly contact to the bank . I went to the branch manger and said what as happened they checked my account transaction and replied me...

Hello.. My name is shefa fathima.. My complaint is against indian bank regarding refund of two products from amazon.. The refund was issued from amazon on 22 of may and they even provided a reference number.. The amount had to reflect my bank account by 28 may.. But it hasn't reached yet.. When i contacted indian bank customer service they told me to visit the bank and they would help me out.. I even enquired about this in the bank today...

I have purchased t shirt on amozon in may 2019
And i cancelled also at 21 may 2019 they said money will be refund 5 bank working days... So again i called to amazon that my money not refund r credit my account they said to call to bank i called my branch office adilabad number they dont no about amazon products doesn't match to our bank relative so again i call to amazon they will be said call to bank finally i call to[protected]...

State bank of india branch bodla 282007 agra up the tranction amount rs.599/- transcation no.242781 not credited in my account the payment was made by my mastercard or debit card of sbi amazone refunded this money 17/05/2019 but bank not credited in my account plz this amount credited in my acoount as soon as possible help me about this transaction...

I ordered a ring from prajapati gems on 12 may`19 which was full of cracks and no shine at all and i returned the product on 19 may`19.

I was given the mail stating that i would received the remanining amount rs. 473 by 24th may`19. Still i didn't receive the amount.

But i did not receive my money to my account still..

Kindly do the needful.....

I hv been issued aRefund of rs.328 by Amazon on 19.5.19 but it is not credited in my account. Refund ref. No is 303520. I hv also filed an online complaint on Indian bank's website online . The complaint ref no. IBCWE[protected] but the status of this complaint is still shows ...
PENDING.

I hv also called their customer care no. But no satisfactory action taken.. so please do the needful....

Amazon India has issued a refund amount of rs. 1853/- to my account on 3rd of may but It hasn't got credited to my account till now.So I tried to contact my bank with the reference no. Of transaction Amazon has provided me but the Bank is not responding to my complain.I've tried everything and followed all the instructions they gave me but it didn't help me at all.So what else can I do now?
Amazon is telling mw they can't do anything...

The ambient temperature of jamshedpur now is about 42 degree celsius. There are about two air conditioner in the branch. It is too hot inside the office counters as well as other places. Even the officers are working in a very unhealthy and unbearable conditions. If you do not provide more air conditioners we will be unable continue with you. Please do the needful....

Hello sir/madam recently i cancelled an item in amazon. But my amount is not credited to account. My order is parteet musical guitar with lights and music and order is cancelled on[protected]. So still my money is not credited. The refund amount is 244rs. My transaction refference number is[protected]. So please verify and refund the amount to my account....

But mobile didn't get activated, i understand the amount 399/- not credited to their account. Do the needful to reverse credit....

On may 1, amazon send the message that they refunded the money . but you didn't refunded for the past 15 days. Please, immediately refund the money as soon as posiible.The amount is 295. It was paid through debit card.I already complained but it still the money has not refund. Please acknowledge the problem . I also included the authotization code which was sent by amazon....

But still refund amount not received in my account.

amazon customer care says we have initiate the refund amount & you need to call to bank's customer care.

I'm an indian bank customer who has recently facing the problem on atm transaction failure but still the amount is debited on my account.

The incident has accrued on date :[22/05/2019) around 16:50
I was using sbi atm of kaikattiputhur avinashi branch atm

I swiped atm twice for the same amount on rs.500, it got failed 1st and even on the second time the transaction was failed...

I cancelled an order on Myntra amounting to Rs. 2217. Of which they refunded Rs. 654, Rs. 692 and Rs. 453 but Rs. 418 is still pending. On being asked they said it would take upto 20 May for me to receive my refund so I waited. Today is 21st and I contacted them and they replied due to certain issues with bank side the refund has not been processed. They gave me a reference number for all the transactions. Here they are:
